Here in the other Washington, Senator Maria Cantwell is ranting about the Feds withholding $49 million requested to “fight forest fires”…too bad she doesn’t mention that one of the main reasons they are not paying is that Washington State refuses to turn over their voter data to the DOJ as requested last September! Wonder how much fraud is hidden in those reports? Sure hope JD’s task force heads north from Cali soon and starts going after Oregon and Washington – the “blue wall” needs to be dismantled!
(PS – two-thirds of the money wouldn’t even go to actual firefighting efforts but would instead be given to “conservation groups” as “grants” to inform the public about environmental issues. Also known as slush money to Democratic organizations to be fed back into “the machine” at election time! The reason that the West Coast has had so many out of control wildfires in the last few decades is that these same groups continue to insist that clearing the underbrush “disrupts” the natural order, when anyone with actual on the ground knowledge knows that it is ladder fuel that spreads even small fires into huge one!)

Add me to the list, although I am almost certainly on it already. When they were considering adding the C19 shot for kids a few years ago, I waited until the last minute to comment and then submitted a long letter with attachments that pointed out statute only allows mandating them for prevention of transmission, and the manufacturer websites data (also attached) indicated they had not tested for that, so it would not survive a legal challenge.
California is far worse than Minnesota. Home health, hospice, fraudulent dental, fraudulent surgeries, fraudulent prescriptions for assisted living, DME fraud, the list never ends. And in the private insurance area, some of the insurance brokers are related to the politicians who protect them. I investigated it for years, they have been aware of this since the 1980’s.

As someone living in Idaho, I think I can speak for most Idahoans: we would greatly appreciate CA, OR and WA cleaning up their forests, clearing the underbrush,, etc. We are tired of choking through summers with smoke from preventable fires moving east/northeast along the jet stream. (Yes, we have forest fires, too, but we also clean our forests and for the most part, clean up the underbrush.)

Doctors “not accepting patients”, is not ok.
The insurance company points fingers at the doctors and the doctors point fingers at the insurance companies and the government.
And patients are left in limbo.
This patient spent 24 hrs. In a hospital due to a scare caused by some dumb indigestion. insurance bill came to $31,000 for that tummy ache😳

My former Primary Care Physician’s office in Westchester County, NY is “closed” to new patients. That is because there is a subset of scamming “patients” are looking for a doctor to affirm a fake disability.
If the doctor isn’t willing to do this, somehow they cause trouble for the doctor. So you can only become a “new” patient if you are vetted through an introduction.

i recently tried to get a PCP appointment
after not seeng a physician for over 20 years.
i did a sort covering THREE different doctor/hospital systems,
doctors with acceptable – not unreasonable – credentials,
and up to an hour’s drive.
that produced 14 results.
called them all, and NOT ONE was “accepting new patients”.
lowering criteria, i tried again and came up with 2 more.
one office stated they see ONE “problem” per visit
(IOW, you can see them, for example, if you’re vomiting or bleeding –
but not both at the same visit.😳).
tried the other one and had to stop the appointment and leave
after 12 minutes of the doctor asking “questionnaire” questions,
thus leaving no time in the 15 minute (standard) appointment time
to address the issues for which i made the appointment in the first place
(she actually said the words, out loud, “we don’t have time for that”).
my insurance is terrific, my orthopedic issue needs to start with a PCP,
and i’ve been told i can be really nice.😂
so what’s the problem?

Triple bingo Aggiegirl. I only have part “A” of medicare and they won’t give me the part “B” without paying a hefty fine. As a retiree that hurts as my eyes are cataract and can’t afford the payment to correct that. At 76 years young, I paid into the system all my life, but these people just “give it” to the illegals! I lost my job as I refused the vax shot. As a Vietnam vet, I had to get vaxxed with 22 shots to go fight a conflict. Heavenly Father blessed me with a very good immune system and I said no more shots! For crying out loud, it was only a flu! Now I no longer drive at night and am uncomfortable driving long distances anymore. Most all my friends have passed on and family is across our great nation, so I kinda am in a “catch 22” situation! May God bless this country and protect our POTUS continuously! Thank you. Best POTUS in my short lifetime!!!
As an aside, I get at least 20 calls a day on medicare, As I don’t have part “B” I am not available for their service. When I ask for assistance, they hang up! (spit)

The entire WH communication strategy on all of this is wanting. (I was being polite by not saying it sucks.) This is the kind of problem that pisses people off. It also drives them to the polls in November. Most Americans have yet to grasp the enormity of the fraud that goes on right under the nose of their own state governments, some of them Republican majority governments. The VP is a great communicator and relates to most patriotic Americans. Rubio is true MAGA, and articulates complex positions with depth and clarity. Tulsi is a warrior, brave, and uncorruptible. Hegseth has managed, delivered and performed at a level not seen since Eisenhower. The MAGA bench is strong for 2028 and beyond.
Let’s put up billboards that divide the number of homeless people (under 200,00) by the amount of money spent by federal, state and local governments annually. My guess is you could pay them EACH over 100,000 per year
Add up the medical fraud and I would not be surprised if the total amount of fraud could pay reduce health insurance costs for everyone to VERY low rates.

Not only that but I have a cousin who used to work in REAL Hospice care who may hold the trauma for his entire life for ACTUALLY having done that. Now he is fighting alcohol abuse. NO WONDER do I have that he is .
I have a long story of elder care of my own. No one forked us over, as far as I can ken. MOST of that care was provided at home out of Mom and Dad’s money earned through their own honest labor and their savings.
I do not believe we live in a “SOUL SICK” nation. Nope.

The Obama Trillion dollars in Shovel Ready Jobs is the fuel for the NGO fraud. “Shovel Ready put the steroids to NGO crime. There has not been one dime spent on a shovel ready job.
The doing away with budget process allowed that Trillion to be spent every year…. So since 2008, a Trillion dollars is being funneled to Democrat/Communist Projects. We were just about ready to be overthrown. That TRILLION/Year needs to be permanently removed from Government Spending.
Fraud involving the federal government is much worse than what is being reported.
Follow the money as it moves through various entities in and out of government and private enterprise.
Now, add the same thing happening in every state and municipality.
We have no idea how bad the fraud problem is in our government institutions.
“Deferring” payments sounds like merely delaying them. So will California still get the money if all they do is just make some show about actually trying to prevent future fraud? Aside from ensuring prosecutions, how about calculating how much has been going toward fraud, either actually spent or identified and cancelled before it could be spent, and then reducing the amount California will get in the future by that amount? These budgets need to come down by the amount of the known fraud because the state obviously never needed that amount in the first place, and that isn’t even taking into account fraud that hasn’t even been detected yet, and there must be a great deal of that too.
And I do not believe people with genuine needs are suffering and being denied coverage because the fraud is diverting money away from them. Who has been cancelled or denied because money is not available? They would be on the news every night if that were true. The truth is that the federal money has been sloshing unchecked toward states like California with no one saying no to anything. All that needs to stop. Those budgets need to be permanently cut. Then places like California will have an incentive to weed out fraud so that those with genuine needs don’t start to suffer.
