interesting. I opened an account on X/twitter to be able to read, share, comment, then one year later decided to pay their $8.00 a month subscription to be able to edit, fix typoes (which didn’t let me do that even though it said paying would allow that) and now, that platform arbitrarily suspended my account with no reason though it says it will still charge $8.00 a month.
Crazy world.
Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
You can always stop payment with your bank card or your bank account.
I probably will since paying doesn’t add anything it says it does other than provide a blue checkmark, which I don’t care about, just wanted to fix my typos instead of having to delete and retype whatever the comment was.
That said, they restored it, said I was sharing too many posts of others, which, to be honest, I share every one of Sundance’s posts and he had quite a few that I was catching up on sharing so that must have triggered some bot monitor.
I honestly thought they had suspended it because I asked that carpetbagger candidate for Nevada District 2 when was it he actually moved from Las Vegas to somewhere in the northern part of the State, thinking, he has all these out of State endorsements and not a single one from the District while an underfunded one, who’s family is like 5 generation northern Nevada ranchers is hardly being given the time of day on the different platforms –
that’s how bad my 6th sense, paranoia, has been triggered by what happened in Virginia with Spanberger and in NYC with its new mayor – are all media platforms blocking vetting of primary candidates – did that man complain and get my account suspended?
Thankfully it’s just over-enthusiastic sharing, so will string it out over a longer period of time throughout the day instead of too much in such a short period of time.

Anyone used one of the “Delete me” services to remove your name from all the sold contact lists your name gets on?
Today I responded to a winred solicitation request by Vivek R with “Bugger off” before the “Stop” and block further texts from that number. I am getting bad about blocking any out of area code numbers which do not leave a Vmail…..(I never answer an out of area code call.)
My cell is getting spammed especially by WinRed but by others also. Any ideas?
I have my phone set so that if they aren’t in my contacts list it does not “ring” and goes to voicemail.
The only time that has proved not to be a good thing is when I get calls from health care providers and service providers that use multiple lines and I don’t have the particular line they’re calling me on listed for their contact.
