The Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) is Congressman Rick Crawford from Arkansas CD-01. Coincidentally the same state as Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman, Tom Cotton.

I was reading recently that Arkansas is a hotbed of C1A activity. Also that both Clintons may be involved with it, just as the Rose Law firm. Anyone has any credible links on this?
That was the Iran-Contra Operation back in the 1980s. Bill Clinton worked for the CIA earlier, in the late 60s/early 70s, after he was kicked out of Oxford for certain indiscretions. Then it was “work for the CIA by taking a long trip behind the Iron Curtain, or you better understand what losing your student deferment from the draft means.” His service then was utilized again in the 80s when Clinton was governor of Arkansas. The town of Mena, Arkansas was chosen to be the US base of the Iran-Contra operation. The Clintons were assets of CIA, may still be assets of the CIA.
See the book “Compromised, Clinton, Bush and the CIA” by Terry Reed and John Cummings. Reed worked on the Iran-Contra project in Mena with the cover of manufacturing ultra-light aircraft in Mena. The Mena operation was jettisoned by CIA over Governor Clinton’s objection, and was transferred to Mexico. At the same time there was a falling out with the Colombian cartels by CIA, so Operation Screw Worm was hatched to move it down Mexico way. You don’t go into shady business down there without some kind of deal with the Mexican Cartels, so that history started getting written with Screw Worm and is reaching some kind of climax today.

through airports in the state that would have made MENA proud. Was in roughly the same time frame as the

And there’s another film, Kill The Messenger, about Gary Webb who was investigating the CIA/Clintons/Mena Airport/Iran-Contra affair(s). Gary Webb is dead by, um, suicide. At the end of that film is a written insert concerning his, um, suicide. Additionally, the film’s director is included as well talking about scenes that did not make it into the movie. One of his observations noted that all FOIA requests made by Gary Webb were ignored.
Perhaps most notable was a written insert that states that a PUBLIC report was issued about the whole sordid mess, but it was knocked out of the news cycle by the Monica Lewis scandal.
I originally learned of these movies (and much more) through Peggy Tierney’s three part series on the CIA, Mind Control, & MK Ultra. So the entire dog & pony show regarding a blue dress & a cigar was a sensational distraction. It worked pretty well.
