The federal dept of Health and Human Services has announced the suspension of all childcare service payments to the state of Minnesota, pending investigative review and compliance audits.
The announcement follows several grassroots reports showing extensive fraud and corruption stemming mostly from the Somali immigrant community. Several taxpayer-funded assistance programs have been exploited. From daycares to nonprofits, immigrant communities in Minnesota now face multiple accusations of fraud, where they allegedly used state policies to take what some estimate to be about $9 billion in taxpayer dollars.
There are numerous indications the Minnesota fraud is only the tip of the iceberg. Several states with large migrant population are also suspected of similar activity. The Dept of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation and HHS are now doing compliance audits to determine the scale and scope of the overall theft.
(VIA FOX NEWS) – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will freeze all child care payments to Minnesota, the agency said Tuesday, amid the scrutiny surrounding alleged fraud involving child daycare centers across the state.
“You have probably read the serious allegations that the state of Minnesota has funneled millions of taxpayer dollars to fraudulent daycares across Minnesota over the past decade,” HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill wrote on X.
In a video message, O’Neill cited the viral video released last week by independent journalist Nick Shirley that highlighted alleged fraud involving Minnesota childcare and learning centers.

on a weekly basis. Week after week after week the majority of the business licenses applied for
in Dekalb County, Ga was for “non emergency medical transport”. Oftentimes there’d be 20-25
filings. In one week’s time. For a one time only show of sanity, they passed a county ordinance
restricting the amount of non emergency medical transport allotments.
Thinking back to when the timing of the non emergency transportation scams were occurring,
I’m sure it was about the same time I was hearing about “Thieving Somalis”.
PS. Some of the apartment concerns at the time were refusing to house Somalian refugees. The
ones that were accepting them had to hire private security to keep crime down in the parking
lot, or having appliances disappear from the units. My ER friend talked to Clarkston PD on a
regular basis. The stories they had were worse then the ones he told them.

As I said in a previous post, if the DS cannot activate enough assets and cut loose the deadweight of some of the conspirators, to slow, stabilise and then contain this scandal they risk critically damaging their century in the making project. Even if they do manage to slow the pace of the narrative they’ve still revealed even more of their previously covert network, compromised assets and exposed vulnerable areas to future attack.

I’m not sure that most Americans understand that in large swathes of humanity, there is no actual concept of “fraud,” particularly fraud against the government. Instead, there is a belief in the virtue of getting away with what you can to help yourself and your tribe. I spent a lot of my life in the Middle East and Central Asia, working closely with foreign contractors and foreign governments to provide support to American military operations. As a US Army officer with a big checkbook courtesy of Uncle Sam, I can’t really count the sheer number of times I was offered bribes to award a contract, or falsify records to do things like create larger (fake) headcounts at places like dining facilities, or to just simply be on the take for future illegal requests. Of course I had enough sense to never comply with such requests. Moreover, they were never explicitly structured as “bribes”; instead it was usually along the lines of “Here I have these Rolexes as gifts for you and your wife to show our friendship.” (Unfortunately, too many US officers and NCOs succumbed to this siren song and ended up breaking rocks in Leavenworth.) The weird thing about this to me was that whenever I turned down such an offering, it was treated as a grave insult. I was the one in the wrong, and not the fraudster trying to bribe me. They considered it rude that I was in their country and refused to accept how things got done. After all, why did I not want to help my tribe by helping their tribe? Let me repeat: in these cultures, FRAUD IS NOT EVEN A CONCEPT. There is only what helps your tribe.

Why am I paying for daycare for anyone much less Somali immigrants? On top of this 81% of Somalis are on welfare and don’t work. Why do they need daycare if they don’t work?
Everybody in my family who has children in daycare pays $2,000 to $3,000 a month per child. Why is the federal government paying for private daycare for immigrants when my family has to pay for it out of their own pockets? 🤔
Good question and deserves an answer. The idea that an American citizen is paying for daycare for Somali immigrants is so far removed from how things should be done I can’t even wrap my head around it. But we read garbage like this every day – we are paying for illegals to come to our country, get free medical treatment, free food, free housing is beyond belief. How stupid can we be to allow this? Why does Trump allow this? Maybe he can’t. It is time we changed the way we elect our congress. We can’t trust them to be honest so they get money any way they can, lawfully or unlawfully. ok – off my soapbox before you guys throw me off ……
