Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Air Force Gen. Dan Caine, hold a press briefing at the Pentagon to update on Operation Epic Fury.
Secretary Hegseth notes the Iranian war machine is destroyed. All of the operations, companies and technical systems needed to manufacture weapons and war material have been destroyed. The Mullahs in Iran are no longer in control of the governing system. The IRGC is being degraded daily.

And gateway pundit has video of drone strikes on individual IRGC & Basij militia checkpoints. The shift yonregime change has started. These strikes signal to the locals that they will have intimate fire support when taking on the regime. This will be very interesting to see if local drone support can help very lightly armed protesters overthrow a regime.

It was a good news update on the battlefield
Not so much weird, more that media persona developed to get reaction comes out – wants you to know his passion as well, pretty rah rah. That said, boy, do I appreciate Gen. Caine, his demeanor, his presentation of facts, etc.
Remember same military but different aspects. Hegseth represents the totality of the military whereas Caine represents the operational function of it. The messaging is on target considering their responsibilities.
I hope that our military knows how grateful we are for them and how much we are praying for their mission success and protection. We owe these brave warriors everything for our freedoms and for the lifestyle we lead in America. Praise God for them! May God embrace those who have fallen. May He comfort their families, loved ones, and a grieving nation. We pray for a speedy, full recovery for those who are injured.
It feels like we are a time in US history when we have an inordinate amount of internal enemies and saboteurs within our borders while our country is at war with a psychopathic regime that has been vowing to destroy us for 47 years. As citizens, I hope we can examine wisely how to do our part for the war effort to defeat our enemies, both here at home and overseas. We don’t have much power over the scoundrels in Congress or the propaganda media who refuse to support our troops and are instead carrying water for the enemy Iranian terrorist regime and their terrorist proxies. We can voice our outrage, but ultimately we don’t have much power over the scoundrels in Congress who have defunded DHS and our ability to fight the threat of terrorism, sabotage, and assassination on the home front, or who obstruct ICE from seeking dangerous people out and deporting/ imprisoning these people who have no right to be here in the first place. We can voice our outrage, but ultimately we don’t have much power over the scoundrels in the government and the media who provide aid and comfort to our enemies. The scoundrels in Congress have taken away much of our power, as they cannot even get behind supporting honest elections in the US. Apparently their livelihoods depend too much on cheating, deception, and fraud.
But what we do have going for us is the power created by our faith in God and our prayers. I pray that God will enable those who fight on the side of righteousness and for the preservation of our Republic to once again have the tools and the fortitude to stop our internal enemies and saboteurs dead in their tracks. This is not new, as other Presidential administrations have taken action during previous times when our country was at war and we were faced with formidable internal enemies and traitors. We don’t need to re-invent the wheel. We can look to actions Abraham Lincoln and FDR took, for example. War isn’t pretty in this regard. We didn’t start this war against the survival of our Republic, though and we can do our part to help finish it. May God give us strength to persevere in the times ahead, as patriots have had to do at other perilous times in history.
We can also do our part by trying to stay informed of the truth and to challenge the disinformation being spread by our enemies who seek to confuse, demoralize us and to undermine our Commander in Chief and our military. Beware of any media citing “CNN sources” etc, for example. I think most of us here are aware that CNN is being used by the Iranian terrorist regime to spew outrageous lies and propaganda in the US. Other outlets stealthily cite CNN as “a source” in their reporting. These lies are becoming pervasive throughout social media and even conservatives are falling for the clickbait. Thank you for your part, Sundance, for all that you do to keep us aware of the facts. May God give us Wisdom to discern truth from lies.

I keep thinking if Iran really has that many submersible drones we should be sending drone type ships through to both attract the underwater weaponry, and to draw them out so they can be dealt with.
Just no use to send people or valuable cargo through until the threat is for sure neutralized.
They need to airdrop leaflets and bundles with pistols and grenades into anti-regime neighborhoods of Tehran. Give Iranian people who oppose the tyrannical Islamic government and IRGC something to use to fight against them.
They will need weapons that are simple to use and easily concealable. Pistols and grenades are what they need to take out Basij motorbike patrols and the regime’s police checkpoints. That’s the kind of weaponry the OSS parachuted in for resistance movements in Nazi occupied France, Belgium, Norway etc.

Hitting stock piles of GOLD and SILVER, banking assets … anything that can be used to pay for rebuild needs to also be accomplished. That includes going after Iranian assets located outside Iran.
The rebuild cost to replace the destruction will be very very high.
The US then puts Iran and it’s proxies on notice … we can do this again if necessary. For Iran, that means hit them while any rebuild is in progress, inside Iran.
