The above quote is true, research it for yourself. We The People, county by county, have the Constitutional right, via petition, to instruct a County Judge to empanel a common law, a citizen’s grand jury, or just grand jury, what ever you want to call it, for us to task as we see fit.
When Justice Scalia formally referrers to this constitutional right in Williams, 1992, Section 18, he describes, a – where the right comes from and. b- what its purpose is:
a – 18 [R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history … b– a buffer or referee between the Government and the people.
In Section 19, Justice Scalia adds:
… the grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.
Just think about the power the founders gave us, citizen’s grand juries, and citizen militias, are you really surprised that politicians have worked to memory hole it since the day the last founder died.
They can’t get rid of it though, that takes an amendment to the Constitution. But we have to start using it, and fighting for it.

There are several chapters in the book dedicated to the detailed documentation of the Mexican government’s long-established organizations which are designed to embed their governmental power within the borders of the United States. Why can’t the Supreme Court justices, or any judges, simply just read the 14th Amendment and understand the word “reside” is written in the 14th Amendment ?
They apparently think ‘reside’ means temporarily lay in a hospital bed for a day or so, continuing planning to go home out of the US to the country where they actually ‘reside’. Likely as tourists, they have a limited stay visa so they can’t reside in the US.

Unless it has changed over the years, I believe to gain German citizenship, at least you used to have to do it this way, before the EU started making all the rules, you had to be able to trace your lineage back to Germany in order to try to claim German citizenship. I could not agree more that We the People have to take this back, ourselves. All hands on deck – everyone can make a contribution in their own way. We must confront every “wrong” politician, one at a time, one corrupt judicial official at a time. No weapon is more powerful or more granting of full immunity than Speaking the Truth, to public officials, one at a time. I’m going to make a plan to do this every month.
I now live in a deep Red State, with squirmish politicians uttering publicly about the USA needing temporary labor, possibly amnesty, etc. As Sundance has written, the answer is No. Never. We will not concede on these issues until we are gone from this earth. This is a 90 / 10 issue with the American People, and we are in a solid and comfortable majority.

At a school reunion in 2024, just before the November elections, we had two local Judges attending. I politely asked:
