Again Justice Roberts will do NOTHING. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s conniving and/or advising with these rogue justices, or at least there’s a wink and a nod or some other kind of evil signal they exchange.
It is up to Congress to deal with Boasberg since he is the judge of an inferior court, under Article 3, Section 2 of the Constitution. It is time to spell out the jurisdiction of Federal District Court and write it out in CRAYON if that is the only way they can read it.

It is very easy, if Powell has clean hands let him provide all the documents requested and promply and prove it. This judge is continually obstructing justice even if it is only an i that has not been dotted or t that has not be crossed. A judge who does what is right will simply correct these so he can allow the case to continue.
Say I want to funnel monies to a “black ops” program. I need a way to hide that decision and transfer. Where can I park these funds and show the funds on a set of ledgers where others will be hard pressed to find the ultimate placement of said funds?
Cost over runs on a building project might be a good place to hide this transfer destined for some other place. Change orders are created, issues to justify inserted and monies distributed accordingly.

The American jury system is set up to ensure that The People can exercise some control over and retain a voice in the justice system.
Cases normally begin with investigations and indictments by a Grand Jury. Criminal cases end with a verdict by a trial jury. Juries are selected from ordinary people, not experts, not specially trained or credentialed “professionals.” The People, not the “professional experts” should always hold power to decide at both ends of the process.

I think, as a matter of Constitutional law and interpretation of the balance of powers, that if a matter before the Supreme Court (or any subordinate federal court), can be settled at law, then the court may procede with the case before it. However if such a case cannot be settled or argued at law, then it is inherently political; and hence is a matter between the Executive and The Congress, to settle politically. In which circumstance the court is not empowered to rule, since it has only intrepretative powers.

A federal grand jury DETERMINES PROBABLE CAUSE by handing down a True Bill of Indictment. Since Probable Cause has not been reached, but reasonable suspicion (ONE BILLION DOLLARS OVER ESTIMATED COST) has been reached. This is why grand jury proceedings are SECRET. Someone MIGHT have violated the law in a case like this wherein there is REASONABLE SUSPICION a law was violated. Once the grand jury hands down an indictment, it is the INDICTMENT THAT DECLARES PROBABLE CAUSE HAS BEEN ACHIEVED, so warrants of all kinds, arrest, search, etc. are buttressed by the indictment which is the call of the grand jury to have the accused answer to the charges in court.
Boasberg doesn’t know this, he is TOO DAMN INCOMPETENT to be a federal district court judge.
