Dick Cheney, former George W. Bush’s vice president died Monday from complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease, his family said in a statement; he was 84 years old.
“His beloved wife of 61 years, Lynne, his daughters, Liz and Mary, and other family members were with him as he passed. The former Vice President died due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease,” his family said in a statement released Tuesday morning.
“Am I the evil genius in the corner that nobody ever sees come out of his hole? It’s a nice way to operate, actually.” ~ Dick Cheney
He’s dead now. “Dick Cheney was a great and good man who taught his children and grandchildren to love our country, and to live lives of courage, honor, love, kindness, and fly fishing,” his family said. “We are grateful beyond measure for all Dick Cheney did for our country. And we are blessed beyond measure to have loved and been loved by this noble giant of a man.”

Take a look at what his youngest Mary is doing and the second link to their advisory board. She’s in interesting company.
Mary CheneyManaging Partner, New Troy Strategies
A veteran corporate and political advisor, Mary Cheney has over 20 years of political and corporate experience with a strong track record of developing creative and innovative solutions for a wide range of clients and issues. Ms. Cheney began her career in Colorado working for the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club and Coors Brewing Company. During this time, she held multiple communications and public relations positions, managing a wide range of issue areas, including: alcohol issues, environmental concerns and diversity. While at Coors, she developed and implemented a program to effectively end a multi-year, national boycott of Coors products by the gay and lesbian community.
Ms. Cheney left Coors in 2000 and joined the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign as a special assistant to the Vice Presidential nominee. During the 2004 re-election, she served as the Director of Vice Presidential Operations, overseeing all messaging, events planning, budget, staffing and scheduling for the Vice President’s campaign operation.
After the 2004 election, Ms. Cheney returned to Corporate America. She served as Chief of Staff to AOL’s Vice Chairman where she directed various projects, including developing communications plans for senior management, creating marketing plans for various AOL portals, and working with AOL’s privacy taskforce. Her work with the taskforce led her to become AOL’s Vice President of Standards and Practices, where she directed the team responsible for managing issues such as internet privacy, child safety and the use of behavioral targeting in advertising.
Ms. Cheney left AOL in 2007 and joined Navigators Global where she led the firm’s strategic communications team. During her time at Navigators, the firm ran successful communications and grassroots campaigns for clients regarding telecommunications, energy and financial services issues. I see ‘grassroots’ listed in the last 3 positions. Cheney and grassroots has to be as large of an oxymoron as one could fathom.
Excellent observation
There it is! Did old Dick repent? I say no, his deep-down hate for Trump tells us, no repenting from the Dick.
To truly repent from your sins, means you have no hate for your fellow man. Because in the end we all will stand before God and his righteous judgement.
“Living well is the best revenge”
It gives me a great sense of joy that Dick Cheney saw President Donald Trump elected as President of The United States for a second term.
🙂
Jesus knows, as He knows all those who love Him, and those who love HIm do His will.
No one else knows who loves Him….though through communion with the faithful, there is assurance from the Holy Spirit. Always presume that that other professors of faith in Jesus are indeed, and always help them when they need.
No family deserves grief from the death of a loved one. Nor does anyone deserve to be lionized for fomenting unnecessary war. Let’s not sanitize history he caused a lot of sufferings and deaths.
Ha, this ‘evil genius’ quick shot artist shot my mother’s cousin’s husband in the face while bird hunting on his Texas ranch. More evil than genius in my opinion.
The cousin was the RNC Chairwomen who got Reagan elected in ’80, much to the chagrin of Cheney’s Bush masters .
I’m no fan of his but that was an accident
If you were not there, how would you know?
There are more subtle ways than shooting in the face with birdshot.
Well……as my grandmother sometimes used to say about the passing of not so famous “celebrities”:
“I thought he died years ago!”
I thought he was older. He looked like he was in his 90’s. Cheney’s are mean and they don’t age well.
Most “mean” people do not age well. They have a perpetual mean look on their face. His Iraq policies were a death sentence for thousands of soldiers of that corrupt war.
“We are your overlords”. Seems to fit Cheney’s foreign policy.
Darth Cheney is dead!
The black heart of Cheney now resides in the ninth Circle of Hell, along with John McCain.
Time to tell Jesus so He will what to do.
I wonder if he’s run into McStain in his new eternal home.
Here’s a thought. Those of you who exploded in entirely righteous anger over leftists celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk should consider whether to hit the “post comment” button. We all have our feelings about Dick Cheney and his daughters, but let it go. The man is gone. I’d be very happy for Liz to pay for her crimes stemming from her work on the J6 committee, but let us rise above our worldly desire to condemn a dead man. Let it go.
Nah!
Necromancy.
Judge not lest ye be judged.
Test failed.
Remember Liz’s made up story about him telling her “Daughter, defend the republic!”? Apperently committing sedition is defending the republic now in her telling. He never cared about the republic. He cared about his Halliburton shares. At least John McCain will have a golf partner in Hell now.
I betcha there ain’t no golf balls in hell . . . .
Cheney burning in Hell right about now!
Justice!
YAY! Another globalist is gone. We can only hope his daughter is prosecuted soon for the J6 committee HOAX. America has had a string of terrible presidents in Clinton, Bush, Obama and FJB. All corrupt and destroyers of America.
Satan called little Dick, his loyal foot soldier home.
Once upon a time he was a great Conservative and so was his daughter Liz, then they lost their ever-lovin’ minds over Trump.
