6) Begin cleanup operations by arresting all the supportes of the insurrection, Alex Soros, Reid Hamilton, etc.

All Walz has to do is GIVE ICE ACCESS TO THE CRIMINALS before they are released onto the streets where ICE then has to go find them. That is the simplest way to bring peace… but they don’t want peace. They want this to go bloody.

I am a lifelong Minneapolis resident and am disgusted by the local government and its rhetoric. The fraud has been completely removed from any mention at all.
I’m sure the crazies are made up of leftists (Marxist), Trump haters, and outside agitators. Maybe this makes up of about 30%-40% of the Minneapolis population. It would be dangerous, I expect, but could not the other 60%-70% that want their communities to be safe and support our laws local and federal come out in someway to denounce what is happening.
Demand the mayor, governor, police support law enforcement and stop all rioters. Protesting, but rioting and preventing law enforcement from doing their job is against the law.
Let’s get back to a civil society and Rule of Law instead of the chaos happening now.

Part of the permission “protesters” are now literally and tacitly being given by authorities is that they can legally use “stand your ground” law as a defense of violence against ICE agents (or anyone assisting ICE). Some odd things in the video. It appears a woman with an orange backpack got shoved out of the way. The guy who got shot starts pushing and shoving wrestling with officers.
Then the odd thing is that the guy grabs the downed woman and as the officers try to subdue him and pull him away, he continues to hold on, won’t let go. She is thrashing around as if she does not want the guy holding on to her. If she were a friend or something wouldn’t they embrace or reach out to each other? She does none of that.
Why was the dead guy struggling so hard to hold on at all cost to someone who didn’t seem to go along? It also appears that two officers pulled their weapons right before we hear the first bang, which causes all of them to let go and back off while an officer fires three shots.
It seem like the dead guy’s gun went off, then the officer fired. I want to hear the full account from the officers, but no matter. Don’t carry a weapon to an event like this tangle with officers.

However, until it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt the people in America with NO Common Sense will NOT believe anything that is printed or testified to. At 18-19 seconds it looks like the guy who proceeds to run straight toward the camera pulls the weapon off the subject.
He is holding the gun aimed down and runs away to cover, presume just as a get the weapon away kind of thing. And from the footage it looks similar to the gun that’s been shown.
At 15-17 seconds or so you can see he is facing away from the camera and leaning over the subject and seemingly reaching to the subject’s right side hip, presumably where the weapon was holstered.
He then stands up and turns towards the camera holding the gun in his right hand.
This is before the first gunshot that I hear. This makes it look like it wasn’t the subject’s weapon that went off AND, technically, had been disarmed BEFORE the first shot is fired.
You are premature to make assumptions based on a video. It’s too early to make conclusions.

If an officer hears a fellow officer yell “Gun!”, they have only a split second to react. To wait any longer would be foolhardy, and could result in death to them or another officer.

Further, the person shot did in fact have a gun AT a protest. He further violently resisted and interfered. As a result, he ended up shot.

Alleged War Crimes: General Loan and his supporters claimed that Lém had just been captured at a mass grave site. Status as a Non-Combatant: Because Lém was caught in civilian clothes rather than a military uniform while engaged in guerrilla warfare, General Loan argued that he was a “terrorist” or spy rather than a prisoner of war. Under his interpretation of the laws of the time, this justified a summary execution on the spot.
Interestingly, the photographer, Eddie Adams, eventually felt a deep sense of guilt over the photo’s impact. He later wrote in Time magazine:
