There should be some manner of penalty or removal from the BAR for judges who make obviously frivolous and scurrilous decisions over and over in what are clearly unethical attacks of lawfare for clearly political-only purposes. I think since this is actually an attack on the integrity of our legal system, this type of conduct should warrant the most severe criminal penalties and sanctions. Hey, I seriously wish I had an answer to that. I thought that the question of to what extent a federal judge can make rulings on, had gone before the Supreme Court. I thought that it was ruled that the powers of a federal judge was limited… But apparently not. I also thought they were in the process of getting this particular judge disbarred… Again, apparently not. The only thing that I can guess is that this judge is holding a lot of political skeletons in his closet to use against people in this government.
Only the military can resolve this issue. Crooked roaches wearing black robes will not allow other crooked roaches to be prosecuted for violating our constitution. This is the conundrum we are faced with.

Trump could and should’ve declared Boasberg a national security threat, stripped him of all of his security clearances, denied him entry to any federal building, taken away all access to federal information systems and effectively freeze him out of his job. Being in DC has always been dangerous – parking your car on the street, walking late at night, ordinary public activity. This is due to “DC Home Rule” by incapable D politicians. If there were local officials that believed in accountability, they could get involved as well.
