According to ICE they, “lodged an arrest detainer for Jashanpreet Singh, a criminal illegal alien from India, who took the lives of 3 individuals in a horrific DUI accident in San Bernadino County, California.
Singh first entered the U.S. in 2022 through the southern border and was RELEASED into the country under the Biden administration.
This tragedy follows a disturbing pattern of criminal illegal aliens driving commercial vehicles on American roads, directly threatening public safety. Under President Trump and Secretary Kristi Noem, ICE is working day-in and day-out to make America’s roads safe again. (source)

Read yesterday in a related article, the trucking company this person was employed by owns over ninety semi’s. Hopefully, they will by start looking at the company and who they employ. It would benefit any American’s safety to get any illegal hired by, and tractor trailer owned by this company off the road immediately.
The problem is not the companies… this driver probably had a valid CDL license and documents showing his eligibility to work in this country.
When the Tyson plant was raided a couple of months ago, 300 illegals were arrested.
Everyone of those illegals were e-verified.
They use fraudulent documents… fake social security # etc.
The problem most certainly lies with the companies hiring them. There can be multiple problems in this line of criminality.
There has to be a way to “E Verify” fake SS numbers…it is not rocket science. Computers can do all kinds of fun stuff.

Here’s my driver license story (sorry had to share) – In order to fly domestically, currently, you are required to show your *Real ID* drivers license. I have had a NYS license for 75 years and a NC lic for 8 years. In an attempt to obtain this, I spent a total of 5 hrs at 2 different DMVs in NC. Never got in the door!
Along with my current license, I HAD to show them… my marriage lic/ my birth certificate / and proof of where I currently reside.
The best way for me to obtain ID for flying was to apply for a Passport (never had). This took a few weeks and $150, but it suited me as I was travelling.
Moral of this story – We US Citizens are subject to a LOT crap that these *illegals* are not!!! WTF

I drive on a major truck thoroughfare and noticed a change in some truckers doing risky things that you don’t expect truck divers to do.
American truck drivers are generally professional drivers and we just take for granted that they rarely do plain stupid or super aggressive stuff.
But now I’m seeing trucks some dumb stupid and dangerous things that were very rare before.
I drive the I-15 corridor in SoCal. Truckers, by and large, are still the safest drivers on the road. The other folks? Not so much.
How to stop this after one (1) accident.
When the accident occurs arrest the illegal alien driver.
Then go to the company that hired him and put him in a truck, and arrest everyone in the chain of command that put him in that truck as an accessory to the murder he just committed. From Dispatcher, scheduler, manager up to the president/CEO/Owner of the trucking company. All of Them.
Then cancel the business licenses, the permits, the insurances, anything necessary for the company to operate, so it is immediately shut down and out of business.
When the owners and other employees of these companies understand they too will be subject to the court system and the Hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars of legal fees to protect themselves, or to ending up in prison for the rest of their lives, just to get a little more business by undercutting legitimate companies rates a few cents a mile, they will stop.
At least the rest of them will stop when they see this happen to one of their fellow scab trucking companies.
You could stop it by administering the death penalty to illegal aliens who circumvents our laws and kill people with semi-truck. That should do it. If you kill someone with your semi you will die.
These illegal alien truckers who murder people with their trucks should not be deported. They should be executed. That crash was horrific. They all are.

Trump is going to have to step in with a federal law that restricts CDLs to U.S. citizens who can pass English-proficiency exams. This should be his highest priority, not Ukraine, not another attack on Iran.

Duffey and Derek Barr need to be fired, they are obviously unaware (and incompetent) of what is going on in the trucking industry as seen by their failure to do ANYTHING about it! I hope President Trump is aware of their lack of action in regard to the mess in the trucking industry and makes some changes.
