I flatly do not agree that “FISA 702” is necessary. It is allowing voyeuristic peering into the tiniest details of every person’s life, without their knowledge or consent. It is in direct violation of the wisdom of the Fourth Amendment. There is a reason why the Founders included that Amendment. Ignore it at the nation’s peril.
