He had a concealed gun and didn’t say a word about it to the officers like he should have as a licensed CCH.. He had no ID. He fought with them. They saw the gun, either because he tried to use it or his clothing was pulled up in the struggle so it was visible. Those are all things that would get him shot by officers who have no idea what he was going to do with that weapon and as first noted, he was fighting them.
And if you have conclusive evidence otherwise where is your link?

The time has come for our President to stop talking and start doing. Take control of Minnesota. See that lawbreakers are arrested and go to jail. If Judges are corrupt and release law breakers inappropriately, replace them with Judges who will follow the law and be impartial. No more talk, no more platitudes, now is the time for action. Arrest everyone breaking the law and see they are punished. No excuses, no more talk, just pure American law-abiding action. If this means sending in the Marines, locked and loaded, then do so. The law breaking must stop now and the people who have and are breaking the law need to be punished according to the law.

No but US law allows for declaring an insurrection and to end sedtion. To bring in Federal troops to quell it. What you have to realize is the Democrats don’t care about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law unless they can use them against their political opposition, and unless you are a liberal troll that includes you.
The Democrats will lie, break any law, set up may entrapment and fake any intelligence to stay in power. They will steal every tax dollar they can lay their hands on to fund their crimes. They will cheat anyway possible to win elections. And don’t forget the liberal judges judicial innsurection. How do you fight that if you don’t push the boundaries of US law. You want to wave the the white flag and give them their way? Even Lincoln suspended habeas corpus.

Article 1, Section 8 gives Congress power to call forth the Militia to suppress insurrections and execute the laws of the Union (federal law). To this end they passed the Insurrection Act of 1807 which gives the President the power to send in the military and National Guard, declare martial law, and suspend habeus corpus. This puts the military governor in charge. So, if the communist insurrectionists want to push hard enough, it will mean no elections in blue states/cities. Military Tribunals for the traitors, and if Congress objects too much Trump can adjourn them until he sees fit. Read up on the Constitution and applicable federal law before you comment.
