Tulsi Gabbard on Venezuela: The United States has a disastrous history of regime change
I fear that Gabbard’s sensible comment will not be shared by the warmongers among the Republican politicians. She is correct and they are wrong. I hope Sundance will pick this up and comment because it needs to be brought to the attention of all who visit and support this site.
While I generally agree with the idea that the US has been awful with regime change and it should be avoided, people really have no idea how destructive Venezuela has been to the US. Vote rigging, drugs, gangs, internal US political corruption, etc. They’ve been next level not low-level 3rd world stuff. And people have no idea.
Another thing to consider is that we’ve been bad at it because our motivations have been to install corrupt regimes like in the Ukraine. Thanks to the CIA.
I really don’t know what to think about it. Patrick Byrne woke me up to how bad Venezuela was years ago and brought a lot of receipts. And it’s bad. They’ve done more damage than you can imagine.
The US has had a very shaky relationship with Venezuela only because of it’s powerful economy driven by their oil reserves…….the largest reserves in the world.
But, we are supposed to believe it’s because of drugs; wealth from oil turns to greed for power. AND powerhouses know how to use drugs for population control and chaos, which weakens nations faster than any prosperity
Freedom hasn’t got a chance in drug infested environments…….governments know that. The powerful know that.

Well, that sure answers a question nobody asked. “Warmongers among the Republican politicians”. Basically, this is just a backhanded swipe at our President’s efforts in dealing with narco-terrorism.
I have narrowly escaped terrorist bombings in two different countries where many were injured and killed. I believe they deserve the severest punishment but do not approve of a country invading another to change the government no matter how bad. No leader of any country has been given this authority. There are ways other than an invasion and war like exposing who is supplying their weapons and doing their banking and seeking to cut off these.
The Western military industrial complex had made a fortune supplying countries that cannot afford weapons and do not need them. If these supply lines are cut then the West could put far more pressure on other countries exploiting the demand for weapons.
Take the list – Open Doors UK – of countries with the severest persecution of Christians: two thirds are Muslim, but they include North Korea, China, India (where Hindu nationalists supported by their Prime Minister are intensifying their persecution). If President Trump were to go to war with each of these just image what would happen. I am for the severest punishment for those manufacturing and distributing these drugs but not by a foreign regime change by means of war. As an old man I have not seen a single country where this has in the long term been beneficial but created even more problems. Take as two more recent examples what has happened in Libya and Syria.
The Idi Amin’s of Uganda would be an exception, I am sure…

COMMENTARY FOR 1 PETER 5
“Elders exhorted and encouraged. (1-4) Younger Christians are to submit to their elders, and to yield with humility and patience to God, and to be sober, watchful, and stedfast in faith. (5-9) Prayers for their growth and establishment.” (10-14)
(5-9) “Humility preserves peace and order in all Christian churches and societies; pride disturbs them. Where God gives grace to be humble, he will give wisdom, faith, and holiness. To be humble, and subject to our reconciled God, will bring greater comfort to the soul than the gratification of pride and ambition. But it is to be in due time; not in thy fancied time, but God’s own wisely appointed time. Does he wait, and wilt not thou? What difficulties will not the firm belief of his wisdom, power, and goodness get over! Then be humble under his hand. PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

I don’t know what Sundance’s opinion is on Parrick Byrne. I have followed him and Gen. Michael Flynn since 2016. Byrne is starting to do more mainstream public engagements. In this segment from the beginning, about 30 minutes, Byrne tells his story of being tagged a national asset, used by the CIA and FBI. He states he was being used to trap Maria Butina by the FBI. He states how he was used to be an agent that helped Obama bribe Hillary with $13 million dollars. This whole scheme started in 2015. He states the Russia hoax was not only to target Trump but all of the Repub contenders in the 2016 primary.
He ties together Obama, Brennan and Comey and then works his way down with notable names involvement in the coup. He states how two separate entities were working together to bring the U.S. down. Patrick Byrne is from Ft Wayne, Indiana and the former CEO of Overstock.com. His company was targeted by the Establishment for takedown using the short-selling stock scheme used to target Game Stop. During the pLandemic, there was a 50 page or so dossier that Byrne put out, that I printed and held onto, as I was afraid it would get scrubbed from the internet.
I believe Patrick Byrne 100% and it was Patrick who was with Sidney Powell, and Michael Flynn at the White House over Christmas 2020 regarding the stolen election. Byrne was warning Trump that he was being ill-advised and should trust Powell and Rudy Giuliani.
He’s a bit of weird guy – but we all can surmise that most playing in this realm of the Establishment – are REALLY weird. There’s a lot of nefarious political undercover activity coming out of Ft Wayne, Indiana with the Economic Development crew up to and including some mysterious regional deaths of certain integral politicians who could and were being disruptive to the Eli Lilly LEAP project (big pharma and data centers gobble up farmland and four generation farmers who are in politics become collateral damage).
We grow more than corn in Indiana – we grow dirty politicians. We gave you Mike Pence, Ron Klain (chief of staff during Biden who Victoria Spartz told us first hand that Klain was pulling the strings in the Biden White House), Amy Comey-Barrett, former Governor Holcomb (who is a WEF darling), now Governor Mike Braun who was one of the four who were going to contest the electoral college election results of the stolen election and was supressed from doing so (and who I have knowledge is still being supressed from doing his job here in Indiana from the Establishment ilk according to a very close family friend of his with rather loose lips)… and a very long list of really horrible RINO’s and DemonRats working in collusion – up to and including the acting Lt Governor Micah Beckwith who has ties with the ongoing scandal involving Turning Point USA. Beckwith didn’t get into office fairly – nor was it the will of the Indiana voters. He made an end run with the Delegates for SELECTION because voters refused him over and again – he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing – and there are not good people who run in those circles of his and his “church” in Noblesville. I know first-hand. It was our RINO’s bringing RFK Jr and Vivek to the “conservative” fold at the very inception of their campaigns when they were paid to speak with the top 200 well-heeled and most affluent families in Indiana. Indiana pretends to be innocuous and a bunch of dumb hillbilly farmers – but it is one of the most sinister political climates I’ve ever witnessed and I lived in Los Angeles and Seattle – we hide under the radar like good little sharks we are.
Watch carefully the group ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council) which is currently underway changing States’ constitutions and, I believe, the Establishment will eventually do away with the Presidency in its entirety – much like a figurehead position like the King of England – and we will all be run by committee – and I believe ALEC is the committee that’s going to do it.
Ohio – WATCH OUT for Vivek Ramaswam(P)y. You don’t want him and I am NO JD VANCE supporter (or whatever name he is going by today). Vance is a product of Peter Thiel with Palantir and no amount of disavowing is going to convince me otherwise. Vance is “manufactured” and Thiel’s investment in him (2022 – $15 million – along with a Ron Howard movie funded by Netflix – gee who has influence at Netflix? it was a bidding war to fund it (people were clamoring with checkbooks – but gee, did that movie get into big time theaters?) – and book deal with Harper Collins – which those are often used as grifting measures to build war chests) during his Senatorial run was the largest single financial campaign contribution in the history of politics to a Senate run – but its chump change considering the $1 Billion nested within the Big Beautiful Bill earmarked for Artificial Intelligence – that information I believe was scrubbed to the public once Tennessee Marsha Blackburn got the 10 year moratorium on state oversight and legislation against A.I. scrubbed – thanks to her going against Ted Cruz who was pressuring her to acquiesce for her vote.

Help, I’m seriously confused. Can anyone explain the conflict between the pro-Israel conservatives and the America first conservatives (the subset that blames Israel for unnecessary wars?) I listen to Tucker Carlson and the Daily Wire and I hear cryptic accusations from both sides that are never explained. On what basis does the Daily Wire call Carlson antisemitic (not anti-Israeli govt, as I think he claims)? Why does Carlson agree, with no explanation, that he wished our government was run by other people, seemingly referring to the Trump administration? I wish each side would back up their comments with logical arguments and evidence and not just widened eyes and flippant comments like ‘we all know where it comes from,’ which I’ve heard, in so many words, from both sides. They are at the point of demonizing each other. Uh, and, do you have to pick a side?? I pick PDJT and prayer.

It’s been one heckuva ride this year. I just posted an update on Savannah in the Prayer Thread. God Is So Good and Merciful!!!! I need a big old campfire and all of you around it and I just need to sit with you for a little while and breathe. I can finally breathe. This has been the worst three months of my life – yet has been the greatest testimony to God’s Mercies than I could ever have imagined. Thank you to all who kept her in your prayers. God Is Answering. I love you all.
A MOTHER’S PAIN
The trials and tribulations of a mother;
Neither begins nor ends at birth nor bother;
At conception, God blesses the tiny seed;
Yielding to God, mother and child accede!
With Faith, Hope, and Love – gifts given by God;

She understands not the will of the Lord;
So she searches for answers in His Word!
She knows that Jesus suffered not in vain;
She understands his suffering and pain;
She recognizes His gift to all of mankind;
And treasures His gift in her heart and mind!
She remembers His mother at the cross;
She can relate perfectly to her loss;
Whatever she suffers cannot compare;
To the suffering Mary had to forbear!
Be not discouraged – oh, mother of Mine;
Be thee encouraged – child of the divine;
Seek thee thy comfort and love from on high;
Give no credence to the sorrowful sigh!
Trust that your child and you are in my care;
Not a moment goes by when I am not there;
Standing beside you with angelic aid;
My death on the cross was the price I paid!
Be not afraid nor fearful – for I am here;
To help and comfort – to Me, you are dear;
Give me your sorrow and distress this day;
And I will be with you all of the way!
Remember your child is My child as well;
Put your trust in Me – your fears I’ll dispel;
