Very sad. Colorado Springs USED to be a more conservative region along the Front Range of Colorado. Used to be is the key. The entire state has lost its mind. Tina Peters is still in a PRISON while her case is being appealed for following the law. She lived in the “used to be” conservative western part of this State. Colorado is just east California today. Colorado is Ugly since Commiefornia took over the state.

James Wolfe then used his phone to take a photo of each of the 83 pages which he then sent electronically to “journalist-deepstate plant,” Ali Watkins, at Buzzfeed Magazine.
The actual leader of the Mueller Special Counsel investigation, Attorney Andrew Weissman suppressed the evidence of the document leak and James Wolfe has never been charged for “Leaking Classified Documents.”
My personal belief is that Mark Warner was in the SKIF and assisted James Wolfe in leaking the FISA Warrant and the above statement from Warner & Burr regarding the wiretapping was just to cover for their un-precedented leak of the FISA Warrant.

I’ve been involved with Molycorp/MP since we participated in their 2010 IPO. The WSJ article misses probably the single most critical reason China came to dominate rare earths refining…and refining is the part of the supply chain where they dominate and control 90% of global capacity.
China held “lotteries” where companies could apply for free equipment. MP applied repeatedly, until it became clear they would never be allowed to win. Meanwhile their Chinese competition repeatedly won free equipment.
MP management is adamant there’s nothing Chinese refiners can do that MP can’t do. It’s just impossible to compete when your competitors are getting free capital.
Note: What he describes isn’t uncommon. China undercuts all competition to drive them out of business in order to corner markets they want control over. They’ve been doing in for quite a while…
