The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
Day 147 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.
Doc, you don’t get enough appreciation or simple “thanks” for your articulations of the consummately American energies you evoke…. myself certainly included.
We are blessed to not only live in these times, to be in the company of a special, epochal figure serving as our POTUS, but to have at least a modicum of awareness that never in the Biblical times of Humanity have so many people been afforded the opportunity to see Our Lord’s Work at play all around us.

SpaceX went public this week and, in doing so, made Elon Musk the world’s first trillionaire.
In the same swoop, Musk also made over 4,000 of his employees millionaires.
Elon and his employees don’t have that money in a bank. Much of it exists in stock options. What no one can argue is that Elon created more millionaires in a shorter period of time than anyone else in history.
This should have been a moment of celebration for Americans. Musk is a citizen, and his stunning success should have been an inspiration for a generation of potential innovators. Being number one often drives competitors looking to knock you off your pedestal. It is the core of capitalism.
Instead, what came out of the woodwork were a few of the seven deadly sins — namely, greed, lust, and wrath.
One segment of the population attempted to diminish Musk’s accomplishment by claiming that it isn’t fair that he has that amount of money. The more moronic masses went with “That’s too much money for anyone to have.” They went out of their way to gloss over his long list of historic technological accomplishments.
Within minutes of him reaching this new pinnacle (it would be foolhardy to think he has peaked), Senators Warren and Sanders crawled out of the shadows and started calling for a “wealth tax.” They demanded that the federal government take that money from Elon so it can be distributed to the American people. It is laughable greed, yet a lot of people voiced the same opinion, harboring the illusion that they will somehow get some of the money.
Elon Musk already is the largest single taxpayer in the U.S. For those who claim he doesn’t pay his fair share, he pays approximately $11 billion. True, in some years he hasn’t realized any income, but I invite anyone who claims he isn’t paying enough to pay a tenth of what he does in taxes.
The idiocy — that if the federal government did somehow manage to lay hands on his fortune, it would somehow benefit citizens — is ridiculous. No one’s taxes would be reduced; the government has never done that. That’s the same promise made with data centers, and not a single community has seen its taxes drop as a result of a data center being built. The money would be wasted, as we have already seen thanks to DOGE. It would be filtered to NGOs and friends of politicians. No one except them would be better off.
Elon was the darling of the left when he was building green automobiles. The moment he supported President Trump, the radical progressives not only turned to hate, but endorsed the vandalism of his vehicles and even turned a blind eye to the arson at Tesla dealerships. Their actions said nothing about Musk and everything about them and the rage they instill against anyone they don’t agree with.
Going after a wealthy person’s money, even if it is just stock options, is a disincentive for other would-be innovators. “Why should I bother to come up with a new thing if the government is going to take the profits from it?” It is a solidly anti-capitalist, full blown socialist ideal. Look at how it worked in Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, and China. Capitalism is the only economic system that provides the opportunity for people to amass wealth and create prosperity for themselves. Additional tax levies on the wealthy stifle the drive for innovation. It’s not just anti-capitalistic; it’s anti-American.
Other than through fraud, how many millionaires has the U.S. government created? Zero. So why would anyone listen to grifters like Warren and Sanders? I’d put Elon’s track record against them any day of the week.
Politicians sticking their hands in our pockets is not a new thing. Castigating someone for being successful, then trying to rob him…that’s a new twist that we should all stand against.

The funny thing about owning a trillion dollars worth of stock is if you tried to sell it all it’s not a trillion dollars anymore.
The valuation assumes that every single share could be sold at that specific price simultaneously, which is impossible in reality. Valuation: A theoretical number based on what the market might pay for a small portion of shares at a specific moment.
So like a paper tiger, Musk is a paper trillionaire. An illusion. To spend money, he takes loans and pays interest using his stock as collateral.
Which is exactly what he should do for now. No need to undermine the stock price with small sell-offs at this point.
He works hard and creates a lot of jobs. His annual salary is still $54,080 since 2019. He has a new target-based compensation plan on top of that now.
If he does hit the targets of his compensation plan he will have generated at least 3 trillion in value for the rest of the stockholders, which includes some employees.
But if he doesn’t hit his compensation plan targets he doesn’t get a cent. The goals include a Mars colony with at least 1 million inhabitants and at least 100 TW of space data centres (which use no earthly water or power). No exact timeline has been attached to these yet.
So I say let him cook and give him credit (pun intended) where it’s due. 😉

And Musk didn’t take a paycheck for quite a while until certain earnings benchmarks were raised – and he achieved them. Funded much with his own money. Powerful guy. I’ve enjoyed listening to him in long form podcasts discuss his participation in business and in government, especially in creating DOGE. He had just a limited amount of time to participate according to law – only 130 days.
Elon Musk should finish the job he started at DOGE. Identify ALL fraudulent spending of our tax dollars and prosecute accordingly. And all NGOs, so-called non profits and charities should be audited and any suspicious activity investigated and prosecuted if found to be illegal. I think we all probably know who the worst culprits are. Hell, we could probably wipe out the entire national debt.

Mine were dishwasher, bagger at a grocery store, ramp rat, I utterly failed as 7-11 clerk, grounds maintenance, and then I moved into research related jobs, but still helping me get through school.
Being a wrench I collected “dead” lawnmowers from the curb and repaired them and used them to mow city yards at $1.50 ea. I could have charged more but most of my customers were elderly so Dad said that’s all I could charge.
As I type this it occurs to me I should have just sold the repaired mowers and mowed a lot less grass! 60 yrs to learn that lesson….

I worked summers, a part time job and other odd jobs during the school year to get through architecture school. My parents helped out when they could. The curriculum was brutal. When I finally graduated I didn’t have two nickels to rub together but I didn’t have any debt, not one dime of debt. My car burned more oil than gas and the tires were as smooth as a baby’s butt. You can achieve your dreams if you work hard enough and keep your eyes on the prize!

Over the weekend, I heard some blurbs on WBBM emphasizing the risks and high cost of SPCX, which are really no different than any other investment in the stock market stocks, they had ‘Negative Nancy’ in overdrive.
IMHO, the/this media outlet tries to be subtle and benign about their (left) leanings but if one listens carefully, you hear the lib bias….they are not quite as obvious, like WGNTV, but close enough…(WGN seems not to care about conservatives or conservative values, they have lost a lot).
It is Chicago after all.
