U.K Prime Minister Keir Starmer has suffered a massive defeat as the British regional election results continue to be counted. So far, Starmer’s Labour Party has lost 1,100 seats and Nigel Farage’s Reform Party has gained a whooping 1,229 seats.
The results continue to be tallied as many regions and local councils have a form of ranked choice voting. However, despite the mounting electoral losses, Keir Starmer is refusing to step aside.
(VIA AP Newswire) – LONDON (AP) — British Prime Minister Keir Starmer insisted Friday that he will not resign after bruising elections that saw his governing Labour Party suffer big losses and the hard-right Reform UK make major gains.
The local and regional elections were widely seen as an unofficial referendum on Starmer, whose popularity has plummeted since he led the center-left Labour Party to power less than two years ago. […] Starmer said he took responsibility for the “very tough” results but would not quit.
“The voters have sent a message about the pace of change, how they want their lives improved,” he said. “I was elected to meet those challenges, and I’m not going to walk away from those challenges and plunge the country into chaos.”
Reform UK, led by the veteran nationalist politician Nigel Farage, won hundreds of local council seats in working-class areas in England’s north, such as Sunderland, that were solid Labour turf for decades, and also made gains from the Conservatives in areas like the county of Essex, east of London. Reform, which ran on an anti-establishment and anti-immigration message, did particularly well in areas that backed the U.K. to leave the European Union in the historic Brexit vote in 2016.
[…] Tony Travers, professor of government at the London School of Economics, said the elections show established parties struggling “to respond to populists on the left and right who appear to provide painless and simple solutions to intractable political and economic problems.” (read more)
The results will continue to be counted with more concrete outcomes likely on Saturday.
(VIA POLITICO UK) – It’s been an extraordinary day, which has seen a monumental shift in the political landscape across the country. Labour MPs are already calling on Keir Starmer to either go now or set a date — but not yet in huge numbers. That could change over the weekend.
Starmer’s party suffered a historic defeat in Wales, topped off with the loss of First Minister Eluned Morgan. Both Labour and the Conservatives have been reduced to single digits in the Welsh Senedd, while Nigel Farage’s Reform UK soared from a standing start to 34 seats, and Welsh nationalists Plaid Cymru emerged as the largest party with 43 seats, leaving them short of an overall majority.
Labour’s woes in England were huge. The party has lost 1,099 councillors so far, with heartlands falling to both Farage’s Reform UK, who have gained a whopping 1,229 seats, and the left-wing Green Party, who are currently up 289. (more)
History may not always repeat, but it often rhymes. 😂

If Nigel Farage becomes the new British Prime Minister, he would have both the authority and power to hand over transcripts of Obama’s secret meetings with the British Deep State, to President Trump, the DOJ, and Republicans in Congress. Obama was already a private citizen during his secret meetings with the British, so he will not have immunity from criminal prosecution over his possibly seditious and treasonous activities
Tonight Obama and Soros are meeting with Carney in Toronto. Really smells.
Yes, smells of desperation.
Lightbringer was only desperate when separated from Reggie and when he had to off chef paddleboard since he decided to talk. Soros is just evil.
Smells like fart due to extreme political indigestion happening in leftist tummies.
Toronto must’ve reeked of Sulfur last night.
Maybe enough even to overpower the usual reek of curry and xawaash.
The axis of evilness
We’re not holding our breath, I hope.
neither could the chef
Prosecute Obama under the Logan Act.
and murder
One needs to be very sceptical with one’s expectations of Mr Farage, he promises a lot to his “loyal supporters” then stabs them in the back. He sold out UKIP before Brexit 2016 only to create the “Brexit Party” that had a 52-48 official win over the Tories (70-30 off record), only to sell his “supporters” votes to the Conservative Party who won the next Gen Election.
P.s. One had to pay £££ to join the Brexit Party, I do not recall the figures, to early in the morning, suffice it to say I wouldn’t trust NF with a barge pole.
don’t worry
President Trump will set him
on the straight and narrow
Can’t recall why but, if I remember correctly, President Trump and F went their separate ways. Believe F did a turncoat on our president. Muslins might be a factor of F too.
Yeah. The good news isn’t really that the votes went to Farage, it’s that Labour lost them. Encouraging.
“I love it when a plan comes together!”
Mertz and Macron must be reevaluating the Three Amigos fun and games they have been playing at lately. The people who vote have soundly rejected their pal Starmer. They also have record low approval ratings.
They don’t care!
Make England Winston Churchill again, win win win
I’ll settle for Maggie Thatcher and Benny Hill at this point.
Counter points. When a frail old Maggie walked to the coffin of Ronald Regan and payed her respects I wept. Every time I watch Benny Hill I laugh my ass off. And yeah, we need more of those people today.
Charles…..if you get rid of the “apostrophe” in your username, you’ll no longer get your comment held up in moderation. I promise!
Since this won’t actually post and I don’t know how to contact you I’ll just put this here. Since the conversion from WordPress I have never figured out posting here. I don’t even remember how I created this log in much less attach the wrong avatar LOL I posted many more comments in the past but not recently because of these problems. Thanks for everything that is done here at CTH.
Charles….when we converted to the new CTH 2.0, we employed a team of engineers to transfer an entire ten years worth of blogging in a little over a week. In their hurry, they left a few “bugs” for us to work around. One of these bugs is the inability for usernames to employ an “apostrophe”. I can give you the technicals behind this if you wish, but why get into the weeds? Just delete the apostrophe, and your comments with automatically post – promise!

Boots Randolph is warming up backstage.
Even Monty Python would be an improvement.
Life imitates art.
Monty Python’s Black Knight Starmer: “Tis but a flesh wound!”
shades of jerome powell.
If Mr. Powell desires to remain in the Federal Reserve building, why not simply prevent him from leaving? Convert an office space into a bedroom; attach an electronic ankle-monitor to him; and instruct the front desk security to prevent him from leaving the building. He’s affluent enough to order Uber-eats meals for his remains years in the building.
ha! i perceive he may want to stick around to block the new guy, somehow, from looking at the figures. he knows it’s coming. of all the government agencies that have been corrupted by politicians, this is the only one since trump , that hasn’t been looked at. i know what we will find.
He is simply stating he wont step away as the head if the Labour Party.
The idea that he wont step away as PM is an interesting take, as that is not what he has said.
From the above article “Since he left the center -left labour party to victory 2 years ago”.
“Center _left”- what pure unadulterated horseshit.
Anything not remotely to the media’s liking is always “far right”.
“Center left” under Starmer is one step short of the gestapo, with crazy immigration
levels thrown in the mix.
.
My guess is that Starmer will not step down. Will there be a no confidence vote? Let’s wait and see.
The Labour Party went into labor and gave birth to a big, fat turd.

This is quite swell, but what will they do with all the Muslims?
Including Charles?
Starmer actually said this…
“Muslims are successful, brilliant, and creative people. They have made an enormous contribution to Britain’s history, in goodness, in art, and education. They are the face of modern Britain. They are exceptional people.”
And he wonders why he took such a drubbing …
Traitor! What about the young British girls?
What a cuckdom. They’d never survive WW2 today.
And definitely not World War Eleven!
Starmer would have out-Chamberlained Chamberlain.
That’s a bloody insult to Chamberlain.
Starmer: “I bring you Pieces in our time in our new United Kaliphate!”
“Gad sir, the government is marching over the edge of an abyss, and the nation must march solidly behind them.” Is Col. Blimp at #10 Downing?
Arguably has been since August 4th, 1914.
…as cathedrals worldwide get burned down. Just read an article this week that it’s been 123 burned Canada historic churches. with more worldwide Of course, starting with Notre Dame. I can’t find the article, so her’s the AI account. It’s heartbraking to watch.
AI Overview
Over 123 historic churches and cathedrals in Canada have been burned or vandalized in an “unprecedented wave” of attacks since 2021,,
Worldwide Context
The phenomenon of burning or vandalizing Christian heritage sites is not exclusive to Canada, with reports suggesting that more than 220 churches have been damaged in Europe during the same period. This indicates a broader, challenging climate for religious institutions globally. [1]
And all incited by Ottawa…
Go Nigel! Make Great Britain Great Again!
has Lord Mayor of London lose any support?
I live in a north London borough that Labour has owned for at least 50 years. Just as the Democrat party has been overtaken by Marxist-Islamists in the USA, the Green party has overtaken Labour here. The “Greens” won my borough of course.
Point one is that not every defeat of Labour yesterday means Reform won instead of Labour somewhere. Rather, it means more often the “Greens” won that office from Labour. Reform gained much of its ground instead by winning over the Conservative (RINO) party.
Point two is that when Starmer is eventually ousted, Labour will still control with its 66% supermajority (even though it only received support of 33% of the electorate in the last election) until 2029.
The way to think of power in Britain is to imagine that the US Speaker of the House holds US presidential power and the term of office is five years, not two. Just like the US House of Representatives, only one district elects a Keir Starmer/Nancy Pelosi, but the party–not the people–elects the Prime Minister/Speaker of the House. At least in the US everyone gets to vote on the presidential office.
It’s that bad here. And wait till you see who is next in line after Starmer. He’s even worse: David Lammy (my district’s former MP — of course).
💯 🎯 Lammy has just started easing the Starmtrooper under the double-decker:

But I can’t help noticing the Ginger Growler’s reappearance. 😨 Not sure I’d bet against her just yet…
The western side of my borough is in the hills and very nice. Among other things, it has the secondary (high) school where The Kinks went. The way getting into schools is here, it’s all geography–the more people want their children to go to a certain school, the closer the family must live to it. Very often within a half a mile.
Yet despite the fact that Lammy’s constituency was on the wrong side of the tracks in the eastern part of the borough, somehow his children all go/went to that sought after school. He is one of the biggest race baiters in the UK and just as fraudulent as most any coastal Democrat in the US we know.
💯 🎯 I get to gaze on a different Waterloo sunset these days but turns out I’m not in paradise over here any more. 😕
Understood re school choice. He scammed it for sure.
My parents moved to one of the 2 counties that still had government grammar schools in the ’60s and by some miracle I passed my 11-plus. Life-changing. 👍
Thanks for the inside baseball. I have enough trouble keeping track of our own mess.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer insisted Friday that he will not resign after bruising elections that saw his governing Labour Party suffer big losses…
“The way of a fool is right in his own eyes,
But he who heeds counsel is wise.” – Proverbs 12:15
Starmer has never acted with the interests of the average Brit in mind so far, so there’s no reason to expect him to step out of character now and do the right thing unless forced to do so.
Starmer knows that the average British citizen wants nothing to do with an Islamic police state where invaders are allowed to rape its women without consequence while the natives are jailed for even suggesting that this is not the way civilized countries govern themselves. The repudiation at the polls is baked into the equation for his ilk. What probably surprised him is that those Brits not currently cowed by his police state tactics haven’t succumbed to the propaganda of the globalist Brit media and stopped resisting, as evidenced on election night. It seems that Trump’s example, that saving one’s own country is a fight worth having, has been more pernicious than first believed. It was likely a surprising wake-up call for the treasonous old lapdog.
It couldn’t happen to a more deserving fool.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! UK PM Keir Starmer has LOST over 1,303 Council seats
His Labour Party has lost WALES for the first time in 100 years
Nigel Farage’s Reform SURGED over +1,400 seats! 🤯
THE PEOPLE ARE FURIOUS!
Take your country back!
Cont and video….
Brilliant.

So the United Kingdom has a chance to end illegal immigration, restore their basic freedoms e.g. repeal all the restrictions on Freedom of Speech, and end the trend to turn England into part of Eurabia.
This is parallel with the election of President TRUMP and the attempt to lead our country into a Golden Age of Freedom, including freedom from anti-American and anti-Christian invaders.
We shall see what happens!
Read my post above. Not until as long as 2029. Just because Starmer may go it would take a tidal wave event to result in another election before then. When he goes his replacement will be even worse.
I say “as long as” because the PM can always call another election but they don’t do this prior to the five year term unless they are polling so well that winning is a slam dunk and thus makes the five year term even longer. Absolutely that isn’t the case right now – so Labour will just keep destroying the country until 2029. They DOUBLED the tax rate on my industry and we had to fire 1/3rd of staff–but they care about the little guy of course.
In 2016 Brexit passed. A big conservative moment. Then we got Trump! Maybe this time the big Reform vote means a big 2026 for real republicans! We usually follow Britains’ lead politically.
“Prime Minister Starmer Refuses to Step Aside…………”
No Kings Rally anyone? Anyone??……….
Slimer Starmer
Of course Starmer wont step down, he’s a commie and commies care about power, not the voice of the people. His fellow commies will stand by him and double down.
Five takeaways:
# of councilours, 127 out of 136 reporting
Nigel, you go, boy! You can bring the UK back to their senses.
Globalists will be conducting black masses for the next several days hoping Satan will find a way to keep Kier Starmer in office.
Congratulations also to Raheem Kassam. I know he helps Nigel with strategy behind the scenes.
The way elections work in the EU is that you do not vote for a candidate. You vote for a party, and the party leader then becomes PM. Starmer may refuse to step down, however if his party removes him as Labor leader, he has no choice but to do so.
So Starmer won’t step aside, does he think he’s a king?
hasn’t Starmer already sent his country into chaos?
Wales: Lefties “Plaid Cymru” substituted Labour as Senedd leader (49 seats needed for majority)
BTW: PM Starmer picked former PM Brown as his Special Envoy on Global Finance – more than 16 years since he was defeated by conservative Cameron in a landslide.
Where are the “No Kings” activists when you really ‘need’ them…?
“… and I’m not going to walk away from those challenges and plunge the country into chaos.” Don’t look now dude but that’s exactly what you’ve done.
Now the party is toxic enough that few if any contenders want the job.
MEGA – Make England Great Again!
OK, it’s ‘Great Britain’ but this acronym is better. No way I’m the first to post this…?
Then, we have this – “Total Patriot Victory”
by Connor Tomlinson of UK’s Restore Party (not “Reform” Party)
Love Nigel.. give us a. Ice picture of him. Excellent news.
NO ONE on this side of the Atlantic is paying attention – “Rupert Won Everything”
