In most states the jury duty summons process comes from registered voter rolls. As a consequence, when a person is called for jury duty and is then disqualified as a non-citizen, we have another way to judge the scale of non-citizens on the voter rolls.
Reviewing lists of disqualified non-citizen jurors is now taking place in many counties led by citizen inquiry. The disqualification records, “non-juror” lists are public records in many states and counties. These reviews are turning up tens-of-thousands of non-citizens who are on juror lists, which means they are also on voter rolls.
(New Jersey Globe) – About 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in New Jersey each year, based on data from three state government agencies, including the Motor Vehicle Commission — a stunning figure that widens the scope of a growing controversy over government databases that may incorrectly identify noncitizens as eligible voters and jurors.
While the number is alarming, there’s no indication that noncitizens have served on a jury since the judiciary implemented additional guardrails to prevent it.
“Prospective jurors are asked about their citizenship and other qualifications when they complete the mandatory juror qualification questionnaire,” said Pete McAleer, a spokesman for the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. “Those who advance are reminded of the eligibility requirements during jury orientation and are directly questioned about their citizenship during jury selection by the judge and, as permitted, the attorneys.”
In between, potential jurors watch a training video that includes the citizenship requirement.
The revelation of noncitizens making their way into jury pools comes three days after Gov. Mikie Sherrill disclosed that an alleged software glitch at motor vehicles led to the inclusion of roughly 6,600 noncitizens on New Jersey’s voter rolls; Sherrill blamed the vendor, IDEMIA, and said less than 400 noncitizens have voted in recent elections.
According to McAleer, the judiciary processes more than one million summonses annually for potential jury service and randomly selects records provided from the Division of Elections, the Division of Taxation, and the MVC. (read more)
That 75,000/yr number are just those summoned people who disqualified themselves by being truthful about their status. I firmly believe the average non-pretending American will soon to realize/admit that many non-citizens actually remained on juries and passed judgement during trial.

No such thing as a software “glitch.” The software program does EXACTLY as the programmers instruct it to by virtue of the lines of code used to construct the software. One of my computer programming instructors in university spent considerable time drilling into our heads the acronym “GIGO” which stands for “garbage in – garbage out.” And in the context of this proclaimed software “glitch” it simply indicates the same risk outcomes, but to help make the implications clear to those who might not chose to “get it” you might just substitute the word “garbage” for what it really is (this might help); corruption in – corruption out… Yes, the software programmers might chose to focus on how corrupt files might prevent the program from functioning, but in this case the software program(s) apparently functioned as designed. But too often the response is “works as designed” and the root problem is how the requirements were defined, not how it was implemented.

Insurance companies and bond companies would again play a vital role in red-flagging and punishing through increased premiums the violators. Some kind of pause would have to be declared on reviewing past jury decisions, and then some blanket decisions about PAST verdicts would have to be made to ensure the continuity of the Republic, and damn the lawyers. The way I read the article was that 75,000 non-citizens were estimated to have been summoned. That does not mean that 75,000, or even a minor fraction thereof, actually were selected to serve.

I did a quick query on the Brave browser, asking what percentage of adults receive a jury summons each year and got back the figure of 15%. I have no idea how correct that is, but assume that it is. Divide 75,000 by .15 and you get 500,000. That would represent a half million non-citizens on the voting rolls in New Jersey, and probably the overwhelming majority of them being illegal. Not hard to understand why Gov. Sherrill was so quick to admit to only 6,600. She is knowingly and proactively protecting the fraud.

You know, even if NJ strictly enforced Voter ID, which they don’t, each of those half million were issued a valid state driver license that would let them sail right on into a polling place and cast a vote. They have to be removed from the rolls. Voter ID by itself is not enough.

I was involved part of a civil suit in Texas, where one in the jury pool said he could not speak English. Not only was he not excused HE WAS SEATED, as a juror., Closet Democrats Texas judge.

So the baseline minimum is 1.1%. When applying the voter participation rates of the last mid-terms in 2022 to the number of today’s registered voters, that baseline minimum jumps to 2.8%. As SD says that number is likely much greater.

Do you have to be an American citizen to sit on a jury here in the USA? In the jury selection process, are lawyers allowed to ask if the prospective juror is an American citizen? If somehow a non-citizen could have been seated on a jury, then every lawyer (defense or prosecution) who lost a criminal case over the last few years should pursue a legal action to determine if every citizen on the respective juries was an actual citizen. If there were non-citizens on any jury, that should result in an illegal trial and the case be thrown out and motion to retry filed where and when possible.

What is going to happen when they find out an Illegal sat on a jury and convicted someone? How many times do you think that happened? And how many people will be looking at that?
When they do catch the illegals at jury time, do they remove them from the voter rolls? do they deport them? or what?

It is not just ineligible people called to jury duty, this year the democrats have two major cheats going on, one of which has to do with ineligible people called to be election judges — those pesky people who are supposed to count ballots at the end of any election day.
Early this spring I noticed a small ad asking for citizens to apply to become election judges in Lake County, Minnesota. Never before had I seen an ad placed asking for the general populace to become election judges, so it struck me as a red flag.
A couple weeks later a leftist wrote a rather long piece in the socialist newspaper telling everyone why they should apply to become an election judge — civic duty and all that.
Then there was another ad asking for people to apply, and giving them a deadline for when they had to submit their paperwork by.
Thing is, this type of calling for people to apply to be an election judge has never been done before, but all of a sudden it there is a big push to do it now.
Why?
Why do dems do anything?
To cheat.
The law in Minnesota says the county auditor, who is supposed to run the election in their county, must go to the major political party leadership to get their list of people who signed up to be an election judge at their caucus or local convention. By doing that everyone knows that the people applying to be a Republican election judge is someone who attends Republican meetings and freely and openly calls themself a Republican, and the same for dems, their names will come of a register of dem regulars that other dems know and recognize.
I knew the big ugly was starting up, and although I fought many battles 2015-2020, I wanted to be done with fighting the dragons in this state. I did not want to get involved. I’m old, I’m really really tired of always fighting the evil dems, and I did not want to get involved.
But I signed up anyway, needing to find out for myself how bad the cheat they’re setting up is.
It is yuge.
I’m a problem child to the dems around here, but they picked me to be an election judge nonetheless. Or maybe they picked me because they want a problem child in this fight.
When I got the notice that I’d be an election judge I saw everyone else who was selected for all the precincts at all the polling places. Out of the 33 people who will work as either an election judge, an on call judge, or on the absentee ballot board, 5 of those people are totally unknown to 5 people who have been either a GOP Chair or have been wholly involved in Republican everything in this area for decades. They are “citizens” who applied to be a Republian election judge, but not one Republican has ever heard their name before.
I believe they are dems who applied to be election judges and said they are Republicans. Some people also applied and said they have no party affiliation, and those people were put into Republican slots — every single one of them.
I contacted MNGOP and they said they’ve never seen any of these people on any party registers either.
So I’m guessing that across Minnesota right now there are hundreds of demoncrats pretending to be Republicans ready to work the polls for both our primary and general elections.
This is just one of the cheats going on.
The law says the county auditor first must go to the major parties to get election judges that are known to those parties. We have no county auditor; I think we scared the one we had away when we sued her and our county commissioners, and no one wanted her place since then.
What we have now is a rouge public employee who seems more than willing to do whatever dirty deed needs to be done to “put down” Republicans.
Sounds like you spent some time on election day working the polls. I did it a three times 2022 – 2024.
Your description of how you get to be a judge is not entirely accurate. Yes, the parties claim you submit your name and they get you there. That doesn’t happen with our current MNGOP. The first time I tried I filled out the form and nothing happened, no response, no call. I contacted my city, because that is who trains, and they had no record of me. They then explained that the parties only supply a list and that I was required to fill out a “city” application. Did it, and got a spot. You are allowed to bypass the parties and go directly to your city.
One of the problems in MN is that we aren’t really a judge. We are just workers that have to comply with all the MN laws. All you can do if you see something sketchy is get it on the precinct list for further review, after election day. If races had no possibility of change because of the issue, it may or may not get addressed. The only thing as a judge you can do anything about, other than the legal requirements, is if you personally know a voter should not be voting. An example would be a neighbors kid claiming to be legal age and you know personally they are not. Or, if a neighbor you know personally is not a citizen.
With my recent experience I don’t know how any worker using the Electronic poll books can cheat. The system doesn’t let you. But there are so many loopholes the cheating is allowed by law. Vouching is one way. Homeless describing what park bench they sleep on as valid address is another. I was a poll watcher once and had to sit and watch while well dressed men brought in 6 or 8 Hijab dressed women, got them registered without English, and then proceeded to “help them vote“. All legal in MN.
The place where cheating can occur is absentee ballot boards where people use opinion to determine if a signature is valid or matches, etc. These are purposely done in Minneapolis for all county cities because all the workers they use are already democrat county workers and not necessarily volunteers. There have been repeated lawsuits on this.
Cities are totally different beasts than counties. Whatever county you are in has a county auditor, and they are responsible for running elections. They can also transfer election authority to city officials, since there are many times when a city has an election that does not effect the entire county.
Of course if you are in one of the large counties around the cities then the separation of the county auditor and person who runs elections could be different.
But for most of Minnesota the county auditor runs elections, or trains the city personnel who run their own elections.
But you are right, the Republican party does not give names of people interested in being a city election judge to city officials, it is up to the county auditor to give the city officials names from the list they received from MNGOP.
When you attend a caucus or meeting where you are asked to sign up to become an election judge, and you sign up to do that job, your BPOU chair must send that paperwork to MNGOP HQ in the cities. MNGOP is supposed to send that paperwork to SoS Simon and SoS Simon is supposed to forward that paperwork onto the county auditor where the BPOU is located. That is what is supposed to happen.
For years MNGOP failed hugely at doing their job, so for years we would hand deliver copies of all those forms to our county auditor so the leftists could not say “there are no Republicans to do these jobs,” which they had said for all those years.
Now MNGOP is doing much better. . . I think.
An election judge is a worker who is supposed to make sure the laws are complied with.
If we believe we are only workers who should blindly follow what we are told we are part of the problem. Because SoS Simon’s MO is to send out teaching aids to his county auditors telling them what needs to be done at each election. His teaching aid is usually written as a terrible paraphrase of what is actually written in the law; he changes the wording just enough to change the meaning of the law, too.
For years our SoS has said that county workers could be on the absentee ballot boards of each county, so for years 90% of the counties in Minnesota had county workers on the absentee ballot boards, instead of citizens as the law clearly said. Minnesota takes full advantage of their union workers, which most county workers are.
So the absentee ballot boards were stacked with mostly dems. Dems doing all the checking of absentee or mail-in ballots, dems doing all the countying of mail-in ballots, which was a really big deal during the scamdemic when the sky was falling and we all needed to not touch anything and mail our ballots into a bunch of dems.
That’s when we sued our county.
But it took one citizen — one lowly election judge — to say, ‘Hey, you aren’t following the law,’ to make a change, and now our absentee ballot board, along with many counties throughout Minnesota’s absentee ballot boards, are made up of citizens and not union workers.
That was one election judge doing their job and not following blindly what they are told to do.
You mention issues having to do with individuals and the illegalites taking place. I am talking about issues that are state wide, that are probably taking place in ever county. Issues that effect every voter, since it is a cheat that slowly takes place under the rug, until the rug is pulled out from under us all.
We sued our county auditor and county commissioners in 2020 because we read the MN Statutes having to do with absentee ballot boards and saw they were all breaking the law. We did that and we won. We now have Republican and Dem absentee ballot board members and NO county workers. I have been on our county commissioner approved absentee ballot board 2 times since we won that case.
Yes, the 125 election judges in Hennepin county in 2020 were all union workers who were not paid election judge wages, they were paid their union wages — no matter how high those wages were.
My point is this — a lowly, little, sparsly populated county in northern Minnesota read the laws and started screaming that those laws were not being followed in 2020, and because of that those who failed to follow the laws started following them. Just like then, this thing with newly minted faux election judges is not something any of us should sit idly by and say, ‘Uh, there’s nothing we can do about it.’ By doing that we are allowing “them” to lull us into believing everything is OK, when it absolutely is not.

I recall reading an article a few years ago in which the author stated that 1) Trump would have won the 2020 election in the Electoral College if he had carried only 3 more of the swing states, and 2) the fraudulent and illegal ballots in 3 of those states exceeded the margins by which Biden carried those states. I made a half-hearted attempt to search it out this morning, but didn’t find it in all the chaff that the search engine returned.
This is intended not as a call to relitigate 2020, but as a call to fix the election process to prevent it from happening again. In fact, we may very well have needed the Biden presidency to red pill enough people to what is going on so that we got the current MAGA presidency. In their deluded hubris the DSA have now taken off their masks for us to all see who they really are. As a result, my prediction is that the dems are about to receive the worst midterm drubbing in history. We shall see.

Jury pool from voter list, or drivers licenses? Regardless again you need to make the distinction between non-citizens and illegals. Both need to be removed from voter lists, but the methods to do so must necessarily differ. That’s why SAVE Act does not allow “Real ID” to be used as proof of citizenship.
We haven’t had honest elections since the sixties. If the problem is now illegals—what was the problem before? VOTE COUNTERS. Only blockchain voting can rectify these problems.
I also intend to ask the right questions. It just dawned on me this is at both the state/ local level and federal cases. Overlaying this with some of the activist judges, AGs and DAs I throughly expect to find illegals as jurors for illegals cases- the reason will be ” a jury of their peers”. Good grief!
