So, they have all these registrations, they know who is likely to vote and who voted early, they stuff the mail ins at the last minute with as many as they “need” from all the excess data. What is the usual percentage of voters? It is usually depressingly low and apathetic. They have all these registrations’ wiggle room they need to play whatever game they want.
The elections office records who actually rec’d a ballot and voted. Otherwise, people could request a second ballot because they lost the original and vote more than once.

It’s not “voters” who vote these late-arriving ballots, like the recent California election where they kept counting ballots until Spencer Pratt was finally defeated
It’s the Democrat elections machine that votes
They maintain the voter rolls
They print ballots out for EVERYONE registered on the voter rolls
Then they VOTE and count those ballots
That’s why many Republicans show up physically at the polling stations on the day of the election (as Republicans are inclined to do) only to be told “I’m sorry, it appears you’ve voted already”
They can look thru the voter rolls for folks who’ve not voted recently or don’t vote every election to minimize obvious double-voting for a given Dem name that would give the game away
but infrequent Dem voters and Repub voters are fair game for voting ballots right at headquarters

In blue States when an illegal applies for cash, food, medical or housing benefits they ask them if they would like to register to vote. Some ask if it is legal for them to vote. They are told no, however, when it is legal for you to vote you will already be registered. Some don’t think to answer no and say yes. Those ballots are still created for them. It is up to the illegal to know it is illegal to vote. In my State I believe these ballots are produced and made to look like they were mailed out. But the are delivered to a business address where people vote for them.

A registrant is a person whose name, date of birth, address and Social Security number matches a noncitizen in DHS records.
Add another zero or two to the end of those numbers and I might believe them.
There are still 500,000 California government employees (D) not even counting all the thousand of government employees in the school systems (D) and other government agencies (D) .
They bring in a few family members and friends and it is tough tax dollar dependent voting block in this state .Gavin Newsom intentionally doubled the government employee (voter) base while doubling the state budget during his own 8 years .

I watched his speech last night ( I used to watch them all but I get bored hearing the same ole stuff that we already know) BUT last night I thought it was a good lead-in to the election fraud material.
When he stated that the Senate “must” pass the Save Act I saw a glimpse of Butler in him. I felt he was speaking directly to Thune the lying RINO!
As someone else here pointed out he laid out the facts with receipts and if Thune doesn’t get it passed (without the BS voluntary crap) then a NATIONAL EMERGENCY it becomes and then it’s gloves off.

Fraud vitiates everything. Even if there was no fraud (there was) 2020 was still illegal. Only state legislatures (unless Congress intervenes) can change voting procedures. In 2020, you had governors, judges, election officials, health officials and who knows who changing procedures. This was the basis for the TX lawsuit which the Supreme Court shamefully refused to hear. If TX had no standing in that case which is what the SC said, then secession becomes the only alternative.

After my initial distaste of Solomon’s arrogant smugness (not exactly a new character trait), I decided PDJT and Susie’s choosing him for this task (based on the only source we have, Solomon himself), I’ve decided choosing this man, who gives all the credit to himself for this entire release production, just might be a rather spectacular coup.

By snatching this ‘investigative journalist’, who as we Treepers remember appeared on the scene like a rabbit from a hat back at the beginning of term 1.0, he literally said no one, including his friend Tulsi would release these docs. He is 100% taking the credit, and hence the blowback heat and death threats off others and drawn the spotlight to himself. HE not a politican, said he doesn’t vote, no ties (that we know of) to IC, etc, etc.
He hasn’t made enemies. He’s just reported the news. Just like he popped out of a hat before at the right timing, he has managed to do so again. This time the springboard is the Oval Office.

Interesting perspective
I’m a fan of Solomon, watch him on RAV. This spot with him on CBS was perfect. The truth here, that of a CCP hack of 220 million US citizens voting registration data, cannot be a nothingburger, because if it were, there would have been no need to hide the nothing burger from PDJT in the first place. The cover up proves the crime.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. Not only are our elections vulnerable, the left/corrupt establishment with foreign help (China, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, etc.) have stolen thousands of elections. Much of the rampant fraud evidence is already public, but most of the media doesn’t report it. The big steal is via the election software and intrusion using algorithms, flipped votes, creating separate databases, altering registration and vote totals, etc. The bad actors try to inject paper ballots to match the rigged totals, but any decent audit would show that they don’t match and are fraudulent. So, I don’t expect any real and effective changes to make our elections fair. Only if we get rid of the computers, go to only paper ballots counted by hand with appropriate controls, one day voting in person (except for rare exceptions), etc.
Apply accum’s razor…The simplest explanation is that the ballots of course were pre made. The election count was “frozen” to the public literally in the 11th hour. Why? So that voting results would continue to be counted, blind to the public, because the media turned a blind eye to it. The counting was done so that any difference could be presented via suitcase ballots. End result Biden gets 81 million votes. Many more than the anointed one. Best suitcase election ever!

Mass Mail In Voting needs to be eliminated! Mail In Voting should be extremely limited! I am an Italian citizen and we only have extremely limited Mail In Voting and it’s very secure. Voting is the day of the election and by paper ballot and is openly hand counted at your Comune Voting location. National results are determined by election nught or by at least the next day.
We pretty much did it that way until the Covid scam in 2020. We just need to go back to that way except the counting part. In big cities, Dimmocrat run unions do the counting. Bad!!

I don’t doubt that China ( and the UK, Canada and Australia) are screwing around with our election system but that isn’t the big problem. Nor is it illegal aliens voting. The big problem is Democrat election officials in about a small number key counties. Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Wayne, Clark, Fulton. Maricopa is a special case as the corrupt officials are nominally Republicans but are stealth Democrats, aka RINOs. All that said, BY FAR the main reason for Trump’s loss in 2020 was mailed ballots and ballet harvesting due to the reaction to the CCP virus which the government agency adjacent online censorship coalition prepared for starting 7 months prior to the election as described in great detail by Mike Benz.
