How did Greek ever develop a word for God dwelling in the Hebrew tabernacle?
And I don’t think Adam was created to be “God-man, fully and eternally true God and perfect man—man as God created and intended man to be” And those scriptures don’t mention God’s intentions for creating man.
Probably the author going a little overboard in his language.
But his successors have a feud with him over the nature and roles of the Trinity during the creation. And his use of and faith in the KJV. Which oddly enough seems to be the driver of the Author’s beliefs and is often slightly tweaked by the successors to win the argument.
This running feud with significant beliefs dependent on minor translation differences belies the claims that all translations are the same. Most of the time I feel that the differences are moot. But I haven’t spent my time trying to discern great theological claims from these minor differences.
By the way, this site gives both options ‘of’ ‘beside’ in its Greek translation near the very bottom. Most of the translations presented don’t use ‘beside’. But it is there in the Greek definition. So is dwelling in a tabernacle. But dwelling in a tent is also an option.

A Pew Research Center study estimated the Muslim population in Europe at 4.9%, projected to grow to between 7.4% and 14% by 2025, depending on migration trends and fertility rates, which are generally higher among Muslim immigrants than in native populations. Germany and Sweden could see Muslim populations reach 20–30%, while France, Italy, and Belgium could face similar pressure. My burro, Annabelle died when she ate a plastic bag filled with cactus and food left by illegals traveling through my property. It was too late by the time the vet could get there (she said there was nothing she could have done in any case).
Her burro buddy Lordy, stood watch over her with tears streaming down his face. My stoic old WWII vet dad did the same.
It’s been about 20 years and I’m still working on forgiveness.
When my dog, Reagan died, we had just finished burying him, when our pup, Gator came over, dug a small hole on top, and dropped his bone into it. 😢 😭

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. I was at the VA most of the day today, I met my primary physician and met with a case worker for Vocational Rehabilitation (temporary work at the VA). I spent most of the day waiting in the A/C and using the free Wifi. I told my doctor about my difficulty sleeping and she prescribed me Magnesium, evidently you take it before bed to help sleep and take it in the morning for muscle strength and memory improvement. I stopped and talked to a bunch of Mexicans working at a job site hanging drywall and asked if they could use some help and I was told to come back in the morning tomorrow to talk to the boss. I was told by one guy that they might need help placing insulation and other things that basically no one wants to do. I asked when they started I was told 7 AM to which I responded I couldn’t start till 8. Mainly because breakfast is served at 7:30 at the shelter but I will be there ready and willing.
