Former Attorney General Eric Holder was hired by California govt to advise on the election changes created by linking DMV database to Secretary of State database.
The tech team that wrote the code to link the DMV and SOS were given specific instructions. The affirmative flag, the checkbox in the DMV system that says the applicant is legally eligible to vote, was neutralized.
Meaning, if the checkbox is left blank, the computer system accepts the application from the DMV as affirmative. The DL applicant data is transferred to the SoS office, and the applicant is registered to vote.
Illegal Aliens, unlawful migrants, were allowed to get California Driver’s Licenses and State IDs. The Motor-Voter process now registers those drivers and ID recipients as legal voters and ballots are created.
Those illegal ballots form the core of the voter fraud in California and were first used in the November 2018 midterm election as the beta test for national rollout.
Not a single person in Sacramento politics doesn’t know this. They are all aware. All the USAO has to do is go check and they will see. The fraud is impossible to prosecute. The fraud is built into the system. Go look. Everyone knows.

JAN 2017 – California officials have instructed DMV data programmers to remove the internal coding flags for the drivers’ licenses of illegal aliens in California.
As you might be aware, California passed a law known as AB60 authorizing illegal aliens to receive drivers’ licenses throughout the state. Within the administrative functions of the state DMV database a designation code known as “AB60 code” was created to flag those specific licenses as containing “Federal Limits Apply”.
We have confirmation from a top-level IT source, state officials instructed programmers to immediately remove AB60 administrative coding. The removed code in question is an administrative function for identifying the registered DL holder as an “undocumented person” or illegal alien holder within the DMV database.
The established computer flag allows an administrator or DMV or State official to filter the massive database of California Driver’s License holders and identify just those who are ‘undocumented’.
The removal of the “flag” via deletion of the program code, means the database cannot be easily filtered to show only illegals who received those Drivers licenses, and/or generate a list of those license recipients.
According to the IT source the motive for the code/flag removal appears to be an effort hide data and curtail any tool useful in any voter fraud investigation. Several additional aspects lead to this conclusion including California hiring former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to lead the fight against the Trump administration.
Additionally, the State Driver’s License process via the State DMV has an on-line link to the Secretary of State office in order for California residents to register to vote. As a specific function of the programming code within the SoS system, and as a direct outcome of previous instructions, all voter registrations proceed through the registration process, even if the user “forgets” to check the box that says they are a citizen.
The internal database coding established by the Secretary of State IT department which synergizes with the State Department of Motor Vehicles, allows and approves voter registration when the designation box “U.S. Citizen” is left blank.
It is the combination of this specific programming structure, the events and instructions of the past 48 hours, in combination with the outcome of the U.S. election and new Trump administration saying they will launch a voter fraud investigation, which leads the IT source to the conclusion there is an effort underway within California to hide the evidence of “Illegal Voting” via the use of “State Issued Drivers Licenses” and the willful blindness from the Secretary of State.
No alternate explanation from within the California DMV Headquarters has been offered for why they are instructing IT data programmers to remove the AB60 coding from the Driver’s License system.

I have never watched or listened to him but it seems there is credible evidence that the voting machines used in the Massie – Gallrein election had/have known security issues and the 10,000+ mail-in ballots that were processed late almost all went to his opponent.

My point is that Republicans are undoubtedly involved in voting fraud and probably have been for many decades. It would be incredibly naive about politics to believe otherwise. I also don’t doubt that both parties work out back room deals and help commit voting fraud at times for the candidate of the other party when mutually beneficial gains can be had, either in a current election or future one.
That is why they won’t pass the SAVE Act.

True. In 1993 Clinton signed the Motor Voter law which requires states’ DMV to give people receiving a drivers license an application to register to vote. In most states all that is required to get a drivers license is proof you live in the state where you say you live, i.e. a utility bill for example. Texas and Florida both implemented motor law requirements. How many illegal aliens have voted in Texas or Florida due to Motor Voter laws? Or in other states?
DeSantis campaigned for re-election on election integrity and yet Florida still uses voting machine systems.
Earlier this year in Palm Beach County an IT contractor, who was also a democrat, used a USB to access the voter rolls. He was arrested but how many go undetected in the state?
Pinellas and Hillsborough counties were caught abusing the election system by programming the machines to classify any ballot where the voter didn’t vote for every item on the ballot as a blank ballot that had to be adjudicated. So if the voter only wanted to vote on certain positions or items on the ballot and not all the items on the ballot, their ballot was classified as a blank ballot and adjudicated against the voters’ wishes or intentions.
The Republican Party of Florida has already selected who they want to permanently put in Rubio’s seat in November, it is Ashley Moody who was selected by DeSantis to replace Rubio when Rubio joined Trumps administration. The RPOF is doing its best to silence anyone challenging Moody in the Republican primaries.
What is going on in California right now illustrates the importance of the Watson v. Republican National Committee case heard by the Supreme Court earlier this year. The question the case presented is whether the federal election-day statutes preempt a state law that allows ballots that are cast by federal election day to be received by election officials after that day. By cast they mean mail in ballots post marked by election day. If the Supreme Court rules correctly that election day means election day and ballots received after election day are not to be counted, it will cripple the California election fraud machine. California is notorious for having dirty voter rolls and using illegal voters also.

It’s extremely important to be clear on this issue — and to be right. Opening the system to noncitizen registrants is a problem. But voter address and participation data is bigger. It’s the mechanism used to collect dirty ballots, both by intercepting them and by identifying people who haven’t “voted” in real time. That info lets people with access know what papers to use for the fraud. Both problems are problems but it’s essential not to major in the minors.

Each election cycle in my swing state mail suddenly appears for former residents/ owners of my house, some of whom are deceased, some of whom moved out of state, and some offspring who have never registered to vote anywhere. I suspect head count equals ballots whenever needed to swing a key election.

My late mother-in-law has received a ballot every election cycle since Covid to our home. She never lived in our home and she died more than 12 years ago in LA County. The owner of our home two owners ago (more than 20 years and also long dead) also gets a ballot every election.

But why not just slam the ‘phony’ mail in ballots prior to election day? There are only so many mail in ballots. That puts a limit on what you can overcome by using them to cheat. So why ser it up as an after election day correction?
And if people are out an about ‘collecting’ unused mail in ballots that would need to be on a massive scale. People would see that.
These details aren’t enough yet to explain the cheating mechanism. Other than enabling illegals to vote via mail in ballot. That is loud and clear. But harvesting ballots to overcome an election day loss, while obviously happening, hasn’t been laid out.

There entire state is ran off of Fraudulent claims and scams the Democrats set up via the Federal handouts.
We are withholding funds to States that won’t clean up their medical, health care, autism care, child care system and prove that there are no bad actors receiving taxpayer funding through fraud. This falls under the “national security” umbrella.
Why the DOJ does not consider Election Security as part of National Security baffles me. I would have thought that the DOJ would have already had spies, “partners”, and other systems in place to catch the cheating rats in the act. They act like it is OUR job to show them proof so that they can start the paperwork instead of getting their investigators involved when the cheating starts instead of waiting until the winner is declared.
Prosecuting someone here or there who voted illegally is not the answer.
This is election cheating is on a RICO level of cheating and our DOJ is looking the other way.
If the Trump Administration failed to get all departments and all hands on deck for catching these election cheaters in CA then they failed Americans. They will have emboldened the cheaters to do this in every state that they can.
The single largest failure of Pam Bondi’s tenure as AG was her failure to aggressively address the issue of election fraud starting immediately after becoming AG.
And Donald Trump was blind to the problem.
Either that, or he consciously decided not to walk his talk of solving the problem of election fraud in this country. In which case he did what so many other Republicans have done so many other times and that is to betray the voters who elected him.
PDJT talks about it all of the time. The bulk of his posts are about Election Cheating.
My last shred of hope about anything being done regarding such flagrant cheating is that attorney Essayi (sp?) is playing the role of the dupe while the real work is being done behind-the-scenes.
Maybe Essayi is pretending not to know things in order to make the cheaters feel emboldened while the rest of the DOJ is collecting the evidence of cheating in real time.
If they let CA get away with this again then we have lost our country. Election Security is National Security. Without National Security across the board, we cannot survive being destroyed by enemies both foreign and domestic.
Actions speak louder than words. And so I pay no attention at all to what President Trump says, or what he doesn’t say. I pay attention only to what he and his administration do, or what he and and his administration don’t do.
Trump’s work on the economy, on stopping the invasion at the border, and on throttling excessive regulation has been stellar. Just what we asked for.
But other areas are distinctly lacking in the progress that was being promised to MAGA voters.
In my humble opinion as a long-time MAGA voter, lack of action in directly fighting election fraud using his Article II powers to their maximum legal effect is by far the most consequential mistake Trump and his people have made.
I hate to say it but I sometimes think PT knows the cheating will continue and is “putting on” that he is trying to stop it. Everyone can see that there is no real effort to stop this …the CA election could be forced to do a real audit at least the Federal election…..Just like the rioters in NJ could be stopped…..just like the Georgia case should have been already prosecuted for obvious fraud, Fanny arrested.
Blanche, just a few days ago was bragging that this voter and that voter were arrested for fraud . We know this is not about individuals cheating and Blanche knows this too.
They went into AZ to investigate has anyone heard anything? Dillion was suppose to go state by state looking at voter rolls. Why did she not look at CA the state that has the worst voter rolls? This is becoming a joke.
Has PT been compromised? In many instances his leadership is brilliant then there are issues like this where he looks incompetent.

An early dump maybe during election day showed everyone receiving votes except for Platt. The recent dump had Platt getting an extremely low percentage compared to election day and the 3rd place person getting an unusually high percentage. They said it was a glitch. There is no logical explanation for a glitch like this. It is a lie.

This is all so disgustingly evil. I am praying the cheating will not prevail, but I’m not at all hopeful.
This pretending goes far beyond California and just voting. It permeates every fiber of American life and has rotted and corrupted every institution we have.
Is California the only state that does this? Many (most?) states do motor voter registration and/or give out drivers licenses to all.
The real investigation may start in CA but this sounds like a national effort is needed.

I would like a nationwide study for how many election were not called at midnight election day, how long after the election ended, and whether the Republican or democrat eventually won. Also I would like the candidates grouped by citizen, naturalized citizen, and non citizen
Ugly….the last NJ governor was cheated in. I believe our EPA secretary who ran for governor of NY was cheated as well.
Why do we all continue to vote and pretend it isn’t all fraudulent?

My take is they will let Hilton advance to the general election for Governor knowing that they can steal it at will, thus he poses no threat. They will not allow Pratt to advance to the general election for Mayor of Los Angeles as there is a small chance, perhaps a 20% chance, that he could win in a head to head contest against the hideous Bass. They are not willing to take even that small chance.
Once the autocrats are in charge of a government, they put in place those structures (no ID, mail-in ballots, etc.), to ensure they never lose power.
That’s what I think as well. Pratt is a legitimate threat.
They won’t do anything because they fixed the law to allow it.
If any state can not verify the legality of their voters, that state should not be counted in federal elections nor should that state`s representatives or senators be seated in the US Senate or Congress. It is a known fraud upon the rest of the nation and should exclude that state from participation in federal government.
cracker there is a federal law on the books that states if the voter rolls are not accurate theen the electors of that state will not be counted…..makes you wonder …why not enforced and why it hasnt come up. We are being gas lit.

In a previous election in Illinois, post election there was a audit. A random sample of people in the voter rolls were polled to ask if they had voted, and how, either in person or by mail, early or on election day. Error rate was between 11% and 14%. That is how fraud can be detected and results thrown out.

I was thinking, if we removed all the fraud would the economy crash? Keynesian economics, the fraud built into the system is “an interventionist tool”, so that makes it good (according to some). The goody bags inject cash driving demand is I believe the theory.
