“Iran signed a ceasefire last night and broke it before most Americans finished breakfast.
But that’s not the story.
The story is what Trump did while everyone was staring at the missiles.
The sequence: Iran signs ceasefire. Iran releases fake version claiming total victory. CNN runs fake version as real news. Trump calls it fraud. Iran launches missiles at Israel, Kuwait, UAE, and Bahrain.
Ceasefire lasts fewer hours than a domestic flight.
Everyone is asking the wrong question. The question isn’t “why did Iran break the ceasefire.” The answer to that is obvious. Iran has a political wing that wants to negotiate and a military wing that wants to die fighting. The IRGC operates 32 independent regional commands. “
If the Iranian team we are negotiating with has no control over the IRGC, then we are essentially negotiating with nobody. Time to resume the bombing with infrastructure and power plants first on the agenda.
It is no different than China or Russia negotiating with the US political wing if we didn’t have civilian control over the military.
Yup. And this time no warning before the bombing so that they can’t put human shields in harms way.
Iran designed it that way so they could pretend to negotiate while trying to get an advantage militarily. It won’t work
are we sure that israel`s hands are clean here?….ask yourself who wants the fighting to continue…..i remember being told that russia destroyed their own nordstream pipeline by ukraine(many bought that b.s.)…
Netanyahu giving a golden pager to Trump always seemed weird to me.
yeah
It’s the JOOZ
The Iranian people want the fighting to continue, so that the occupying regime is finally removed.
Amen and Amen¡
To quote Jabotinsky, ” Go to hell.”
I couldn’t make sense of that random copy paste
The mullah and IRGC command structure has been torn apart. Obviously there is competition among the remaining leaders to grab power. But President Trump knows that and he will pick the people he wants to deal with. He did the same thing in Venezuela.
A further problem is communication in the IRGC command structure has also been torn apart. But even if it was solid, what Vance just said is true: things wobble in the beginning.
We need to chill. President Trump knows what he wants to achieve and he’ll get it done. That’s not to say this will work. Maybe IRGC lunatics will gain control in Iran. There are lots of them. If that happens, it’s back to military action until the lunatic group folds.
This!
I’m wonder if part of what DJT hoped to accomplish with the ceasefire was for the political wing to further distance itself from the military wing and maybe having the political wing start cooperating with us to demolish the military wing so that Iran could prosper in peace??? I don’t know squat – just throwing that out there
Thanks for the clarification VP Vance. It answered a lot of questions. I hope Iran has chosen to be a normal country seeking prosperity for it’s great people. We shall see soon enough. What an amazing time to be alive.
There is much we do not know.
I am guessing our weapons supply is critically low.
Time helps us.
And Israel striking their supply routes. Smart!!!
Female reporters are not a good idea.
Lois Lane is a great one
Lois Lane is a comic book character.
I don’t care what sex they are, so long as they are honest, intelligent and wise.
Adhering to those standards would eliminate about 99.9% of the world’s journalists from the profession.
True!
That will never happen, and never has happened.
The revolutionary term “Yellow journalism” comes to mind. There’s ALWAYS an agenda
Agree. Look what they did to Vietnam. The war was not lost by the military, it was lost here by journos and the government. I know. My husband was there. Take the hill. New orders: retreat. Rise and repeat.
Those three attributes and journalism don’t go together.
Lara Logan comes to mind as a fine example of those characteristics who is working for US.
I agree
should be home baking cookies for their 6 children
He’s good at clarifying things
The writers at the WSJ need to listen to Vance’s explanations before running their mouths and printing fodder for the nutty leftists to spew their hatred.
Part of the WSJ business model is to run their mouths and print fodder for the nutty leftists to spew.
Honestly maybe just me, I don’t actually trust VP to negotiate. He seems way too soft, maybe he’s different in negotiations but he seems way too soft on Iran.
President Trump gives his staff opportunities to see how they handle themselves. As if they are being “interviewed” for future positions. Vance wiped the smirk off Waltz’s face, let’s see how he does…we pray he succeeds, a great leader can inspire huge growth.
🇺🇸🦅💥🙏
Hopefully it is “just you”. Most people honestly do not think they are on the level to trust or not trust the VP.
Vance is not directly involved in the cease – fire negotiations.
This “ceasefire” deal is as vaporous as I suspected. Of course President Trump knows their political “leadership” has almost zero real power…and certainly they want to end this…but the real power refuses, and will never bend until broken. But Trump needs a way out…an exit ramp to stop the domestic political bleeding. The administration “experts” are trying the old “ACCEPT THE GOOD TERMS OFFER” trick, which seeks to manage and spin the details apart from the reality. But the IRCG is as devoted as brainwashed cult members can be. I suspect they will not stop, at any point, until their backs are broken and all hope is exhausted.
So I expect this job will be left as a paper victory. The President is already signaling his likely movement away from further heavy involvement. His statement about “hanging around” was a tell IMO. But I understand how difficult this is! We’re looking at the U.S. having to literally bomb the crap out of major infrastructure, killing innocents who are forced at gunpoint to be human shields, and a tedious deadly hunt down of dangerous combatants over months which would absolutely involve ground troops. It is a political kill zone.
Yet, if the concern truly is keeping them from having nuke weapons….we MUST ELIMINATE THE ENRICHED PRODUCT. They have diminished capability, but that stuff can be, at minimum, made into dirty bombs. With the help of their “friends” they could also get guidance and assistance for even deadlier results.
President Trump isn’t looking for the easy way out.
Do you seriously believe he has risked his family and his life just to drop bombs and then find an off ramp?
What he’s looking for is people in Iran with the grit and skills, and the political savvy and backing, to run the country. Same as he did in Venezuela.
Once he finds those people — once they rise to the top and are accepted by the Iranian people — President Trump will work with them to help create a vibrant society.
As long as IRGC exists they’ll be no peace. China and Russia only care about the economic benefits.
Economic incentives from the United States doesn’t interest Iran as long they have China and Russia as allies and they can sell oil to China.

New footage shows hardline IRGC factions turning on each other, gathering outside regime buildings and chanting “death to the compromisers” over the ceasefire.
What began as internal dissent is now escalating into open threats against senior leadership, with hardliners rejecting negotiations and targeting officials tied to the deal.
Video linked….
The political compromisers are going to have to start executing IRCC leadership and soon. Or get back channel deals with US/Israel to do it for them. Just how it works.
It would be a shame if they all took each other out..

Former member of US Army’s elite Delta Force unit arrested for leaking secrets to reporter
A former member of the US Army’s elite Delta Force squad has been arrested for leaking classified secrets to a reporter as prosecutors revealed her private messages.
Courtney Williams, 40, was arrested Wednesday in connection with her alleged transmission of classified national defense information to individuals not authorized to receive it, including a journalist.
While the affidavit doesn’t name the journalist, Williams is cited heavily in Seth Harp’s book ‘The Fort Bragg Cartel: Drug Trafficking and Murder in the Special Forces’ and was featured in a Politico profile by Harp, both published last year.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15717217/Army-Delta-Force-arrested-leaking-secrets.html
Daily Wail doesn’t know the difference between a member of Delta and an employee, which is what Williams was.
Call her back to active duty. Then put her in front of a military court of justice. Demoted her to less than grunt and in front of a firing squad for treason.

Trump’s Masterstroke!
Donald Trump’s strategy toward Iran has completely outmaneuvered the expectations of the globalists.
The latter, through Lloyd’s of London, the famous British insurance company, have canceled “war risk” insurance for maritime transport.
The goal was to block oil transport, drive up crude prices, and create an economic crisis that would politically harm Trump. But Trump reacted swiftly and on three simultaneous fronts:
Replacement insurance: He brought in the U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to provide political risk insurance within days, filling the gap left by Lloyd’s.
Military protection: He put the U.S. Navy on alert to protect ships in the Strait of Hormuz if necessary.
The masterstroke: Trump lifted some sanctions on Russian oil and directly phoned Vladimir Putin to discuss the conflict in Iran.
Result: He enlisted Russia to maintain oil supplies, thereby bypassing
British pressure. Trump described Great Britain as his country’s former closest ally, criticizing its role in sanctions against Russia and the prolongation of the war in Ukraine.
Lloyd’s never recovered from this setback, and Trump demonstrated a radically different way of thinking that allowed him to dominate the oil situation. – @FollowBack2026

Gen. Dan Caine’s update this morning detailing what was accomplished by the military campaign.
Pay attention to the percentages and wording:
–U.S. forces “destroyed” approximately 80% of Iran’s air defense systems;
–Sunk more than 90% of its regular fleet and half of the IRGC Navy’s small attack boats;
–“destroyed” more than 95% of Iran’s naval mines;
–approximately 90% of weapons factories were “attacked”;
–More than 80% of missile facilities are “gone”; and –
-Nearly 80% of Iran’s nuclear industrial base was “hit.” – @Brad_L_Bowman
Trump warns that “numerous agreements, lists, and letters” are being circulated by people with “absolutely nothing to do” with the U.S.-Iran negotiation, calling them “fraudsters, charlatans, and worse.”
“There is only one group of meaningful points acceptable to the United States, and we will be discussing them behind closed doors.”
The ceasefire is less than 24 hours old and there’s already a battle over what was actually agreed to.
Iran released terms claiming victory. CNN ran them.
Trump called them fake. Now he’s saying multiple fraudulent documents are floating around, and a federal investigation is underway.
This is what happens when a deal gets made through backchannels, mediators, and midnight social media posts instead of a formal signing ceremony.
Nobody has a single document both sides publicly agree on.
Everyone is writing their own version of reality, and the Islamabad talks on Friday will be the first time anyone sits in the same room to figure out what was actually promised. – @MarioNawfal

The shrill and screaming reporters should be required to take up sky diving before asking gotcha questions.
Trump just speed-ran a war in 39 DAYS and delivered TOTAL HUMILIATION to the Iranian regime.
While the corporate media was still breathlessly claiming Iran was “winning” and defying deadlines, Trump had already turned Iran’s own neighbors into his enforcers through a $10 BILLION Board of Peace.
He barnstormed the Middle East, stitched up Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan and 20+ others with fat economic deals and club memberships that specifically excluded Iran…then dropped the hammer.
Pakistan called at 7:58pm…two minutes before Trump’s deadline…begging for a ceasefire and promising to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Oil crashed $18.43 in a single day. Iran’s Supreme Council whined about their “crushing defeat” while literally asking their neighbor to broker surrender.
This is the Art of the Deal on steroids.
The same swamp experts who mocked Trump’s “transactional real-estate approach” just got absolutely owned.
39 days. Not 20 years like Afghanistan. Not 5 years like Ukraine.
A record-shattering win built on clear incentives, clear consequences, and zero State Department bullshit.
They laughed at the F-bomb.
They laughed at the deadlines.
Now they’re crying because Trump is a closer.

Report: Hezbollah allegedly prepared coup attempt in Lebanon
Israeli Channel 24 reported that Lebanon was on the verge of a military coup, similar to the events of May 7, allegedly prepared by Hezbollah just hours before recent Israeli strikes.
According to the report, the plan aimed to overthrow the government, though no independent confirmation has been provided.
Separate indications cited include threatening statements from Hezbollah figures, including Mahmoud Qmati, who reportedly said the group is capable of “overthrowing the country and the government.”
Additionally, Lebanese military sources are said to have thwarted attempted attacks and bombings in residential areas of Beirut in recent days

I think that the most-key thing that Vance said is: “We work as a team.”
“Vance” is a very, very different personality than “Donald Trump.” But, when you watch the two of them working together, you see that this “Veep” is certainly no one’s “spare tire.” (Unlike too-many predecessors.) He knows when to speak for himself, and, at the same time, when to speak only for “The President.”
In this role, he can say things, by his nature, that President Trump, by his nature, simply could not. So, he adds an entire dimension to the nation’s topmost-level messaging. Yet, it is one message.
He is obviously tightly connected to the present military operations team – without breathing a word of anything that ought not now to be said.
That’s teamwork.
HERE is a brief backed up with experience at the Exec Level

Treepers,
When all this 2 week truce went down last night, I was initially confused.
Well, upon reflection on this Shia opponent, I got unconfused after looking at the strategic situation from a military perspective.
We have a 3rd carrier group, the Bush somewhere in the Mediterranean or Red Sea. We have two carriers on station now. We have moved Marines and special forces into the theater. We have airborne available, and I’d bet Rangers too. These soldiers have trained for this specific mission, the taking of the strategic islands along Iran’s south coast.
This 2 week pause will reveal how dead end the IRGC and the Mullahs are. They will make the Soviet negotiators look like honest card players. Trump and his team know this.
On Friday we all meet up in Islamabad. Look at the makeup of the Iranian negotiating team, all dead ender shiite extreme hard liners. They will play with a rigged deck. Trump, Kushner and Witkof know this, they just experienced it 6 weeks ago; there is no good faith with these dead enders, its a moral flaw in their defective cognition.
At some point, the negotiations will break down or stop.
After that, we are going to take Kharg, Queshan and the other strategic islands. We will also exploit a whole bunch of electronic intelligence and take out a few hundred more of their mullahs and “leaders”.
They won’t have a truck to drive in three weeks, nor a rial to spend.
Right now, we are in an operational pause; we will finish the job on a date of our chosing.
Doing this tactically makes complete sense. Our soldiers have been cycled up for 60 plus days. We are maintaining, rearming, and configuring battle plans, while our warriors get some rest.
We are about to hit these foolish mullahs with a joker and four Aces, or an on the ground checkmate, if you prefer that board game.
Hopefully, the Green Berets will have gotten the locals some decent firearms, C 4 and RPG’s. With our air overhead and some radios, it will make for a fitting end for these mullah tormentors. The Persians will make it look like the Italians treated Mussolini with respect, piano wire and all.
There are 150k mullahs. Unless they surrender, there are going to be a whole lot less of them in a couple of months.
They won’t surrender, its another cognitive character flaw they are crippled by.
So be it. We have waited 47 years for justice and my bet is unless these Shia run up a white flag, Trump and our military are about to deliver it like we aint seen in 80 years.
CIA’s first try at weapons for the citizenry got lost apparently when the Kurd middlemen liked them better.
Supposedly, that occured.
Our apparatus now knows we use a different method next time.
Before we unleash the pent up rage of the Persians, we need to unlevel the playing field and stack the deck. The next round of ordinance drops will convey an unmistakable existential message to this unworthy satanic enemy, “Your days in this realm are over. ”
They had 47 years to figure out how to be civilized, not commit war crimes, etc. The bill has come due, and unless they surrender, they are going to pay it completely in a few scant weeks.
Essentially heard the same story, via TuosiTV a few days ago. Weapons were to be sent to Iranian groups via Kurds in Iraq. The Kurds sent some, but kept most of them for themselves. Apparently the Americans were pissed!
The more radical faction of the IRGC is already fighting against the more ‘moderate’ faction of the IRGC who are participating in the cease fire negotiations.
Civil War between those two factions is a very very good thing.
We should encourage that, and see if it can be televised.?
Neither of those factions has a clue about what to do. They all thought ” if we dig closer to hell, that will save us!”
Go ahead, have your civil war, and who ever wins, it will take less ordinance to end them.
The way I saw it playing out (which might be wrong of course) is that soon after the agreement was announced Israel commenced one of the biggest bombings of civilian (non-Hezbollah) areas in Lebanon of the entire war thus far. This push on their part has generally been under-reported but according to some they have absorbed almost as much Lebanese territory this past month as Russia has done in Eastern Ukraine in four to five years. So when the Israelis started this bombing again Iran went back on the agreement which clearly stated cessation of hostilities in Lebanon as one of the conditions.
So now the story is that they published a fake list. Maybe. But that demand has been there from the beginning and they have never wavered from it. At this point, I trust the Iranians far more than any US or Israeli statement. The Russians call the American and Jewish States ‘agreement-incapable’ and I think this is true. We operate without morals or honour, sad to say. The republic fell long ago and what we have now is just lies.
The only big question remaining is whether or not hundreds of millions will be killed off as our Empire finally dissolves. It happened to the French and Russians (and many more). It can happen to us. People need to wake up. I am very disappointed that J.D. is trotting out lies to cover for the Israelis who do whatever they want with no regard for American interests. Disappointed but not the slightest surprised.
Wow, that might be the most impressive stream of Taqiyya I have read in 12 years here; congratulations.
So you trust statements from Iran, more than Israel and the US… desperate times call for desperate measures.
I am more impressed with VP Vance every time I listen to him. He is bright, sharp, articulate, and on top of things. His leadership on the US fraud investigations is going to be important to where he will be placed politically in 2028. If he even cares…
Iran does not want a ceasefire. We should not insist on giving them a ceasefire that they have rejected. US should finish the job
Support Pres Trump and get the job done!
Iran is clearly an enemy.
We should proceed accordingly.
