At the core of the issue is the administration executive order that requires states to send their voter rolls to the U.S. Postal Service for mail service for mail-in ballots. The USPS would then cross-check with DHS and Social Security records to ensure each of the names and addresses were eligible to vote before mailing them a ballot.
Obviously, the blue states -Democrat States- are refusing to comply with the USPS rule, the reason is simple. A significant number of the blue state registered voters are not eligible voters (illegal aliens etc.) If the states allowed cross-checking of their voter rolls the American people would see just how many illegal voters are registered; this would significantly reshape the U.S. election. The scale of the issue is up for debate.
That said, the anxiety forms the baseline of opposition where blue states are suing in every court possible to stop the postal service requirement. The Trump executive order also directs the Postal Service to block delivery of mail-in ballots entirely from states that refuse to share voter lists with the federal government.

Next they need to focus on last minute registrations. Voters should register at least 30 days prior to Election Day . If they miss that deadline then they can wait until the next vote.

I get your 5-minute sentiment. There should be a uniform deadline for voter registration in each state.
But 5-minutes, not so much.
I would say a week, as that would give the people in charge of the voting process in each state time to ensure they have all of their ducks in a row.
Why? If I show up at the proper polling place and present my I.D., the poll workers can easily verify me against the rolls. If they don’t find my name on the list and I am eligible, I’m good to go. If they find my name yet I say I haven’t registered, or they find my name and discover someone has already voted using my identity, that’s a problem that needs resolved, but I don’t think there would be enough instances of in-person voter fraud to make this unworkable.
I don’t think in-person vote fraud is a large problem – pretty sure most of the vote fraud is of inactive registered voters being “voted” by officials without their knowledge. I believe in many cases the inactive voters aren’t even aware they’re registered.
Having the Postal Service cross check and monitor the legitimacy of ballots seems a good idea on its face, HOWEVER, the aging bureaucracy is the elephant in the room. The behemoth is older than the country itself, and broken in many ways.
Under individual State initiatives, laws, likely unconstitutional, were enacted, making the Postal Service the middleman in their election process. The states are the political wolves in sheepskin and have commandeered the agency to do its bidding.

She will grant the Dems another TRO and unless 47 admin asks for immediate review by SCOTUS they will punt when they see it in late September as it’s too close to election blah blah. Not sure if they will take it up when asked anyway. Right now the reversed the TRO as a standing issue. Judge will place the TRO back on once the case brings up the EO is in their opinion a violation of law. (The SCOTUS only reviewed that she was wrong as to the plaintiffs standing)
The majority essentially also found that the plaintiff states jumped the gun, and repeatedly emphasizes that the EO itself is an internal directive to executive-branch officials and doesn’t require the states to do anything.

Colorado here. The Democratic Party is running the same game on Utah that they ran on Colorado in the 2000s–motor voter automatic registration plus mail in voting yields undetectable election fraud via ballot harvesting. Colorado went from deep red in the 1990s to purple in the 2000s to deep blue within 2 election cycles of the motor voter and mail-in ballots passing in 2012. Utah will do the same if there is no intervention.

The USPS needs to make sure the addresses are valid as well. Fake registrations use a lot of addresses that are invalid for voter registration.
Amazon and FedEx have figured out how to provide next day delivery for most addresses. Credit card companies have figured out how to bill you with exceptional levels of certainty each time you swipe your card. But many states take weeks / months to count votes. Fraud is their goal.

The 6-3 majority is hopeful. Any court finds “no standing” when they don’t want to do something or don’t like something.
That suggests they’ll be ruling in President Trump’s favor on these election integrity issues.

The final rule on changes to the Domestic Mail Manual was approved 21 Aug and is to be published in the Federal Register tomorrow. I don’t think it is going to cause that big a change, but by reporting through the “portal” no doubt blue states will complain.

Some 2020 post-election audits have discovered ballots without a fold, proof they had never been mailed at all. Other ballots have been proven to be photocopies. The mailing envelopes for others show the same handwriting in the signature space, indicating they were ballots harvested from empty lots, vacant buildings, impossible #’s of ballots going to the same address, et al.

Many folks are missing a key point here as to why this is so bad for the cheaters.
USPS will not send the ballots to the voters if they can’t verify addresses etc. This means when Commifornia gives USPS 10,000,000 unfilled ballots, USPS doesn’t deliver them.

That means that all of their illegal immigrant registered voters, who don’t fill out the ballots, but whose name appears on one filled out by a Demoncrat operative, don’t count. Which means they lose, because the cheat failed.
The only way the scheme works is if they can mass-mail blank ballots to harvest and fill in as they choose.
My question is how do we ensure the USPS is actually doing this and not corrupting how the “delivery” happens (or doesn’t?)
there is still room for corruption here. We’ve managed to change a few things..good and good. But who is going to watch the USPS ?
that’s a big part of the problem…the surveillance has to be some independent party. More than just some internal review. What happens if the personnel within the USPS conspire to simply make sure certain ballots never get delivered.

I think also one of the biggest fears from the secret police spy state is that when the numbers do come in…it’s going to show a massive drop in votes (ballots), for democrats.
of course the media will report this as evidence that this administration is racist and has made voting more difficult….but that doesn’t really hold any water. We will have a pretty good measure of just how vast the former elections were defrauded by ballots…versus actual voters who are eligible and verifiable.
I’m willing to wager we are going to see about 10-15 percent drop in votes. Somewhere around there. Maybe more, maybe less.
This is going to make the number crunchers start paying attention to what becomes quite obvious…and it may very well be the catalyst to reform the entire voting system. It’s an opportunity for legal citizens of this country to make vote reform a critical part of any candidate’s legitimacy. What have you done to make voting safe and secure, protected against fraud?

Don’t see anything in the rule about “verify address”. Instead DMM 705- 24.4 says:
“a. Any state that intends to receive mail-in or absentee ballots from individual voters through the Postal Service must ensure that such individuals have been enrolled with the Postal Service for inclusion on the state’s Mail-In and Absentee Participation List.”
“b. In order for an individual to be enrolled with the Postal Service for inclusion on a state’s Mail-In and Absentee Participation List, a Ballot Portal User in that state must provide the following information through the Postal Service Federal Ballot Mail Portal:
1. Name of individual receiving a mail-in or absentee ballot;
2. Address of individual receiving a mail-in or absentee ballot;
3. Unique IMb on the Outbound Federal Ballot Mail envelope sent to the individual;
4. Unique IMb on the Return Federal Ballot Mail envelope sent to the individual; and
5. Originating election office state.”
“24.4.3 Provision of State-Specific Lists On or about the date of the federal election, the Postal Service will provide a state-specific Mail-In and Absentee Participant List to each state’s chief election official that contains the name and address of each individual in that state who was enrolled through the process set forth in 24.4.2, along with the unique IMb associated with the Outbound and Return Federal Ballot Mail sent to each such individual.”
So at this point USPS is collecting data, but other than providing a copy back to the state nothing specifically is being done with. Of course there is speculation that law enforcement could get access to that data and that is where the battle will be.

The US Postal Service will NOT be mailing ballots to people in 20+ States because those States refused to send a list of eligible voters to DHS. Wonderful !

USPS won’t comply.
Am a resident of WA state. “The Trump executive order also directs the Postal Service to block delivery of mail-in ballots entirely from states that refuse to share voter lists with the federal government.” So that means I will have to drop my ballot into a ballot box instead of mailing it, in order for my vote to be counted. Which means that my ballot can still be stolen or discarded.
Time Place and Manner, that is the existent of State powers. Its procedural, not to control the outcome (who wins or what wins). And we know that is exactly what the demonrats are doing, controlling who wins or what wins (tax increases and the like).
Congress can intervene and stop the fraud in our election, but we all know also that is not going to happen. They all benefit from the fraud and continue to get rich from this fraud. Big dam problem here.

I can tell you there are 10’s of millions who do not even vote and because its all fraud and corrupted, plus the mail in makes it 100% worse. I have relatives who get red in the face and ready to fight because the election are so dam corrupt. And you won’t change their minds about this, its like taxation without representation. For them the elections are what keeps the corruption in place.
Makes me laugh when I see criticism of other countries election practices. We (America) have no right to point fingers unless they are back at ourselves.
I anticipate that the cheating by blue states will be more heavily focused upon quick certifications of results, after the delays necessary for tampering, followed by rapid destruction of physical votes.
People really need to check the backgrounds of the people that are running. Check into who is endorsing them. I did that for local elections as well as Senate, Congress and Governor. Three people running as Republicans for school boards were endorsed by the DSA and vote blue. People running for the commissioner of agriculture and county commissioner had voted Democrat in previous elections. We’ve got to vote Republican, even if we have to hold our nose to vote for some of them.
Quite a change from 2020 when USPS was required to pick up boxes of ballots from ballot mills and deliver them to the counting houses.
So, then who will the Democrats use to courier their ballots? Will they just deliver the ballots themselves?
