Trump has stood by and watched Perfect murder Good for 8 years – maybe longer. He’s not gonna do it. He’s going to deliver the best outcome possible, and he’s not waiting for us to feel relaxed about it.
Best presidency ever! Just hang on. More winning is coming, but a lot of people are going to scream that it’s all over at EVERY turn.
The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

One last comment on Dolly Parton. Growing up in 50s I first saw Dolly in the early 60s and learned all about her background. What I remember most is how she grew up, how “dirt” poor she was and how poor the people of Appalachia were and to some extent still are. It wasn’t just blacks who were poor but learning that the largest segment of poor people in this country were whites was a shock to me especially growing up in the middle class. I never want to take for granted that I have running water I can safely drink and shower in and I have indoor plumbing which works!!! And in South Texas I have air conditioning!!! PTL!!!

Don’t forget the automobile. If your family didn’t have one, you had to have a horse or access to a horse. When we joke about the “buggy whip” industry today, it really was that pervasive.
Every now and then , I stop and look at old architecture. Then realize how much of it was optimized for horses. Old houses feel like they are “too close” to a road because the road was a horse trail. High stoops and porches on houses were for parking and dismounting. Taking your shoes/boots off at the door was because of the amount of literal horse crap in the roads. Veterinarians, leather working, saddles, even the “glove compartment” in your car was mimicking riding gloves because of how dirty everything was. Most of a family’s life revolved around horse access and horse health.
We have a 1928 Model A which we travel in pretty often. We’re thrilled it’s working after all these years but how primitive it was !

Neither of my grandparents had running water when I was young in north central Wisconsin. One set of grandparents hauled water from a gas station they had a well out the back door but the water wasn’t safe to drink, the other had a well, about a city block from the house.
One set of grandparents got running water later on. You haven’t experienced winter until you use the outhouse at -20F. It still beat using the slop jar.
Jake, I know what minus 20 is like when dressed for the weather….I cannot imagine dropping my drawers to go potty!
You do not want to spend a lot of time, But on the flip side there are no bugs and the odor is not as pungent.
That is why long johns had a flap in the back.

Tho everyone had access to Well Water on their property, or at least a lake outside their door. And beautiful springs in the woods for drinking water within mile or 2 of home.

Many times in one month, I still feel like running water inside the home is a miracle. Hard to not appreciate such a thing. Standing at the kitchen sink and turning the water on >>>> WOW!!!

Had a very good friend, Brenda Shaver, wife of Billy Joe Shaver.. Their son, Eddie Shaver was an Allman Brothers student and he could pick a guitar with his teeth. Billy Joe wrote Old Five and Dimers.
Brenda was a backstage dresser for artists.
Dolly Parton was one that she helped.
She told me that Dolly was so plain to dress all she wanted was her jeans and don’t make a fuss over my clothes.
Back when all music did not sound alike.
Billy Joe Shaver what a great artist! He also grew up dirt poor.

I grew up “poor.”
Empty refrigerator, empty cupboards. Repo man came and took all our furniture and the only car my parents owned one day while I was in the 5th grade. Strange to come home and find my blankets and clothes on the bedroom floor.
When I got a toothache it was cheaper to have the tooth pulled than have a filling put in, so that’s the choice my parents made — to have teeth pulled. It took a few decades into being married and working before I could afford all the brides required to fill those gaps.
Knowing what nothing is makes everything I have a treasure, and a true blessing from the Almighty hand of God. That includes all the work He expected of me; even the work He allowed me to do was a blessing.

Amen dear JWoo. So good to hear from you! I attended a tiny Church of God in rural N Carolina. My pastor was Fern Mc Daniels right from the hollers of Kentucky. Her husband played the guitar and we all praised the Lord in true Pentecostal fashion with joyful singing and dancing.
I learned more about the Lord and the Bible than any other church I ever attended. Pastor Fern was truly from the hollers and she was full of the Love of Christ. I dearly miss her as she is now in Glory and the little old church is sadly gone. But oh the joyful memories I have of those rich days!

No, they are suppose to be Constitutional scholars and rule on a constitutional basis. It’s their job. Unfortunately three of the justices rule on ‘feelings’ (three liberal ladies) and two are very confused when ruling on the constitution (Roberts and Barrett).

By virtue of allowing the inferior courts to rule beyond the constitution & their jurisdiction, CONgress has anointed John Roberts, Emperor Roberts.
By virtue of not properly supervising the lower courts, Emperor Roberts has accepted the title & the authority.
Everything the Executive does has to be adjudicated by the emperor now.
Too few people view it this way, but it’s dead on the money. These lower court shenanigans are Roberts’ way of essentially being the other two government entities.
The Demonrats bragged about that early on in President Trump’s second term. Andre Carson D-IN said in an online town hall meeting that they had over 50 judges ready to go to legal war.
Lawfare is the method of choice because it eats time & 💰 & there are no consequences for applying it nor for the clearly unlawful judicial rulings. That is on CONgress.

Im wanting the legislative branch (i.e. congress) to write his EO into law requiring USPS to maintain this level of security for mail in ballots for the indefinite future so future liberal presidents cant rescind Trumps EO

The BLM has existed for many years and they are in charge of the wild horse management out west. The huge ranching corporations and their lobbying are responsible for trying to clear the public lands, thousands of acres, of all horses so they can graze the cattle and sheep for free basically. We the taxpayers are funding them and funding the destruction of the wild horses.
The comments you refer to are from people who know what’s going on and are trying to save those horses and let them remain on the open lands where they have been for hundreds of years and some experts say they have been there for thousands of years. They should be a heritage species and protected and the BLM professes to be trying to do that but their management is so poor it has made the problem much worse and the ones suffering the most from it are the horses. It’s a terrible situation.
Anyone who has an interest in what is going on with the wildies out west should watch the documentary film BLUE ZEUS which was in theatres recently and did very well, and is available now on Amazon prime for $2.99. It is well done and I highly recommend it.
It tells the story with commentary from both sides of the issue, fairly represented, of a wild stallion and of the situation going on with the round ups and the results of all the govt. mismanagement and pressure from the corporate ranchers against these animals who are American history alive and free.

The US has halted all immigrant visa applications as the Trump administration moves to tighten restrictions and stop people arriving who will need public benefits.
The state department launched the initiative in early August at all of its embassies and consulates. Visa appointments had to be adjusted to accommodate ‘in-depth training’.
Since the beginning of this year, the state department has been pushing through updated guidance and training ‘to ensure all consular officers are fully equipped to evaluate every visa applicant comprehensively and consistently’.
The Financial Times reported that applicants with interviews already scheduled were sent emails saying their appointments had been cancelled and they would be informed of a new time and date.
This move was to make sure that any successful visa applicants would not end up relying on public benefits, according to The Guardian.
But it is also part of a broader strategy to crack down on both lawful and illegal immigration, as well as create a more selective process for who can gain entry into the US.
Earlier this week, the Trump administration announced plans to revoke visas from asylum seekers who entered the country for tourism or business.
The White House, in a post on X, suggested ‘up to 200,000 visas’ would be affected and claimed it would be the ‘largest mass visa revocation in history’
The administration also recently revoked the visas of Mexican officials, including the son of former president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador. This prompted a complaint from the current president, Claudia Sheinbaum.
Mr Trump, who won re-election in large part on his promise to fight illegal immigration, has expelled huge numbers of people. He has also restricted the entry of foreigners who do go by the rules and gone after those who overstay their visas.

Machine voting was introduce to help expedite the counting. The first machines were ANALOG contraptions that required voters to physically pull multiple levers to indicate voting choices, and then the machine on pull of a “master lever” would “count” all the votes. Very hard to commit fraud. And yes, it DID improve election efficiency 🙂 I’m old enough to remember “pulling the levers” 🙂
Problem is that as computers became more affordable, this ANALOG method of tabulation was transitioned to digital. Now the machines could be gamed — but each machine would have to be manipulated one by one.
The BIG problem arrived when the Internet allowed all the machines to talk to each other. Now the manipulation could be done on lots of machines at the same time.

Lots of rules to make a barcode readable by the USPS machines:
1.) they have to be a certain highth
2.) they have to be a certain width
3.) they have to have a certain spacing between charactors
4.) They can’t be bold
5.) they must be exactly vertical, can’t lean either left or right
6.) they must be placed at a particular place on the front of the envelope.
The USPS applies the barcodes to letters for the sole reason that they can be read by the USPS sorting machines,

The government (NIH et al) funds much of the drug development. Drug company patents are one of the pillars that protect enormous drug prices well beyond reasonable cost-plus-profit. The Supreme Court is so disturbed about the medical pricing-ripoff that it has recently started to force use by others with a royalty payment (the SC does have concern for our functioning as a country !!).
Drug companies would rather have a university and its professors defend patents, than drug company inventors, because of anti-drug-company jury bias.
Stay with this, its a complicated scheme.
In 1982, congress gave patents on inventions made by any professor sor grad student with US Funding to their university. Universities, in monopolistic “conscious parallelism” require ALL students and professors to assign ALL inventions and software IN ADVANCE to the university, not just those made with US funding. The Government takes a license that it never uses, then gives the patents to Universities to license drug cmpanies. This destructive law also gave patents on inventions by NIH and other government employees, to the government employees !!! The law was reportedly drafted on a typewriter at the NIH. This allows NIH employees – government employees – to make inventions on government salary, direct funding to universities and drug companies to work on their inventions, and claim to be co-inventors to GET ROYALTIES !!!!. And Government employees who keep ‘their patents’ are responsible for deciding what kind of (BILLION DOLLAR $$$) drug testing is required, and power for FDA drug approval. WOW !! WHAT A DEAL !! Drug companies are happy to pay royalties to Universities and Government employees because all they have to do is raise the price some more. Not a problem…
And the government refuses to make disclosure of royalties received by Government employees from drug companies, because it is private, personal information. Congress tried to find out the royalty payments to Fauchi, and were rebuffed.
Universities mainly only pay attention to licensing of medical inventions, which can be sold at enormous cost, facilitating high payments to the university. The result is US loss of technology leadership, because Professors and grad students in their most creative years and concentrations (like Hewlett and Packard at Stanford in the old days ) are not driven or incented to invent. The Constitution grants patents and (software) copyright only to inventors and authors. President Lincoln recognized the Constitution added the “fuel of interest to the fire of genius” to drive US technology. There is no fuel of interest to drive the social and economic mobility for the hard work of making and developing inventions. Universities have made themselves feudal Royal Masters of their professor and student serfs.
But a few simple changes can correct this patient cost shakedown and and technical talent slavery.
The Government does not use the licenses it retains. Medicare/medicaid/VA/insurance ect. have to pay enormous prices for patented drugs it funded. Driving toward bankruptcy. Drug companies have to pay enormous costs for massive testing, which may not be necessary and ultimately benefits other countries.
To get around the Constitutional grant of patents ans (software) copyrights only to inventors and authors, University and the Government effectively schemed to make all professors and their grad students at effectively all universities, assign all future inventions and software to the university. If someone wants to teach, get their own funding for research, or be a grad student, at any university, it is necessary to become a technical serf. Then the government takes ownership of the inventions, takes a license it never uses, and gives the inventions/patents to the universities (not the inventors). The government avoids the Constitutional grant only to inventors. In other areas of the law, this would be a prohibited 2-step transaction in tax law, and ‘Conscious parallelism” of universities in antitrust law.
In reality, it is a scam ‘taking’ by tax-advantaged and government-funded entities that are favored beause they are supposed to teach.
To fix this:
Require that universities receiving government funding not force patent and copyright assignment by employees and students to universities, and require only assignment to the government of a license to patents and software for use by the government and its suppliers. Require that inventions made and software created with government funding be licensed to the government only for use by the government AND suppliers to the goverrnment. THe license may be used by any supplier for bidding and providing to the government for government use. (medicare/medicaid/VA/equipment, anything RFQ’ed by the government)
Adding social mobility and ownership as fuel for inventing ans software development should replenish our technical leadership decay and help restore a middle class of enterprise business rather than top-down monopolies.
The FDA should seek cooperative funding from other countries for necessary testing (or tariff non-contributers) and prevent drug delivery to non-contributers. The FDA should fund minimal initial testing of unpatented drugs and drug uses which are not now available becuse they are so cheap and available they will not make Billions$ for any supplier to justify testing.
The Supreme Court is capable of developing royalty law for price-gouging drug situations.
Thank you for educating us. We can hope at least some of you wrote will come to pass in our lifetimes. One problem is that the Presdient has to walk the line between making changes and making changes that will result in his certain death. Lots of money at stake.

I remember a case of extreme University greed at a university in florida. A professor and students entered a government contest (Darpa?) to creatively invent some project. The government was testing incentive to stimulate invention. There was a million dollar reward for winning (adding Linclon’s “fuel of interest”, which worked !! ). Many top-notch universitiy researchers entered the contest. The Florida group spent many hours of their own time and effort (as likely did the other university contestants), and WON !!. The Florida university disgustingly tried to take the reward money. I don’t remember if the University was able to glom onto the prize money. But such greedy behavior certainly discourages the drive to invent. Why do it?
And most state universities lose money on their “invention management and licensing’ departments. But their greedy behavior turns away the former collaboration with “industry” which facilitated hiring their grad students and our ‘golden age’ of technology after WWII, and instead made ‘industry’ their prey. ‘Industry’ has been well-advised to avoid collaboration or collaboration with universities, except under very controlled conditions.
A responsible state university could itself re-implement technology creativity by requiring only assignment of all inventions funded by the Government, and then returning ownership after the Government returns the inventions to the university. University inventors who wanted to could opt to have the university manage the inventions.
This would draw more-talented creative students and professors to the university, increasing its capability to teach and acquire funding., and restoring entrepreneurship and economic mobility to re-invigorate our decaying top-down economy and culture.
Kodak (remember them?) => digital oblivion, IBM (which had 25% of Intel and was out-negotiated by Bill Gates) , Xerox (which ignored its California research group), Sears (which historically had almost all of an Amazon-type business), and newspapers which had most of an EBAY in place and had sales department employees begging to do so) are examples of Top-Down creativity management.
You have so much knowledge and so many good ideas. How about sending all this information to the White House? One problem President Trump has he is can’t know the details about everything. But you could send an email (maybe two emails — one for the pharma issue and one for getting universities into better practices to help the country).
What President Trump can do (oonce he understands more of the specifics) is set up working groups. I can just imagine if someone like Stephen Miller (there is only one of him I think) got your ideas about pharma and could start setting up process and system changes. It might be slow, but over the course of a few years many things could be done.
Maybe you can think of other ways to start helping make these changes. But my point is I don’t think you should let all this knowledge go to waste. The country is in such awful shape in so many ways and you have knowledge that can make a big difference.
I hope you can find a way to forward with this. Maybe you could contact Stephen Miller directly by addressing your White House email to him? He might have ideas about where you could connect with other people on these issues. What I mean is maybe the White House wouldn’t want to run the working group but rather some other organization.

If I go into a forum room, that has the guidelines Sundance posted , and insult you, or call you names, or get others to “hate” you, or spread lies about you… I would be trespassing against you.
I read the guidelines, and they are just guidelines, and some people trespass on others in this forum room, and I keep quiet expecting the mods/admin to kindly “tell the person trespassing to STOP trespassing on that person. I know you don’t agree with that person, maybe just move to next post, or LEARN to be tolerate , and follow the guidelines.
We all know at times , we can get really upset about some injustice in the news, or anti-MAGA crap happening, and Sundance does understand that , quick anger response, … but please treat others on this site with respect. I don’t agree with some things people say, and I don’t response to that person, … move on and hang out with lots of nice people that tell a joke, make a meme, or show UPLIFTING stuff to support the community.
Just think about the word “trespass” … and if you want to have that wonderful “CLEAN” feeling inside, ask GOD to help you, … (I do this) to not trespass on others. None of us are perfect, so we screw up, so I go to GOD and ask for “help” in not trespassing on others. And over time, GOD silently shows me where I am still trespassing on others. And then ask GOD to give me “grace” to not trespass like that again. And I pray to GOD to send GOD’S LOVE to that person I trespassed on.

Then we like to read what other people think about the topics. This can lead to controversy., which is not a bad thing, because it helps people more fully understand the issues.
Another positive thing about this site that you may not have considered is that the moderators do a good job of setting rules and enforcing them.

One reason I can think of is that for complainers nothing is ever enough.
People who want to fix problems get a plan and get to work.
Complainers just complain and if they stopped they would have no reason for being. Since experiencing the Trump years, I’ve become very careful to not get sucked in by complainers. Obviously, you pointed out a big problem, but complainers exist at all levels and regardless of level they destroy more than they help.
