According to the latest news from the government of Cuba, two days of official mourning have been declared as they announce 32 members of the Cuban military and Intelligence services were killed in Venezuela while protecting Nicolas Maduro. There were no American fatalities.
REUTERS – HAVANA, Jan 4 (Reuters) – The Cuban government said on Sunday that 32 of its citizens were killed during the U.S. raid on Venezuela to extract President Nicolas Maduro for prosecution in the United States.
Havana said there would be two days of mourning on January 5 and 6 in honor of those killed and said funeral arrangements would be announced.
The Cuban government statement gave few details but said all the dead were members of the Cuban armed forces and intelligence agencies.
“True to their responsibilities concerning security and defense, our compatriots fulfilled their duty with dignity and heroism and fell, after fierce resistance, in direct combat against the attackers or as a result of bombings on the facilities,” the statement said. (read more)
I think that this is about Venezuela, their people, the oil situation all that..
BUT I think that the voter fraud aspect of this is a big deal, it could possibly be the largest part of all this.
I’ll explain: Voter Fraud has been a HUGE topic in NH, in this part of the country up here -and for my entire adult life because we can see it all so clearly because of our fairly small population. We all live in these little towns with less than 1000 people, you know all your community, you know that it’s all largely people like we are, Republicans that are not RINOs, old school real Republicans and then somehow Democrats won???
I have seen election after election where I cannot understand where on earth all these Democrat votes come from because you know damn near everyone in town. This goes on all over Vermont, they have an even smaller population that we do.
We fully understand how Corrupt MA is and that right there is the motivating factor for all their voter fraud.
I could go on an on here, we follow this SO Closely here in an effort to overcome what is now impossible to overcome.
My point here is that many people that have been up here for generations, we know our people and we know we’ve never really voted to be what the political map now looks like, this has ALL happened because of sophisticated voter fraud that our Governors, our AGs and our SoS are on in- covering, hiding, we’ve been watching this here so closely, we get it all.
As a result of this, we’re all having taxes literally stolen from us and we’ve got no representation. We are in a state of Tyranny and it’s no new and recent development.
Places like MA and VT are NOT Going to *ever* vote themselves out of where they are at.. the levels of sophistication in the voter fraud are just too advanced..
Remember that Donald Trump is a law follower, he’s trying to get us out of a Post Constitutional Era and back into running the country again according to our Constitution.

We live in a Houston suburb that is generally traditional Conservative (not MAGA), and for the 15 years we have lived here, it’s mostly been Republican-run. Last year, the city council, school board, etc. started to turn Blue.
The neighborhood itself isn’t turning – homes start at around $750k here – people may be starting to vote differently, at least for now.
I don’t question your friends’ and neighbors Conservative values, but they may not be voting like you think they are.

Sorry, but can’t see any way Trump won Hawaii. I get that we can’t trust the reported numbers, but that’s too much of a stretch. It’s hard to say as the mail-in vote is heavily D but the in-person vote just the opposite. Of course conservatives generally prefer in-person voting so it’s not a random sample and I don’t think any conclusions can be drawn just comparing the two. In my state house district (three voting precincts) Trump got about 40% vote while Rs running for state office got about 30%. Again these are Office of Elections supplied totals but we have nothing to compare against (the system is set up to make it impossible to audit) .
Even if you go back to the time before all mail-in ballot, Rs still got 20-35% of the vote except in certain districts which have been trending more conservative. We currently have the most elected Rs in state office (counties are non-partisan) that I’ve seen since 2010 or so.
This year we have a viable R candidate for US House CD2 currently held by typical lefty Jill Tokuda (think “Crazy Mazie [Hirono] wannabe”). The R candidate probably won’t pass muster with hard-core MAGA, but I think can help some down-ballot races. The top spot is the race for Gov, current D incumbent is considered a shoe-in so that should depress some D turnout (unions won’t feel the need to spend the bucks/energy in 26 — save it for 28).
My position is that if you argue voting doesn’t matter because it’s all fraud, then you get what you get. At least force them to have to cheat.
When ballots only have the President area ticked and no where else, such as local candidates you pretty much know it is a crooked ballet.

Even though I live in the San Joaquin Valley which is conservative and mostly made up of small communities, we too have been able to watch in real time our votes being stolen. During the recall of Gavin Newsome most yards had signs saying Recall Now. Our Highway 99 runs down the middle of the state from bottom to top. On a trip to Lake Shasta during that period every single overpass had recall signs flying. Some how that had even jacked the road signs for detours Saying Newsome Sucks!! But guess what? He supposed was not recalled by a landslide. So, they don’t even care about this optical illusion. I’m 80 and sadly with a disabled husband I don’t think I can move. But I’m living in a dystopian state

I concur completely. As I have said recently, the Republican’s, in most but not all voting districts are just as guilty. The Republicans rig the primaries. This is where the likes of McConnell as an example, would fund the establishment candidate to thwart the outsider. Occasionally a candidate will beat the party favorite. Now I live in Arizona. It used to be that the suburbs and rural areas of the state were deep red. In many respects I believe they still are. But since 2018, every one of our Senate contests have been stolen, and the entire state government in 2022. They have used multiple formulas. Though the machines are able for skimming from one candidate to the other, when the votes are large enough, that can not prevent the rightful candidate from winning. That is where the early voting, mail in ballots, ballot harvesting and the Dems bloating the voter rolls to allow the stuffing of votes through these illegal activities.
But here is the danger. Look to Chicago as a prime example of which many cities can be included. The Democrat machine of the Daly’s, over a long period, were rigging elections well before machine. They had done this so decisively, that seeing a Republican even show a good effort is rare. That is because they were able to brainwash the voters that the Dem Party was the party of the working people and minorities. That is becoming obvious that is no longer what the working class mentality is. But while the created in a sense a closed geographic area that just being a Republican was not an option. But this is where the real danger occurred. Those who were Democrats, would start ground up campaigns to rid themselves of a truly disliked candidate. But the Dems were such experts at this process that ONLY the preferred candidate won. Over time of trying to unseat the Party candidate became futile. So those folks just checked out, resigned to the fact that their vote would never count. That is the mindset if you have a Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, or any of these elected officials who win before the votes are counted.
That is and has been the situation for the Deep blue areas for decades. You can sense and hear the rise of many, like in Chicago, that desperately want representation. I say that to say this. We are at a crossroads as a nation. If this situation is not corrected now, than all is lost. Soon all the elections will be fully rigged. But here is IMO the crux of it all. The only way this can take place, is we all have to get behind this issue. NOW! And I believe the only way this can work, is every elected officials needs to be named publicly with explanation and receipts, of either their illegal activity and corruption of ALL issues covering public policy. Epstein, sexual crimes that are paid off through Congressional slush funds, illegal gains whether insider trading info on the stock market or sweet deals resulting in kickbacks, any of the election fraud and subsequent use of government to hide criminality, while creating false charges against American citizens and businesses. All needs to be presented now, and arrests where appropriate through military tribunals.The Civil Courts are not designed to have justice delivered with the very large amount of charges and individual’s. It will overwhelm and crash the courts. And then early elections with the new voting rules, minus all the compromised or corrupt officeholders. Well stated! I am from Louisiana and have lived in several states due to military moves. When able, I stayed informed on local politics. Voter cheating has been going on for most of my adult life. I first became aware of this in the early 1980s as an poll observer (for the MS GOP) in Meridian, Mississippi. As I waited for my Greyhound bus to leave Meridian to get back to Jackson, MS I saw a blind friend of mine from Jackson come off the bus with four or five other blind folks. When I saw him, I called out to him and we talked. Upon asking him what he was doing in Meridian, he told me he was brought here, like in other elections, to vote in Meridian (He was registered to vote in Jackson, MS where we attended church together). Not wanting to confront him, I asked him, “You can vote here?” He said, O yeah, we already voted in Jackson and will go to Laurel, MS after voting here to vote as well. We do this whenever there is an election. Mr. ??? and others work this out for us so we get paid and eat out as well. (Paraphrased). Curtis was a registered Democrat. Later in the early 90s I am a poll observer for the LA GOP in Oberlin, LA where I observed folks in this precinct casting votes 2 to 3 times for themselves and for others as directed by the precinct captain. The precinct was located in a black democratic community. Others observed similar nonsense corrupt incidents across both states as documented to GOP HQs after the elections.
Isn’t NH the state which allows MA residents to cross over on election day to vote in your state? That is a state law that can be overturned if you have any genuine R legislators willing to challenge it.

Add up the entire student population in a state with only 1.3 million people and this matters.

I’ve been following the Venezuelan Election Fraud Machine very closely lately. Like many, I began to learn of the history in the days following the corrupt 2020 election. The latest revelations that the Venezuela stealing systems have manipulated elections is 72 countries in 72 countries were shocking, though not entirely surprising (I remember the outrage in the Philippines when they realized that the SmartMatic/Dominion system were corrupting their election).
However, I have been concerned that this won’t amount to anything, in spite of the assurances from Patrick Byrne.
Last night, Robert Barnes claimed the claims were BS, and everyone was being deceived. I’ve trusted the claims of Robert Barnes , but I’m starting to wonder. Barnes also claimed that the election machines were not a factor in the 2020 election theft, and I find that to be not a credible claim.
I wonder if anyone else here in The Treehouse heard Barnes’ claims last night and what they thought of it. I like Barnes but I’m starting to like him less, and I just think he may have a blind spot regarding election machines. I come from the IT field and I thought electronic voting would be susceptible to fraud the moment that they were being discussed back in 2000, in the aftermath of the Bush-Gore controversy.

I live in CT, same issue here too. Although we do have insufferable liberals here too, however, since I moved here in 2008, the community I live in always talks red and yet, red never wins. Or, the GOP here just refused to run anyone.
For example, I reached out in 2017 to the local head GOP guy (that’s what I’m calling him, he was the person I needed to work with to work with the GOP to get on the ballot or be “voted” on to be “permitted” to run) to run for Town Council. We had a ten-minute conversation, and he realized I was pure MAGA and in full support of Trump. He was arguing with me on the phone.
I never heard back, and he never called again after that.I said screw it, I don’t want to be associated with them anyway. They would rather let the Democrats run unopposed – you know, the Uniparty in full action.

Chavez got these three computer wizards to develop the voting machines so they could be programmed. So the rest is history. I think I’m right that they said every single voting machine in the United States, or anywhere in the world can be programmed manipulated to select the person the powers behind the cheating, want to win. I’m having trouble putting that last sentence together.. I think they said whoever controls the machines controls who wins the election.

Betsy, as a former member of the US Coast Guard I will tell you that based on several experiences I was involved in I believe the Cuban government is involved in the drug trade.
Several times the US Coast Guard ships I was a member of tried to stop and investigate vessels close to Cuba (but still in international waters) that we were told were carrying illegal drugs. Some of them we were able to stop, and they were carrying narco drugs. We busted them. But some of them were real close to Cuban territorial waters, and as soon as they saw us coming towards them they were able to change their course, accelerate, and go into Cuban territorial waters because they knew we would not follow them there.
Hmm- How come they were not concerned about being stopped or attacked by Cuban government vessels? That made me believe that the communist Cuban government was involved in the narco trade.

And it concealed the actual bargain that ended the crisis.

Quibble: Not all US military members are US citizens. Many join to expedite US citizenship, get moved to head of line. I thought Barnes had a few valid points regarding the military operation and the aftermath, but I really found disturbing his “debunking” of the Venezuelan Election Fraud System. I think he may just have a blind spot about the election machines.
I wonder what others think of Robert Barnes. I have wondered for quite a while what Sundance thinks of Barnes. I never read a Sundance opinion of Barnes, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I missed one or two.

what did Venezuela get?
A foreign security force that ensured the stability of the Chavez and later the Maduro regime.
Foreign security forces are not above shooting the locals, so no Tiananmen Square business with your military or law enforcement having sympathies and or problematic ties with the locals.
Also, they get to teach all the techniques from the Cuban commies to the local Chavistas on how to be more oppressive and maintain control of their society.

The United Nations is an early 20th Century utopian fantasy. It never stopped a war or solved a serious global problem. The only time it ever did anything useful was participating in the Korean War against the communists, but that only happened because the Soviets were boycotting attendance at the Security Council over some now-forgotten issue and they weren’t there to veto the measure. Large-scale graft is all it accomplishes. It should never have been created in the first place and it is long past time to dissolve it altogether, or at least for the U.S. to get out of it and throw their HQ out of the U.S.

About two decades ago, Soros and his minions formed something called the Secretary of State Project. He figured out that Secretaries of State control the election process. They get to decide things like keeping dead people on voter rolls. He pumped many, many millions into electing Secretaries of State all over the country. (That’s how Al Franken got elected.) When he had reached critical mass there, he started pumping even more money into local DA races. (That’s how George Gascon got elected.) Those corrupt DA’s insured that certain people could not be brought up on criminal charges, no matter how much evidence existed against them – because they assert that DA’s have “prosecutorial immunity”. In Texas, the Attorney General cannot get involved in voter fraud cases unless the local DA invites them in. Even cases that are literally open-and-shut never get prosecuted, much less get in front of a jury.
None of the people suggesting that people may not be voting as conservatively as we think can offer any rational reason why known dead people would be kept on voter rolls. None of them can seriously suggest that allowing one questionable voter to “vouch” for eight more could possibly enhance election integrity. They don’t WANT election integrity, obviously.
