On Sunday a group of anti-ICE leftists led by former CNN anchor Don Lemon stormed the Cities Church in Minneapolis/St Paul and terrorized the assembled congregation. The federal dept of justice is now conducting an investigation that will lead to the indictments of all those who organized and participated in the event.
The leftists were not protestors or ICE agitators; the crew who entered the church coordinated and organized an aggressive assault on a religious assembly. They are domestic political terrorists.
“Protesting” is petitioning a government or organization for a redress of grievances. The word for traumatizing parishioners and children attending a church service to effect political ends is “terrorism.”
Remember, back in August of 2025, just 5 months ago, a leftist transexual murderer shot and killed two children while wounding 30 others in a church in Minneapolis. The nation may have forgotten the prior Church attack, but the Christian residents of Minneapolis have not.
The terror experienced on Sunday was very real.

Asst Attorney General for the civil rights division of the DOJ, Harmeet Dhillon said earlier today, “Make no mistake: AG Pam Bondi & The Justice Dept will pursue federal charges in this case.” The local police and/or state police could have arrested the terrorist group on the spot. However, the federal dept of justice needs to get a federal judge to sign off on the pending arrest warrants.
The federal process is slower, but it will happen.

In making their ‘peaceful but noisy protest’ as the MSM will characterize it, the participants were and are expecting themselves to become heroes and political martyrs to the progressive left after their forthcoming indictments are filed.

I think they were caught off guard and were not sure what they should do. They were in a house of worship. How do you commit a violent act without staining the churches reputation? This will start happening more often, especially in blue States. Congregations need to have a plan for these types of disruptions and practice what each member needs to do.
Lock the doors. Place a couple armed members at each door to prevent intruders.

I get your anger and agree a good horse-whipping is what these Leftist anarchists need. However, I believe legally it’s not “Self Defense” if no one is being physically threatened. There is a lot of liability for the church if congregants make moves that are illegal, (and whoever does the beating) The only violation the church could take immediate action on I believe is Trespassing. There needs to be a team of people who either don’t let these kind of criminals into the sanctuary and stop them at the front door, or who form a roadblock to block them, coral them out, protect the children. If your church has off duty LE they can be arrested for trespassing on the spot and detained with handcuffs until active PD arrive.
Once the pantifa get physically aggressive, that changes the playing field. But there are still legal limitations depending on the statutes in your jurisdiction. It’s best to get professional legal advice and form a Threat Management Team in the church.
Most of the media are completely absent on reporting anything about what is going on up there, or they purposely slant their coverage so much it borders on being false.

No, the DOJ has not arrested anybody yet. You are absolutely correct that that is not happened yet. That’s because this isn’t a TV show and the DOJ under AGPam Bondi and AAGDhillion are attempting to actually build cases rather than get one new cycle of coverage. Yes, there’s evidence out there. There’s video tapes. That’s good evidence. But the existence of good evidence is not building a case. This is going to be one where they’re going to face a judge and a jury pool that is biased against them, so they’re going to need to do every single thing perfectly. That doesn’t happen in five seconds.
The indictments have to get past motions to dismiss considered by a Dem judge and possibly a Twin Cities jury pool (although I think there is a case for bringing in a jury from outside the TC – the Iron Range might be a nice place to look).
Everything has to be airtight, with more than enough evidence to prove each charge above and beyond a reasonable doubt. The invasion of the St. Paul church would be the easiest, to prepare since the idiots filmed themselves, and the lawyer outed her co-conspirators. And the Boy Mayor of Minneapolis has actually criticized the invasion of a “sacred place.”
I love Kurt but this requires ACTION now. There has been too much stonewalling by the so-called DOJ. They can still gather evidence but we can’t sit around waiting for that group to get a move-on. Just as the insurrectionists in MN said, disruption is the pont. Make people as uncomfortable as possible. The same is true for the DOJ; its time to disrupt and make those terrorizing the Law Enforcement and citizens of MN as uncomfortable as possible.
Place all Federal Prisons on lock down. Mobilize Special Operations Teams from all of them to support Federal Law Enforcement and to help protect the citizens who are not involved in the uprising. They were activated and on the streets of LA during the Rodney King riots, they can be again.
Set up teams to shadow and triangulate around ICE Operations and Federal Buildings. As soon as the violence starts, swoop in and remove as many of the key antagonists as possible. Mive them to a secure place outside of the city. Load them on buses and transport them to the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, where they will be questioned, processed, and if necessary detained. Those that aren’t detained can be released from there. After trial, those found guilty will be sent to USP Atlanta to serve their sentence.
One of the most effective ways to deal with people like this is to remove them as far as possible from their support system. Move them to somewhere they won’t get visits. Remove them from anything close to where they feel comfortable.
