Former Attorney General Eric Holder was hired by California govt to advise on the election changes created by linking DMV database to Secretary of State database.
The tech team that wrote the code to link the DMV and SOS were given specific instructions. The affirmative flag, the checkbox in the DMV system that says the applicant is legally eligible to vote, was neutralized.
Meaning, if the checkbox is left blank, the computer system accepts the application from the DMV as affirmative. The DL applicant data is transferred to the SoS office, and the applicant is registered to vote.
Illegal Aliens, unlawful migrants, were allowed to get California Driver’s Licenses and State IDs. The Motor-Voter process now registers those drivers and ID recipients as legal voters and ballots are created.
Those illegal ballots form the core of the voter fraud in California and were first used in the November 2018 midterm election as the beta test for national rollout.
Not a single person in Sacramento politics doesn’t know this. They are all aware. All the USAO has to do is go check and they will see. The fraud is impossible to prosecute. The fraud is built into the system. Go look. Everyone knows.

JAN 2017 – California officials have instructed DMV data programmers to remove the internal coding flags for the drivers’ licenses of illegal aliens in California.
As you might be aware, California passed a law known as AB60 authorizing illegal aliens to receive drivers’ licenses throughout the state. Within the administrative functions of the state DMV database a designation code known as “AB60 code” was created to flag those specific licenses as containing “Federal Limits Apply”.
We have confirmation from a top-level IT source, state officials instructed programmers to immediately remove AB60 administrative coding. The removed code in question is an administrative function for identifying the registered DL holder as an “undocumented person” or illegal alien holder within the DMV database.
The established computer flag allows an administrator or DMV or State official to filter the massive database of California Driver’s License holders and identify just those who are ‘undocumented’.
The removal of the “flag” via deletion of the program code, means the database cannot be easily filtered to show only illegals who received those Drivers licenses, and/or generate a list of those license recipients.
According to the IT source the motive for the code/flag removal appears to be an effort hide data and curtail any tool useful in any voter fraud investigation. Several additional aspects lead to this conclusion including California hiring former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to lead the fight against the Trump administration.
Additionally, the State Driver’s License process via the State DMV has an on-line link to the Secretary of State office in order for California residents to register to vote. As a specific function of the programming code within the SoS system, and as a direct outcome of previous instructions, all voter registrations proceed through the registration process, even if the user “forgets” to check the box that says they are a citizen.
The internal database coding established by the Secretary of State IT department which synergizes with the State Department of Motor Vehicles, allows and approves voter registration when the designation box “U.S. Citizen” is left blank.
It is the combination of this specific programming structure, the events and instructions of the past 48 hours, in combination with the outcome of the U.S. election and new Trump administration saying they will launch a voter fraud investigation, which leads the IT source to the conclusion there is an effort underway within California to hide the evidence of “Illegal Voting” via the use of “State Issued Drivers Licenses” and the willful blindness from the Secretary of State.
No alternate explanation from within the California DMV Headquarters has been offered for why they are instructing IT data programmers to remove the AB60 coding from the Driver’s License system.
Hopefully the administration is aware of all this SD.

Oh, it gets better … my wife has been dead for six years! Yet the ballots just keep on coming. No California drivers license, No California state income tax return, No physical presence in California, and No residence or real estate in California. That’s how it works in COMMIEFORNIA!

How the fraud is built into the system:
17% of the records (3.8 million) in California’s voter rolls belong to non-citizens. Large numbers of them register online. Most of the rest, as pointed out by Sundance in the past, are through the (DMV) system. The applicant in both systems has to check a box indicating they are non-citizens.
If they don’t check the box, it is assumed they are citizens. This intentionally built in negligence is passed on through the ballot then is certified by the state making the illegality of the election ‘legal.’

The Constitution guarantees a republican form of government for every state, and to have a republican form of government requires free and honest elections.
The case can be made, as it should by the DOJ. They monitored southern state elections for years after the 1960s, and the same southern states had to get approval from the DOJ to amend their election laws. It was a consent decree by the DOJ Civil rights Division and the various states.

There is no one reason why things are the way they are other than we just aren’t a moral people anymore, generally speaking, and we’ve allowed the most immoral institution ever known to man, the state, to exist among us and come to venerate it, rather than abolish it.
With the rise of modern democracy in the latter part of the 19th century into the early part of the 20th century our great-great-grandfathers were promised a new Man would arise and make us a shining example of this new Man, courtesy of the heightened frenzy of what Progressivism could bring them if they only embraced it. All we have to do is look back at the horrors of the 20th century to present to see what this promise was: a trojan horse, a wolf in sheeps clothing, a genie we cannot put back in the bottle. Or, can we? The answer to that depends on ones understanding of what it means to be moral. Are we a moral people? Are we truly humble? Or, are we proud to have the state as our guiding force?
Re: the states reserving the power and authority over immigration. It is the constitutionally correct position and was the law of the land until the late 19th century, and it worked well…until the federal government said it didn’t for reasons I won’t go into now.
At any rate, prior to the late 19th century the individual states mostly relied on a U.S. citizen to post a bond as a vouch-safe for someone who wanted to immigrate here legally. The bond was a good way to sort out the undesireables and riff and criminals because if the individual turned out be one of the aforementioned, the person who vouch-safed for them forfeited the bond. A hefty penalty for the average American so, most people were selective in who they vouchsafed for. The individual states’ system was far superior to the Federal one we’ve had since.
The fact is, we all must be still comfortable with the current state of affairs, else we would act, no? We’re just not uncomfortable enough, yet, contra our assertions. That is the simplest, most logical explanation.

My experience registering to vote in San Diego…
We moved to Orange County CA in June 2018 from Florida and went to the California DMV in San Diego for our driver’s licences. It was a grueling eight hour ordeal which included a vision test and a written examination. Taking the written exam we noticed every one was cheating, all Hispanics, calling friends on the phone for the right answer or using the DMV Handbook to look it up. We arrived at 8:30am by appointment and didn’t get out of there until 4pm.
In the process, we were asked to register to vote and handed a form which we both completed marking REPUBLICAN. The forms would go to the California Secretary of State for voter registration. I remember having a pounding headache as we escaped the crowded parking lot.
A month went by and we never received anything from the OC Elections Office so I checked their online system and neither of us were registered to vote. I waited and week and checked again. Nothing! So my wife and I registered online with the OC Office. I waited another month and checked again. Nothing! Hmmm? So we both registered again and the 3rd time was the trick. We received our voter registration in time for the November 2018 Election and voted in person at the Fire Station in Rancho Mission Viejo! No thanks to the California SOS! 😎

To be fair to Mr. Essayli, I have followed his career for a number of years. He is a loyal Trump ally and a fighter. He has gotten indictments in a dozen fraud cases each involving $50million+. He was involved in the arrest of the dual citizen of Iran & America caught giving tech secrets to Iran. He has sued a dozen districts for Title IX violations in allowing boys in girls sports and locker rooms. He has cracked down on illegal immigration and ramped up enforcement on gang-related offenses. The size and scope of the fraud coupled with extreme state resistance will likely end up futile given just a few U.S. attorneys (who knows the allegiance of some of them). Essayli needs a small army of attorneys combing the entire state.
The Communists are stealing the election from Spencer Pratt in slow motion and complete impunity. I live in Los Angeles where Karen Bass and the useless LADF, LADWP and LAPD let us burn in Pacific Palisades. We lost everything and State Farm legally cancelled our insurance of 40 years for danger of fire less than a month before they let 10,000 homes burn. Saw an interesting observation on this California voter role situation the other day, where the State of California also uses the names of licensed drivers for jury pools –
it might be a workaround to create the end of automatic voter registration through the various States use of dept. of motor vehicle agencies automatically signing up people into the voter rolls simply because people should have the right to know that anyone selected to be a juror on a case against them is an actual citizen.
A possible backdoor to end these DMV automatic registrations for the voter roles.
Pennsylvania has been using the licensed driver rolls for county court jury pools for a number of years now, at the time of the change there were more licensed drivers available than registered voters.

And don’t forget, ballot harvesting is legal in California. NGOs send their operatives out to collect the mail-in ballots. It’s an easy matter to target neighborhoods that have high immigrant populations. Even if an illegal immigrant had no intention of voting, they would probably turn their ballot over to an official looking guy who came to their door.
If an Illegal Alien voted in this election it is an ideal way of shipping them immediately whence they came from.

The established computer flag allows an administrator or DMV or State official to filter the massive database of California Driver’s License holders and identify just those who are ‘undocumented’.
The removal of the “flag” via deletion of the program code, means the database cannot be easily filtered to show only illegals who received those Drivers licenses, and/or generate a list of those license recipients.
The flag definitely allows the approval process to vote – and to obtain federal benefits – to easily go on.

Another problem here is identity theft. A convicted felon has used my identity when detained and/or arrested. The system purposefully allows the problem to persist and the victim is left spending many hours trying to clean up the mess.

Even if the SAVE Act passes, which is unlikely since the entire Senate refuses to do anything to get rid of Thune as leader & his efforts to block it, only new voters have to show proof of citizenship when registering to vote. This won’t eliminate all the fraudulent voters who are in the system who can vote in the elections. They are able to catch them in audits after the fact and prosecute them. But it never changes the outcome of an election that was won by fraud.
CA has such blatantly and grotesquely fraudulent elections that the election results coming from CA should never be allowed to be certified and counted in federal elections. This impacts the entire country and is a Civil Rights violation of all Americans who have the Constitutional right to free and fair elections.
