How could Pulte possibly know who to fire, they lament. The likelihood of former DNI Tulsi Gabbard and current CIA Director John Ratcliffe coordinating with ADNI Bill Pulte to clean house, just isn’t something all these former intelligence officials can fathom.
These silos are supposed to work independently to protect themselves, they likely think. The system is designed to keep each agency from coordinating action against the lower-level operatives, especially the liaison offices inside the ODNI. Bill Pulte is doing something they are just not prepared for.

There is very little basis for a claim of retaliation against Pulte personally and it makes those terminations as clean as possible. The Deep State controlled US senate thought that they had a lock on a presidents ability to advance policy that they oppose by relying on the “advise and consent” powers granted to them in the Constitution. The stalling games both parties played for years eventually gave birth to The Vacancies Act of 1998. That act authorized the President to appoint “acting” officials as long as they had been previously confirmed by the senate to any other post. They can serve for a maximum of 210 days. There are over 1,000 executive officer positions that the senate confirms. When Bill Pulte’s term is up, he can appoint any one of them to the Acting DNI. If he wants to, President Trump can replace Pulte on Day 211 with the current “Undersecretary of Agriculture for Rural Development”, or the “Assistant Secretary for Export Administration”, or any other confirmed office holder that the president deems to be sufficiently loyal to him and his agenda. In theory, President Trump can run out the rest of his presidency without ever appointing a DNI that the Deep State approves of. Honestly, I hope he does. It is always fun to watch the man work.

I speak from experience, as a husband who cared for his wife through her treatment for bone cancer, when I say that Tulsi has more than enough time to coordinate with Pulte and Ratcliffe. Yes, she rightly resigned her position as DNI director so that her primary duty can be to her husband, but after the surgery, chemo and whatever other treatment is recommended, there are long periods of time when an ailing spouse just wants to rest, to read a book or watch TV… and just know she’s there if needed!
Tulsi IS there for Abraham, but he wouldn’t want her to twiddle her thumbs 24/7 and it’s obvious from her speech at the Faith & Freedom Coalition that she’s using her time well, doubtless with his full support!

Yes! That is the best way to begin an organizational turnaround – bring in an outsider to take over and have him fire a bunch of people right out of the gate! Don’t wait to get acculturated. Strike early, strike hard. Don’t worry about cutting too deep. Better to cut too deep than not deeply enough.
It puts the entire organization on notice. It lets the deeply-embedded swamp critters know they could very easily be next. That keeps their heads down. It also alerts any good people still in the organization that there is new hope, they no longer need to keep such a low profile because the worst parasites are no longer in charge.
I’ve had the misfortune to do a few of these turnaround situations back many years ago. It’s rough, brutal and psychologically stressful. But this is the ONLY way I’ve seen that stands a chance of success. Going too slow and careful always fails.
Anyone who thinks Tulsi did not, PERSONALLY, provide a written and verbal “turnover log” to Pulte, AND PRESIDENT TRUMP, is short sighted and probably a bit stupid. I realize that the last 4 words in the preceding sentence may seem harsh, but passing that critical information from Tulsi to Pulte, for any adult, should be a matter of simple common sense.

Thanks to my CTH training, I recognized Tulsi’s speech as part of an overall roll out. The speech was an education with specific examples of how deep staters DO (and have been doing for decades) exactly what HRC revealed in the interview . So glad Tulsi is still part of the team. Exciting to see a plan rolled out. Will it work? We can pray it does but the action alone is thrilling.
