U.S. Attorney for the District of Washington DC, Jeanine Pirro, goes public explaining the backstory of the DOJ reviewing the Federal Reserve Board and Chairman Jerome Powell.
As noted by USAO Pirro, Chairman Powell refused to respond to questions for two months despite three repeated requests. The DOJ was then forced to issue a subpoena to get a response. Again, Powell never responded; instead, he went to the media to claim he was being politically targeted. WATCH:

Oh this clears up a lot. I saw some “journalists” saying oh Trump is playing a dangerous game. Now we see the truth. As thy good book says the truth will set you free.
END THE FED
A PRIVATELY OWNED BANK THAT LOANS MONEY TO COUNTRIES TO START WARS AND LOANS MONEY TO THE COUNTRIES DRAWN INTO THE WARS.
WHO PROFITS?
THE OWNERS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK!!
ALL WARS ARE BANKER WARS
IT IS ALL ABOUT CONTROL
The Federal Reserve Bank has been stealing your wealth since 1913
No…Congress has been spending your wealth so you can blame the Fed rather than the people voting for spending.
Terry, don’t waste your time, even with all the factual documents I have regarding the Federal Reserve from their inception from 1913, it still won’t educate people to truly understand anything at all to do with the Federal Reserve. People will believe what the want to believe. Facts be damned!
Banking and Economics are important and since Dutchman is not with us now, I need a good back and forth to keep the blood flowing every now and then. One thing for sure…a lot of people hate Jews and hate banks. Whew.
It also shows how effective propaganda is.
I still miss Dutchman
surely… here too… 🙁
What happened?
Here too..likely never to be forgotten.
I enjoyed his post and bless his spirit..bill
Did he pass away?
Yes.
One my first engagements here at CTH was simply reading Dutchman comments. He was inspiring. I miss him too.
our treepers history is rich and deep and incredibly thoughtful about some of the most important challenges a truly open society can take on.
Dutch reminded me often to think things through and defended his points of view with class and determination. I like that. It changes you when you have this experience reading the thoughts or someone who can make a good argument for the right reasons.
I miss the man.
God Bless America
So True regitiger. Dutchman made us all smarter and you had to have your facts together to even stand a chance.
Propaganda? Everything is propaganda. Read watch or stream anything and then look up the top people. Its obvious who hates who?????
The brainwashed are led through fear. No one is above criticism.
Mr. Anderson: Before you expose any more, the book “Creature From Jekyle Island is a must read for you.
Griffin is the author: This I post as well for your use:
– 1913 – Roscoe Pound, Saint-Simon. Socialized Law substitutes appointed
Administrators for judicial Law. This to adjust social interests over the individual rights.
Supreme Court Justice Frankfurter spoke about “ throughgoing overturning” of society. It must
be done from the outside and translated by those in office.
– 1913 – Or, as the old Red dictum goes, “Communism must be built with non-
Communist hands.” To engage the non-Communist dupes in these endeavors, though,
requires rhetorical camouflage and deception. A prime example of this rhetorical treachery can
be found in the judicial revolution launched in 1913 with the Conference on Legal and Social
Philosophy organized by Fabian Socialists Harold Laski, John Dewey, Morris Cohen, and
Roscoe Pound. Cohen’s son, Felix, later boasted that it is from this conference that “much of
the social and philosophical consciousness of modern American jurisprudence derives.” Felix
Cohen openly proclaimed; It is impossible to attempt overthrow of Capitalism as an economic
system without at the same time attacking the substance of capitalist law. As well, Federal
Reserve pushed through Congress. Wilson hired, to effect this. Taft had to be defeated to create
this. Rockefeller & Morgan bought up 159 News Corporations, while J.P. Morgan financed the
Roosevelt “Bull Moose” vote splitting campaign.
– 1916 – Dewey & Education 1916 – Socialist Leader John Dewey’s Textbook still used today,
Dewey said dependency is a power, individuality an illness. There-upon the sane are insane,
the dependent is sane, as he needs the community. The collective is the norm.
– 1917 – United States manipulated into WW1 – coupled with – The arrest of antiwar
dissenters under the Espionage and Sedition acts inspired the formation in 1917 of the Civil
Liberties Bureau, which in 1920 became the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
Rockefeller & other Fed Res. members gave 22, 000,000 dollars to the Russian rebels,
solidifying their success. ACLU founder Roger Baldwin, and charter members like Elizabeth
Gurley Flynn, were ardent Fabian Socialists identified with the Communist movement from the
start of the Bolshevik revolution in 1917.
I have read it. It is a great book for the Congress folks that spend the money and want you to blame the Fed. The Root Cause of Inflation is Government Spending by Congress. The Fed is the Patsy.
It served a good purpose for many years but Too Late Powell finally politicized the Fed like the Rest of DC. Powell lowering rates for Harris with rampant inflation and then not lowering rates for Trump when things turn around was the final straw. The Fed needs to go.
Congressional over spending on programs that are outside the government’s Constitutionally enumerated roles is exasperated by Congress’ complete failure to perform their oversight responsibilities. Congress has been allowed to delegate their legislative responsibilities (in violation of the Constitution) only because they are supposed to have complete oversight of these programs and agencies. Congress is 100% responsible for everything done by these agencies and every penny spent.
The Fed prints the money appropriated by Congress. Then WE pay it back with interest. The Fed hides liabilities. The Fed “purchased” trillions in bad debt on the mortgage securitization scams to bailout its member banks and transformed these losses into our national debt. This maneuver keeps home prices overvalued to inflate bank assets while America is stuck with the loss. The Fed pumps the economy by buying its own debt. The Fed is cancer killing the nation.
Yes they did. They saved the economy and took the heat. Government made the banks loan money to people that could never pay it back. SubPrime Mortgages they were called. No Money down also. The banks bundled all that bad paper with some good and sold it CDOs. Those CDOs saved a lot of banks that sold them. Some foolish and greedy banks bought them and when it all collapsed it still almost collapsed our banking system… Blame the Democrats for MAKING banks loan money to Bad Credit People. Over and over it is the government causing catastrophe and the people blame the banks. Congress has a good scam going.
W. Bush’s administration also made banks loan money to people who couldn’t pay it back. It wasn’t just democrats. It was the uniparty.
Collateralized debt obligations.
We are on a credit money system through the Federal Reserve which means the debt cannot be paid off. Because of the system we are under through the Federal Reserve it is impossible to pay off the debt which means the debt can only go higher. The Borrower is Servant to the Lender. Through that debt this international Banking Cartel owns most of the civilized world. Time to turn over the tables of the Money Changers.
Wonder if that’s true, if there’s fraud involved in the calculations?
President Trump has talked about paying down debt with Tariff Income.
Terry, your so close to fully understanding the Feds roll but you keep falling back to things like “politicized “ that your missing the most crucial part of why the Fed does the things they do.
Start with this below because you said you have studied going back 50 years and this takes you back to the beginning when the Fed was created. After that, look up the actual Documents from “The Banking Act” of 1935.
Take your time reading it, because it can get confusing when you approach the Bond section and just know, they are talking about Corporate Bond and borrowing against them, because it might get confusing when they talk about bonds regarding government.
Pay attention to who the President can nominate, how many and who, and what their position is. So when you get the these in the Banking Act of 1935, you’ll notice names have changed votes nominations increase. I can tell you but you need to read them for yourself.
Good luck because you’ll finally grasp that part of the Fed. The rest is more involved when in comes to REPO markets and the FX markets where you finally grasp that our Central bank is the De facto world central bank. That’s a whole different subject matter.
https://dn721900.ca.archive.org/0/items/federalreserveac00idenrich/federalreserveac00idenrich.pdf
My apologies to you Terry they were politicized but after the Banking Act of 1935, you’ll see it.
Again, Good Luck
It really is both.
There is plenty of blame to go around for both of them. Both crooks and both robbing us blind.
Who owns congressmen and tells them what to do? The megadonors. Thats who…
They are horses running for their owners. ..
An “independent” bank means zero accountability to the American people. Here is some information on the Federal Reserve, from simple internet searches:
Budget 2024: $6.05 billion.
Number of employees: Around 24,000, including over 400 PhD economists.
Average pay in 2021 (the latest info I could find): $168,786. Including benefits, that number jumped to $215,338.
In 2023 and 2024, the Federal Reserve lost a total of $182 billion, because it was paying out more than it earned, especially to big banks.
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2026/01/the_federal_reserve_loses_billions_but_democrats_do_not_want_jerome_powell_investigated.html
Well expressed. And accurate, as back in 1920, banks had general rules, my Grandfather ( I am 80 ) now, started with is own money, two small Banks making agraian loans to farmers mostly, repayable at the finsh of the harvest season. Well, the wealthy ( European Wars being over ) did not like competition, so needed to kill the private Banking industry. So they set up extended credit, released millions, people bought more land, built a house etc. and then the Fed. essentually stoppped printing, tightened the money supply, so the farmers had to take out their savings. Banks then, and now, lend on ratios, and the smalll banks did not have enough in reservee to adjust for an intentional tight supply. My Grandfather lost everything and spent the rest of his life paying depositors as there was no Insurance ( FDIC ).
** Rockefeller & other Fed Res. members ( Wall Street ) gave 22, 000,000 dollars to the Russian rebels, placing a Bank in Stalingrad, for distribution solidifying their success. Roger Baldwin, and charter members like Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, were ardent Fabian Socialists identified with the Communist movement from the start of the Bolshevik revolution in 1917.
This occurred again with the destruction of the Savings & Loans, during the Clinton Administraion, in deception to give cover. The Savings & Loans were strictly Housing lenders. This is A UN inspired NO NO,
and so, the Savings & Loans were duplicitously forced to have checking accounts. NO earthly reason to do this, unless it interrupted the stable lending requirements the S&Ls required for borrowers. This is monopolistic action as Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac were lending at 100%, verse the S&L’s who lent at 80 or with ins. 85-90. The people who lost their houses because of overloading really went to again the contraction of private property. Sad. Happening again, today. The push ever since the UN was Chartered
has been erosion of Private Property rights- Why? If one does not have Private Property rights, they have no rights at all.
Now the spector of the Communitarin Environmental manipulation and sudden appearance of the NGO make sense.
The S&Ls were a casualty of the Runaway Interest rates. The US had huge inflation and oil shock and Volcker’s Fed raised interest rates to 20%. S&Ls had 30 year mortgages at much less rates and depositors wanted higher interest on their savings that other banks were offering. The S&Ls got squeezed.
S&Ls get blamed but the cause was the government again.
Climate scam is also aimed at obliterating private property for the same reason. Ending individual rights.
Property taxes fit right into their plans, doesn’t it?
🎯
The Fed’s renovations are just a massive “grifting” o9eration!
Massive cost overruns and no visible progress are the “in your face” signs of “grifting” going on!
Maybe recovering their losses from 23 and 24
You are barking up the wrong tree Coy. The Fed is a bank. Wars are fought by countries. Banks would rather see peace. Having assets being destroyed is not a bankers idea of winning. Bankers do not control countries.
Bankers are controlled by countries.
You’ve got it totally backwards ! Central Banks profit from lending to both sides in a war. After a war, they profit a lot more through financing the rebuilding of the destroyed assets.
Central Banks, through proxies, generate the media support and, again through proxies underwrite the candidates they deem “acceptable” to their operations.
Yes, the banks in exchange for providing the funds for war at a lower interest rate are also given to control of certain assets of the counties such as markets, ports, and natural resources. This concept was began by the Rothschild family of bankers.
Yes, and it’s that same family, The Rothschilds, and their descendants that control virtually all the banking and flow of money in the civilized world.
Have you looked at the ranking of banks by assets sizes lately… Your evil Rothschilds must bat way above their weight. The reason the US is so successful there is a time limit to resting on your laurels. With American Capitalism, the companies have to perform. The DowJones group of companies is way different than 50 years ago.
Banks are not in the markets, ports, or natural resources businesses so that Dog won’t hunt.
Banks loan money to build houses, warehouses, factories. Those are being blown up in Ukraine. So if a bank has a loan on that factory and it is blown up. That loan becomes worthless the bank takes a loss. The rubble needs to be removed and that creates a loss. The factory would then be rebuilt. So to have a functioning factory they had to spend 3 times what the factory is worth before it was blown up. Assets that cost 3 times the value are not good for banks. Banks do not like wars. People that hate banks think banks like wars.
The guy that started the war wants you to blame the banks and lynch them.
Terry, You are talking about the local Bank, NOT the Federal Reserve System, which controls all the banks throughout the civilized world. And How does the Federal Reserve get their money? They just order the paper that it’s printed on with their only cost being the paper and then loan out that essentially free money to other Banks and Nations at interest. Under our credit money system that debt CANNOT be paid off.
You need to read what the Fed does. Grok it.
A small bank that puts its own capital at risk can lose money if the loans it made go bad.
The Fed does not put its own capital at risk. It can create new money out of thin air. It has no capital of its own yet it is empowered to create a limitless amount of new capital for its member banks. The Fed’s “balance sheet” is not a measure of its value or assets, it’s the scoreboard for how much new money it has injected into its member banks.
The huge “too big to fail” banks, the member banks of the Federal Reserve also do not need to put their own capital at risk. Ever. They have an unlimited line of credit from the Fed. If they are short they can always just go get more at zero or minimal cost. They can turn around and lend that money to smaller banks at “prime” rates. They are guaranteed a profit margin even while they take no risk whatsoever.
If the small banks who borrowed from the big banks ever default, the Fed sweeps in, takes them over and sells them off. The big banks are protected. Always.
Sometimes those TBTF banks get overly greedy and do put their own assets at risk because they want even bigger profits than what can get safely. Often those bets go wrong. They went wrong in the Latin American debt crisis. They went wrong in the S&L crisis. They went wrong in the Subprime mortgage crisis. They went wrong in the Covid lockdowns.
Every few years another wave of greed creates another crisis. Every crisis was caused by the big banks taking stupid risks. Every crisis is resolved by the Fed bailing out the big banks by dumping newly created money into them. Every time that happens the value of every dollar in your wallet erodes. You ultimately pay for it all.
The big banks don’t put their own capital at risk. When they lose money you pay for it. They put YOUR capital at risk.
The Fed puts the entire nation’s monetary capital at risk.
GW.. Profit from destroyed assets… A perfectly good asset making money is destroyed and now it has to be rebuilt. All companies and people want acceptable candidates.
They also size property from nations in payment of the loans. They then rent the nations back to their people.
Remember this clip from the movie The International:
Look up the history of the Rothchild’s, they made billions lending money to Countries going to war. They had that down to a science.
Look at the current history of JP Morgan Chase debanking conservatives and laundering money for Epstein and Madoff.
So JP Morgan on its on decided to do that? I would bet a Democrat/Communist made them an offer they could not refuse.
Ye olde “fascism vs communism” conundrum.
No, its the old Government asking with a gun people to do things they normally would not do.
Like debanking a perfectly good customer. Or DEI making a company hire an unqualified person that will screw things up instead of making a company money. There is usually a Democrat thug behind nonsensical decisions.
Like Carbon Capture or Wind Farms. One of the Big Oil Companies wrote off 5 Billion of Green Waste.
GM and Ford are writing off Billions in EV Failure. It is not the companies it is the government.
You can’t be serious. Have you never heard of the Rothschilds??
No I haven’t. Who are they?
False. The Borrower is Servant to the Lender, saith GOD ALMIGHTY. It’s the banks that control the flow of money. When they need more they just print it up at no cost to them other then the paper it is printed on, then they lend out that free money at interest. Since our system is a credit money system the debt can never be paid off but only go up. Time to turn over the tables of the money changers.
” other then ” Still at it with the language?? For the umpteenth time, it is “other thAn”.
Mr Anderson, you have it 100% backwards and upside down.
How do you think banks make money?
Wars are very profitable.
Why do you think all the elite parasites are against PDJT?
For the totality of Economic System Wars waste a lot of money.
Factories and people are destroyed. The Rubble needs to be cleared. A new factory needs to be built. There is a huge timeframe of no production and no income.
So the net result is you have a factory again that is now 3 to 5 times more expensive than before the war.
I am an old man and in the old days spending 3 to 5 times for the same asset is a waste of money. Kind of like spending money on Windmills or Solar…all they do is waste money and make electricity more expensive. War has the same kind of result with a bonus of a lot of productive labor is killed.
ROFLMAO. The Fed is called a bank, but that does not make it a bank any more than William Thomas becomes a female by tucking his junk and calling himself Lia.
LOL. That was a good one Nowut. It was a howler. It does loan money to other banks and prints money too.
** Rockefeller & other Fed Res. members ( Wall Street ) gave 22, 000,000 dollars to the Russian rebels, placing a Bank in Stalingrad, for distribution solidifying their success.
The European Wars were Family Wars, and when settled, they looked at the United States as an engine for wealth, not a people.
I suggest the book “The Creature From Jekyll Island” by Griffin, and this transcript from a Video done in 1982,
by Griffin and Norman Dodd. —

be well
I read it Robert. It had to be written by Congress types to lead the people down the trail of the Fed rather than Tar and Feathering Congress. Congress spent that 38 trillion. Congress is your root cause but all you guys talk about is the Patsy.
I know you are right because I’ve done extensive digging for information on the Federal Reserve System for about 50 years. They are NOT a government agency and do a very good job with the help of the House and Senate to hide that fact. Ron Paul, who I’m not a fan of, rightly spoke of that truth several times and was either ignored or shouted down. BTW anyone that was paying attention our Federal Reserve Banking group has bailed out several Banks from other countries over the years. Since the mid or so 1980’s right up to the 2009/2010 market melt downs when they bailed out some French banks, etc. etc. etc. All of this goes back to the Rothchild Banking Family who have been in business for centuries.
The fact is not hidden. The Treasury is in charge of regulating Banks and making sure they are properly run. Some wind up not being properly run. The Government ….. Treasury Department decided that some banks need to be bailed out and others Like Lehman Brothers needed to go Bankrupt.
Silicon Valley Bank was another recent poorly managed bank.
Sometimes banks are forced to do stupid financial tasks…like the SubPrime Mortgage Loans with No Money Down. The banks were blamed for the 2008 fiasco but the culprit was Democrats forcing the banks to lend money to people that could not pay the loan back.
And also – why are taxpayers on the hook to renovate a not-federal building ? There seems to be no end to the creative ways we are being stolen from
Hang Powell from a lamp post! He’s deep state through and through! Obviously hiding things!
Powell knows he is guilty.
Indeed. Legitimate gov’t officials serving the Public’s best interest don’t refuse “to respond to questions for two months despite three repeated requests. The DOJ was then forced to issue a subpoena to get a response. Again, Powell never responded; instead, he went to the media to claim he was being politically targeted.”
Chairman Powell actions are that of a seditionist or a traitor.
It also looks like he is intentionally setting up a confrontation to use in attacking Trump.
He even has allies out there doing the dirty work.
Lie to Congress.
Get referral to DOJ.
Refuse to cooperate with DOJ investigation.
Get Grand Jury Subpoena.
Accuse Trump of political prosecution.
Every step of the way required him to steer it to the conflict he desired.
Congress and DOJ just doing their job.
Trump not involved. But he is Powell’s target.
indeed. there were any number of classic wormy responses he could have deployed that said as little as possible.
he chose the most petulant defensive one that tells us a lot more than silence.
He is a coy worm, as Some pigs are more special…. Will he be successful in shaking off the dirt on his shoes?
They ALL f-n do it except for Trump. If Trump did it, they would have used it against him which is why, at best, they could make vague claims of something he does somehow gets payments to a hotel or some crap like that.
As we saw recently, even the current house speaker is involved in PAC money paying for his housing costs.
Yep. Slimy political attorney at the helm of a central bank thieving operation.
Agreed. Powell knows that he is guilty. He also knows that the bureaucratic deep state apparatus will shield him from any justice or criminal liability. Unless and until the Trump DOJ successfully prosecutes and jails liberal communist, socialist democrat bureaucrats and politicians and dismantles the deep state apparatus, nothing will change.
I suspect Powell has a whole family of skeletons in his closet.
Just one more thoroughly corrupt UniParty grifter who deserves incarceration.
<I suspect Powell has a whole family of skeletons…>
Explains why he has no skin in the game 🙂
Hooboy! 😅
Could simplify things where people have a bone to pick with him.
<Could simplify things where people have a bone to pick with him.>
Bone comments can sometimes be humerus 🙂
Please do not make fun of a “grave” situation.
The plot thickens 🙂
Powell has a “tendon”cy to blame others for his lack of oversight.
As usual—Outstanding!!!
Sharp as a samurai sword. Love USAO Pirro.
Bet she can raise an eyebrow…
Scarlettt’s dopplegänger.
No nonsense.
Steely.
Oh for Attorney General Pirro😎
That look says “don’t even think about doing what you were thinking about doing.”
Bottom line, don’t be doing corrupt things while trying to push against Trump….He will find the pimple on your A$$ and squeeze it.
President Trump did nominate this shady character to be on the FOMC during PDJT One, but think of all the other nominations that he made to go along to get along, i.e., Barr, Tillerson. Many people in PDJT One make me gag.
“Many people in PDJT One make me gag.”
what is PDJT two, chopped liver? 😉
Yes, President Trump Admin One had many Judases. Admin Two is much better but still has suspect members like Wiles, Blondi, Ratcliffe, Waltz, and Patel.
We know them now by their inaction.
Powell isn’t disrupting President Trump’s economic agenda for a crappy $200,000 Fed salary! I guarantee it! 🤔
“There are trillions at stake”
-Sundance
Powell never got the “No kings” message.
He’s entered the FAFO Zone.
Powell’s plan all along. Do what he wanted, as he wanted, at the cost he wanted, because when the doo doo hits the fan, why he’s been politically ambushed. Pretty much every cry by those who have done wrong but want a last shot.
“Powell’s plan all along.”
agreed. once he went crying to the press with this, he knows the remaining members of the fed board have cover to refuse additional cuts.
I’m chuckling thinking about all the looney “abolish the Federal Reserve” conspiracy theorists going back decades. Like Ron Paul.
i am NOT laughing.
Me neither. The Constitution gave the power to regulate money to Congress, not a private corporation.
As always Congress looked the other way when the battle could have been fought to keep Congress in the front of regulating our currency. Instead they laid down and took it in the (———)… Not what your thinking folks. Okay have at it!
to assist you, in not embarrassing yourself any further. Book: Creature From Jekyll Island-
And then this: read slowly for there will be a test.

Both deconstructs and illustrates why your avatar should wash his mouth out with soap.
Charge him for corruption.
Powell looked very sheepish when giving Trump a hard-hat tour of the “renovations”. Trump the builder was clearly taken aback by the cost over-runs and lack of progress. We ALL saw it.
Powell knew this was coming. He’s taking a page from the Clinton playbook: ignore any and all judicial requests.
What is REALLY infuriating to me is how the major brokerages have handled this. I have received several e-mails from my brokerage firm, with political bias disguised as “market updates”. An example, the market is down is down because of “concerns over Fed independence”. The anti-Trump bias is also blatant. My friends with accounts at other brokerages have similar complaints.
The pearl-clutching over “Fed independence” is laughable. The Fed has been owned by Wall Street, which is owned by global Bolsheviks, since its inception.
When limp Powell finally gets the hook, I hope Trump nominates Kevin Hassett. And THEN, I hope Hassett dismantles the Fed, just like Linda McMahon is doing over at Education. Use the position to eliminate the position.
Yes, I’m a Morgan Stanley client. The emails I get of supposed expert reporting is always anti-PDJT.
Also, the emails about how the exodus of illegals is “hurting our economy”. And then they try to pitch their latest crappy “advised” funds. Seriously?
Yes, it’s all elitist BS but they still take the profits.
UBS also.
Kennedy tried, that did not go well. Trumps is economic, not political, he has and needs to keep it. He is also re-arranging the expense function and killing grifter by pulling the funding.
The man is basically butchering the sacred cow –
WE must protect him, for they tried to repeat the process.
They missed –
When it comes to cost overruns and being behind schedule, the Pentagon reign supreme. Powell is like a minnow compared to a great white shark.
The Pentagon has a long standing reputation for cost overruns, dating back decades.
Reports from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and investigative journalism highlight persistent issues in managing defense acquisition programs. As of recent audits, the Pentagon’s $1.8 trillion acquisition portfolio suffers from over $628 billion in cost overruns, with much of the cost growth occurring after production begins.
indeed. they have failed audits over and over again for years.
typically, you do not propose to give such entities far more money.
it won’t matter to the ignorant masses….and Blondi and Ka$h won’t enforce it, just like they won’t enforce consequences for Bubba and Cankles,,,,,,but Trump now…..
Anyone who would try to justify billions of $ in overruns for a building renovation is absolutely and profoundly corrupt. He is STEALING from the treasury. This creature, and his co chairs are filthy. Its not incompetence- its arrogance.
This makes me wonder whether Thom Tillis was the recipient of any funds that went to pay the $$$billion cost overruns. Hmmmmmmmmm….
I called his office and asked him exactly that. Same for Murkowski. Both of them tripped over their own feet getting to a microphone to defend Powell. Me thinks they protest too much.
I want this to be true. Tillis is so obviously corrupt.
DC business as usual-not allowed to question the graft and corruption-a mere billion or two-how dare we! Someone call Thom Thillis
Remember, Jerome Powell is a Lawyer…..Yes, that’s right….A Lawyer….and such, he feels entitled and above the law as do all the Politician Lawyers….Almost half of Congress are Lawyers….
The downfall of our Republic can be traced to one profession with few exceptions and that’s the corrupt Law profession and the complicit, corrupt Judiciary that allows the unethical Lawyers run unabated….
Ignoring a subpoena means he guilty and arrogant.
I like how she puts this situation out there. “We wanted to talk about this but they ignored us. So we made it more official so they would have to respond but instead of responding, the chairman put out a video to the public crying like a baby!”
Probably best to use terms made famous by the left. “No one is above the law” but … maybe not that one. That term doesn’t mean what you think it means. What is MEANS is what WE think it means which is “We’re pretending to be legitimate but we’re making things up to punish this guy because we don’t like him.” If we use their terms improperly, they will hear what THEY think it means because that’s what it meant when they used them.
It’s definitely a dog whistle to the Left Powell is working for the cause, giving them visions of the money ending up donated to the DNC or something. It needs to come out where the money really ended up, as in leaving the country like Elon noticed was happening to most of the missing money DOGE found.
Give him the same thing Peter Navarro got.
A zero dark thirty no-knock raid, just be sure to have a number of citizen journalists recording outside the police perimeter.
No way. Powell is guilty. Navarro didn’t misappropriate anything.
PDJT mentioned awhile ago that one of the reasons why the project is over budget was that the planners decided to build an parking garage under the building. Soon after they started, the Potomac started leaking into the construction site. Also, PDJT ragged on the builders because they used expensive plywood sheets to line the entire interior for protection, which PDJT thought wasn’t necessary. Then again, as a conspiracy theory (!), maybe the $ was used to pay down the Maiden Lane debt. Whatever happened to that?
I used to read oil field related articles to stay informed as part of my job. Many years ago I read one that recounted trying to stop fluid loss on a well, they set up a vortex and pumped downhole the following: x number of fenceposts, x yds of fencing, x sacks of cement, and other non related items. I asked an older guy “wasn’t that odd to be using that stuff as a fluid loss additive? “His reply — “they weren’t trying to stop fluid loss, they were building a fence!”
It appears to me – and I suspect that it will be found on close inspection – alot of the cost over-run wasn’t for materials used on site, if you know what I mean.
Seems to me the older guys just wanted plug the hole and go fishing.
$BILLION in cost overuns.
Powell lied to congress
Three times – DOJ requested conversation with FED/Powell.
No response.
But sure 🙄 – “It’s all political”…. “ Orange Man Bad”…or some other “3 word talking point – Insert Here”
It’s an open and shut case “Book ’em, Danno!”
$2.5B buys a lot of building (s). Powell is just renovating one. Good grief. Lay the contracts bare. We deserve to know.
Actually $3.2 billion on renovations!
They think the laws only apply to regular people and not to them.

my question is – if the FED is “independent” , why are we the peeps paying to “remodel” their building?
Calling Ron Paul.
Calling Ron Paul….
DC slugs like Powell count on the MSM covering for them, regardless of how outrageous the slug’s behavior is. True to form, the media has done just that for Powell so far.
That’s why we have to work 1,000 harder, 24/7 to get the truth out to the American people.
Look, Powell controls the Federal Reserve until April so any subpoenas will be obstructed and evidence of fraud destroyed at his direction. It would have been far better to wait for Ken Hassett to be in charge and then issue the subpoenas. Hassett would have been able to reveal everything Piro wanted with Powell gone.
You can tell by the broad and breathless reaction to theTrump administration’s efforts, that they are over the target. Some folks are panicking.
Powell has a sell-by date. Soon enough it will be difficult to maintain the outrage.
Powell spent $3.2 billion to renovate the Federal Reserve Building, in comparison, the newly completed 110 story World Trade Center with 3.5 million sqft of luxury office space in Manhattan which includes 4 story underground parking and subway stations as well as the cost of the land was $3.9 billion. Like I said many times here before Jerome Powell isn’t working to sabotage Trump for a $200,000 a year salary! 🫡
Subpoena the contractors!
Subpoena the Contracting Officer, CO, Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative , COTR, Finance/Accounting Officer, and all contract documents, change orders, Contractor proposals, Govt cost estimates, and the entire contract file.
The “real dirt” is in those files: Proposals, Estimates, Approvals, Change Orders, and Signatures.
No money is spent unless approved based on written documentation and in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
I spent 25 yrs managing contracts for design, construction, research/development, maintenance/repair, weapon systems, etc. Not a dime can be spent without supporting documentation and approvals. If there are “hinky things” going on , the proof is in the contract file. “Somebody’s Got To Go To Jail”.
If no one Trades, then you’re missing out on the reaction to the downside, that’s the Free Market informing you that they are not happy and when you’re not happy, you lose confidence.
Frankly, I’m tired of this Court of Public Opinion crap, but either way, I make money up or down, doesn’t bother me.
When it comes to corrupt gov’t pols, there is always much much more to the story.
A story our terminally corrupt media will not tell, willingly or truthfully.
Thom Tillis is openly threatening to block POTUS nominations because the DOJ is investigating Powell. That sounds like obstruction of justice.
https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/5684255-thom-tillis-doj-jerome-powell/
Thom is open with his spite. The rest just won’t confirm either but they all are spiteful people.
Whenever they obfuscate, it’s because there’s something there they don’t want you to see. Powell is corrupt. He knows it. Therefore he’s cooked.
To those who question – In the reality world, no response is in fact a response – What we will find is the same grifting that is in USAID, the Somali issue, ActBLue, the imprisoning of Tina Peters, and across the Globe – The current administraion is the only in 100 years to claw back taxpayer funds. The continuous yammer about the Debt is cover for the grifting.
The economic starvation of illegality, corruption is the humane way to recover our stature and return the funds to the proper owners.
History ( real anyway ) notes tariffs were the source of funding for many years, 150 or longer. Only in 1913, ( coincidence ) did the Federal Reserve appear from the shadows. The book: Creature From Jekyll Island is a must read. Author- Griffin. To note:
Kennedy wanted to go back to the Gold standard, and fix other issues including not escalating the Vietnam ( wealth ) War,
so they assassinated him. 62 years later this Adminstraion is gaining ground on Kennedys intent. So, as the grifters have no other answer, they tried to assassinate the President, but missed. The simple truth is, CORRUPTION NEEDS MONEY – the overruns are funding something against the WE the people – anyone from my position as a retired Military Forensic Correlative Analyst that votes for a Democrat is assisting the commition of the crime of corruption –
in case one is not clear: http://www.slideshare.net/slideshow/embed_code/38199716
– 1946 – UNESCO Education is instituted. 1946 – 1948: 1948: UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its
Philosophy by Sir Julian Huxley (the first director-general of UNESCO, 1946-1948) is
published, in which Huxley declares: “The general philosophy of UNESCO should be a
scientific world humanism, global in extent and evolutionary in background... Political
unification in some sort of world government will be required…Tasks for the media division of
UNESCO (will be) to promote the growth of a common outlook shared by all nations and
cultures…to help the emergence of a single world culture… Even though it is quite true that any
radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will
be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest
care, and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that now is
unthinkable may at least become thinkable.” Excerpts from this volume were reproduced under
the title, “A New World Vision” (The Humanist, March/April 1979), and the Fabian Socialist
Huxley, who was named 1962 “Humanist of the Year,” elsewhere said that humanism’s
“keynote, the central concept to which all its details are related, is evolution.” Also, it was
Sir Julian Huxley (brother of Brave New World author Aldous Huxley, and grandson of Thomas
Huxley who was known as “Darwin’s Bulldog” because of his defense of evolution).
– 1950 Korean War begins, a test of UN Doctrine by the Soviet Union, who is the Defacto
Head of the United Nations thanks to “Alger Hiss” noted earlier.
– 1961 – Sir Julian Huxley creates the “World Wildlife fund” to coincide with his overt
position on “Humanism”, “Globalism” coupled with “Eugenics” as the three legged stool
noted in “Psychopolitics”. Humanism, considers animal species equal or above man.
Powell finally agrees to meet with President Trump to discuss building renovation issues. During the visit, President Trump turns to Powell and says, “Listen Jerry, …you know me…I love big, beautiful buildings more than anyone!. … BUT A $BILLION IN COST OVERUNS?!!”
Powell replies, “Mr. President…With all due…you clearly miss the point!”
(*variation of a joke I’ve heard)
Powell he a crook and a liar and an attorney , he’s playing word games
among other games when he says threatening an indictment vs subpoena to answer questions.
he also knows hes’ guilty and they know it too. this is powells attempt to stave off indictment with innuendos of political prosecution (as if) .
I hope he has to sit next to bill clinton in the clank
I am pleasantly surprised with Judge Jeaneane. I thought at first it was a mistake but she is so far very good.
I think you all should watch “12 Angry men” (1957). Because you’re emotions and the BS some you post on here are so far fetched when reading all the comments while sitting here Trading the futures market has me laughing my a$$ off!
Go Jeanie! Powell is a dinosaur trying outdated stale tricks that don’t work anymore except to show he’s up to something, that which requires dodging reason and truth.
I reccomend;
Secrets of the Temple: How the Federal Reserve Runs the Country Paperback – January 15, 1989
William Greider’s groundbreaking bestseller reveals how the mighty and mysterious Federal Reserve operates—and manipulates and the world’s economy.
This ground-breaking best-seller reveals for the first time how the mighty and mysterious Federal Reserve operates—and how it manipulated and transformed both the American economy and the world’s during the last eight crucial years. Based on extensive interviews with all the major players, Secrets of the Temple takes us inside the government institution that is in some ways more secretive than the CIA and more powerful than the President or Congress.
I have been typing fast enough to make errors Terry Anderson t is the old Terry Anderson. Trying to change it back to the Original.
Nobody is above the law remember? Well except CONgress, the federal reserve board, federal judges & all leftists & illegal alien squatters, rapefugees & gimmigrants.
Notice who that leaves out?
Do we really need the Federal Reserve? It functions under the authority of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which was passed by Congress, and its actions are subject to congressional review and potential legislative change. Has it outlived its original usefulness? Started 113 years ago same year as income taxes started! Both should end!!! JMO
Chatham House PANIC: “Trump Destroyed the West”
Barbara Boyd discusses the monumental shift brought about by President Trump, which has led to the end of the Western Alliance as announced by Chatham House. The video addresses three critical stories: the impact of Chatham House’s declaration, Trump’s recent visit to Detroit, and the tussle between Trump and Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell. Boyd explains how Trump is reshaping America’s role on the global stage, reversing 80 years of decline, prioritizing American workers, and challenging the existing post-World War II order. The episode also covers Trump’s economic policies aimed at reducing healthcare costs, capping credit card interest rates, and making housing more affordable.
Everything was hunky dory until the “west” joined the New/ One World Order and ganged up on the USA.
Now, all bets are off.
About the only problem I see here is that MAYBE Pirro did not advise her boss, Bondi, about the subpoenas.
And as I understand it, the subpoenas went out because Powell stonewalled the DOJ in responding to questions — multiple times.
But at no time was there any Grand Jury, much less any indictment.
Cry Baby Powell ran to the media for cover.
QED.
I love Jeanine Pirro. Real Patriot! Wonder if she was AG instead of Pam Bondi, still nobody was indicted or behind bars.
BTW, It seems all hell will break loose in Iran tonight. Ali Khamenei will meet his his 72 year old virgin within the next 24 hours.
MAGA, MIGA!
The Uniparty will not allow an AG to be confirmed who will do something about the fraud and skullduggery.
Correct. Need to win the midterms BIGLY!
72 year old virgin! That is classic! Thanks!
