When President Trump says, “I’m not sure”, it’s an honest answer. The remarkable aspect is that this type of honesty is not common among politicians.
Maria Bartiromo previews her broadcast of an interview with President Trump, which will air on Sunday. In this segment, Ms. Bartiromo asks President Trump about the future of U.S-China trade relations. While noting that in a few weeks President Trump and Chairman Xi are likely to meet in ¹Seoul S-Korea, as President Trump travels to both the ASEAN and APEC meetings.
.
¹I’m not sure if this will happen, but it appears that President Trump might actually travel East to get to Malaysia (Oct 26-28) and South Korea at the end of October (31st). Why fly East? Well, if the information aligns correctly, en route to Asia, President Trump appears to have a stop in Budapest, Hungary (Oct 24/25?) on the same timeline. Fly to Europe, then onward in a southeasterly direction to Asia. The alternative would be to meet Putin in Budapest in the first few days of November (2nd or 3rd).

What? No more cheap crap filling up our landfills? I think we’ll be fine.
Think of the rest of the story. We will pay 2-3 times as much for small appliances that last 70 or more years. I am using drills, saws, fan, mixers etc. that were made in 1940s and 1950s. That’s what Made In America meant and can mean again!
I’m not so sure about that returning. The corporate culture has changed and the fervor to extract every last penny of profit for investors is now the norm worldwide.
I agree. Current American made doesn’t seem to last as long as it used to. It’s nice to buy to support American workers but I’m not sure if we will get a higher quality product.
those are AINOs
similar to RINOs
Exactly their “concern” is showing.
Some will need to sacrifice profit over much wanted quality. Not sure if that will be achieved.
The more quality I produce the higher my profits go.
We will. Watch
A few years ago a GE dryer we had for 42 years finally broke down. Replaced it with a Hotpoint (GE)…which upon installation didn’t heat. GE service came..saw there had been a simple screwup at the factory and took care of it. Said new ones are good for 5-10 years. Those 40 year runs are history.
Lifespans of currently made products last for only as long as it takes for the CEO’s stock-options to vest. After that s/he doesn’t care.
Pride, lacking in persons. Not enough folk care enough to even know what old fashioned pride in personal accomplishment is. No matter what the occupation.
Too many public companies, not enough privately owned. If we encouraged more LARGE privately owned companies, it would go back that way.
I’m not a big fan of public companies for service and consumer goods related industries. Should be private for those.
All multinationals have a plan to use India for IT, Indian-Americans on H1-B are the stopgap until the multinationals can fully NOT employ Americans for IT.
If you don’t believe, watch carefully for all the grammatical errors entering into Enterprise Software, right now.
I believe it.
Reminds me of the significant amount of spam emails I’ve received over the years that may or may not also be scams.

MAGA is a large market now – it includes people you’d never expect that buy
That’s called planned obsolescence.
They’re doing it to food to. I remember when there were no sell by or best use by dates. Canned goods were supposed to last indefinitely. Not any more.
Thats so true in the 21st century but the practice started in the 20th.
Built-in obsolescence, also known as planned obsolescence, is a business strategy where products are intentionally designed with a limited useful life, either by making them functionally fail after a certain period or by rendering them unfashionable, thereby encouraging consumers to purchase replacements.
They are also made to be nearly difficult or impossible (and expensive) to repair.
Main Street isn’t worldwide.
Yep that 1968 GE fridge still in the pantry works like a charm. Same for the 65′ car.

My 1979 dishwasher is still going strong and has a “sani-cycle” …which I love during random pandemics.
I am betting your dishwasher is a KitchenAid.
I had the stylish bone color, it survived a move from SC to IL, back in 1985. It was replaced with a Kenmore in 94…that sadly passed away in 2025.

Gipper, I did cry…
Moved into an 1869 built rural Welsh home in 1987…no dishwasher.
What’s a girl to do??
Wash by hand, no biggie.
Moved back to a suburban home with dishwasher in Texas in 2006..
Still wash by hand.
My kids make fun of me because I never use the dishwasher either. I don’t trust it to clean like I can. Bonus, hot water feels good to my arthritic hands.
I do both. I wash before I put in dishwasher. ( I know, I know)😌
😇
Hi Bet! Elizabeth and I run the dishwater 3-4 times a year. Even then everything gets washed by hand before it goes in. ❤️😍
Wow! I wash by hand, use the dish washer to air dry my dishes…
Yup!
Mine’s an awesome yuge drying rack.
No dishwasher in my dinky little kitchen and no room for one. I don’t miss it.

I don’t think so, that we’ll be paying two to three times more money. There is plenty of reasonably priced labor in this hemisphere, central and South America.
Just say no to communist made.
The US corporate profiteers don’t want reasonably priced labor. They want near-slave labor – serfs bound by debt to work like slaves for nearly nothing.
The tectonic shifts driven by this greed and DIE over decades have eroded US industry and competencies so much that US corporations are simply not able to make long-lasting appliances now – the problem is not just cost-cutting and planned obsolescence, but poorly-trained engineers overloaded by corporations, resorting to the use of cheap Chinese components to meet unrealistic product development schedules and cost targets imposed by US corporate profiteers.
As the Chinese made appliances flood the market by undercutting US appliance prices.
Even old US brand names are frequently nothing more than a licensed badge stuck on a Chinese appliance, like the mini fridge I recently bought because the model built by a US company cost 3 times more and probably wouldn’t last anyway as it also uses Chinese components.
People need to wake up: China has already won. The future of trade with China? A newly dominant nation dictating terms to a newly sunk vassal. The terms of trade are just a result of underlying tectonics.
Wall Street will find another totalitarian slave labor country to manufacture the products that Amazon sells.
Ukraine?
I use a General Electric 1940 refrigerator in my shop for cold drinks; I need to replace the insulation strip along interior door edge every 5-6 years and defrost every summer. I have a secondary 1960 Sears ColdSpot freezer for bread, berries, and butter. What happened to USA good appliances? bill
I think corporations don’t want to make appliances to last 50-70 years. It eats into their profits if consumers aren’t turning over product every 10-15years.
You also need to factor in that very few, if any, manufacturers make every piece of their product. GE probably has their control boards made by another company with electronics parts sourced from several others. As appliances, vehicles, etc get more complex there are more “cooks in the kitchen”. There’s just no way to guarantee, or expect current products to last as the odds are against it.
This one of the biggest reasons I’m thinking of selling my 22 Silverado and buying a Silverado or F series from the 80s to mid 90s. So much less to go wrong. Heck, my Silverado locked me in one morning when I went to work. No matter what I did I couldn’t get the windows to go down or the locks open. I thought “this is how I go out? LOL
“I didn’t deserve this”. “To Whom it May Concern…”
My 2005 Silverado let me in/out but the VAT locked my ignition.
Over $1K to diagnose & fix or $150 for a bypass kit. 🤔 hard choice right?
So, how did you escape?
When it was time to replace the 07 Volvo XC 70 , we were living in Virginia, and blessed to have the opportunity to buy a 1995 GMC Suburban from the original owner. Thank you, God.
That’s why we have more babies!!! That’s how you grow your customers!!!
51 ColdSpot in the shop.
In the 1960’s we knew an engineer who worked for GE. Even then, he told of being scolded by management for building products that would last forever. They told him to build more cheaply, so their machines would break or wear out more quickly, and customers would need to replace appliances more frequently. There are few repeat customers if products never need to be replaced.

“I’m not sure” is a persuasion and negotiating tactic.

China.
The ultimate example of There Are Trillions At Stake.
Crush them economically, Mr. President. The Panda mask is gone for good, President Xi burned it.
No need to crush them, just keep them in their lane and see that they play fair….a solid partnership with Russia will help.
Unfortunately, China’s only stance is zero sum; if anyone else is winning, China is losing. They are incapable of playing fair with anyone. We have decades of proof. Sundance wrote a lengthy explanation of China’s stance on economics. It’s available in the Search Bar above.
China has set its sights on removing America as the economic leader on the world stage. They have thousands of enablers around the world who smile at us from the front while plunging the knife deep into our backs.
Crush. Them.
Their biggest enablers are American oligarchs. They deliberately and intentionally enriched China at our expense. It was NOT inevitable. They want China to rule the NWO. Thats why they push endlessly for war against Russia. The only winner of WWIII against Russia would be China.
Exactly, China was their Plan B when the Soviet Union fell.
China was still a bicycle economy when US state pension funds, led by CALPERS, invested 20% of their portfolios into the nascent “Red Chips”, Chinese state-owned enterprises in a Communist country, in 1992.
That must be why Soros collapsed the Thai baht in 1997?, to crush the Western-friendly Seven Tigers and keep them from taking away Communist China’s market share.
No nation is more afraid of normalized relations between the US and Russia then China. If the Panda loses any control in it’s current relationship with Russia, it sets China’s plan for world domination back on it’s heels
Hence the recent trade agreement between Russia and China.
Every country in the world knows two things about the US.
1. We are a Republic and our Presidents sit for 8 years max.
2. If you have a Uni- Party guy/gal as President you can literally almost topple the US as recently seen with dead weight bidin and no weight Harris. They will sell out the US at the drop of a treasonous hat!
There is stark need for a MAGA only political leadership in the US until a better and more patriotic movement in the country takes place. 😎 And ultimately a change in the constitution to allow more than two terms for President. God bless
Almost forgot to mention that the immigration of Muslims into the US has to stop immediately. The ones residing here should all be put on notice that they are subject to deportation at any time. AND no foreign born and/or dual citizenship persons can ever hold any local, state or federal offices.

Try as they might, Communists will not be able to eliminate the Love of God and the Promise of Jesus.
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Nothing new.
Sometimes the other guy just does stupid things. You have to stand back and let them do it. Communists think differently than you and me. Their system never produces long term success. Deng took over in the late 70s and the only direction was up. They were at the bottom of the Communist barrel. Favored nation status allowed them to build their economy and they could not stand success.
Wolf Warrior Diplomacy, Rampant corruption, and to top it off they tried to force their customers to do it China’s Way. Throw in spreading the Wuhan Flu throughout the world. China knew it had a virus and closed travel inside the Country while sending folks all over the world. If China suffered, the CCP wanted us all to suffer.
Fast forward to today and they want to rule all trade and hold all of us hostage. China is suffering from massive malinvestment, pollution, tofu dreg construction, massive corruption at all levels. The only way forward for the CCP is DOWN. So it would not be too surprising to see them want to make the world suffer with them. Communists do not mind ruling over the smoking ruins……over the eons that is exactly what they have always done.
Even when China was roaring the picture looked like Sundance’s city on the hill with the rest of the population living in the polluted sewer.
Well said Mr. President.
That is a great photo of P. Trump at the start of the video. I’d like to frame it I knew how to make it be a photo.
The fact of the matter, the United States is currently governed by a strong principled leader, not a weak compromised politician.
If we consider the first Trump term in totality Obama won with the CCP’s help. He won. The communists won. Obama crippled President Trumps first term, stole the re-election, and had his third term by running Biden the autopen’s term. All the lawfare, hoaxes, covid, and riots were supported by the CCP helping Obama and his communist army of thugs. President Trump it is time for a complete economic decoupling from communist China. Xi is not your friend or ours.
Economic decoupling of the U.S. from China is a moral imperative that would substantially weaken the CCP. Convincing much of the rest of the world to follow suit would be a death knell for the CCP.
A lot of the old culture might be suppressed in China, but is not forgotten. The Mandate of Heaven as a concept still influences their people to this day.
The ChiComms have slowly and steadily infiltrated every nook and cranny of USA life. They have people inside all of our agencies, they fund and have influence over researchers and universities. They pull strings with the media and they control politicians and, dare I say, political parties. I’m sure the ChiComms are providing big money to both political parties.
Any deal that anyone makes with the ChiComms will be a one-way deal because the Chinese never abide by any agreement or law. They are Communists and lying continuously and cheating and stealing are foundational. Just look at the democrat party in America if you need a closer to home example. Lying continuously, cheating, stealing, and violence are core competencies.
Make all the deals you want with the ChiComms, but you better have tight control and zero trust. I wouldn’t trust a communist as far as I could toss the Sears Tower.
That is absolutely true! Anyone Chinese who the CCP allowed to emigrate in the last 30+ years (after Tiannamen) is loyal to the CCP. Even if they’ve become citizens. They are employed in banks, government, software companies, defense companies, research facilities- you name it and we’ve stupidly allowed it. All that vital data and research flows back to China. Count on it.
“China/CCP plans for 100 years while America plans for 8 years ( i.e. presidential election cycles.)” My Asian studies prof said this 40 years ago. Still seems to have wisdom.Time to rescind the 22nd Amendment? Trump 2028!
The China Inc. economy cannot be assessed as a “normal national economy”. The nation of the China = China Inc.
This came to public light in the 1980’s when it was exposed that the PLA controlled NORINCO and jointly controlled Banks to Factories with the Chinese Communist Party. It was at this time China Inc. transitioned from being composed of Maoist Zealots to technocrats ranging from MBA’s to those more skilled in the science of management, strategy, etc.
Think of the Chinese Government as the EXECUTIVE Staff with the Party and Military Ministries as the Board of Directors.
It is a corporation with 1.5 Billion employees, run by a board of directors called the Communist Party and the Chinese Military (PLA, PLAN and PLAF – the PLA dominates). The employees are kept mollified and suppressed to prevent any unrest among the employees …. while news coming out is heavily controlled to point nobody knows what is happening on the ground inside China … of course there is Bloomberg News, Reuters Business News and a few others that act as the gaslighting mouthpieces of China Inc. [Note: in 2012 Michael Bloomberg waxed on and on singing the praises of China Inc.]
China Inc. is a business seeking global economic domination …. using multiple forms of operational methods to achieve this objective. The inside economy does not exist, and is simply a controlled flow of stuff used to mollify the employees. The outside world does “business” with China Inc. … and does not conduct diplomacy. China Inc. views a wide range of options as potential means to “conduct business”, from trade deals, exchanges, military action, subcontracting industries to BRICS partners, et al.
Since 2021, China Inc., the business, is a LEGAL Participant on ALL US Financial Exchanges.
The West of course just loves to invest in China Inc. the business …. China Inc. is STILL treated as a developing nation within the WTO and World bank … Hong Kong Special District for Trade and Banking exchange STILL EXISTS … Western Industries move development and manufacturing to their shores, China Inc. Banks of ALL flavors are welcomed everywhere, China Inc. (the BUSINESS – Party and PLA) are allowed to buy real estate, etc. etc.
This is the problem President Trump faces when dealing with China Inc. The nation of China does not exist when it comes to any agreements and negotiations he conducts with them …. and ethics is a dirty word to the President’s counterparts.
Of course it does not help when the US Financial Puppet Masters are so heavily invested in China Inc. (the business) and so many members of the US Government are on the China Inc. Payroll and keep Fang Fang mistresses. It also does not help when the 2nd largest economy, the EU, works against the US by selling their industrial souls to China Inc. and their clients, as well.
By the way … this is likely why Qatar is the current intersect point in the Middle East, no matter how upset anyone is with this fact. It is a place where the ALL Good Guys and ALL Bad guys can meet to do business …. this includes the US v/v BRICS, China Inc. and Russia.
Side notes From my way back machine….does anyone remember back in the late 70’s, that getting an “MBA” was a hugely big deal…that getting into an MBA program at any university was a really big deal? Am of the opinion, that that was where the ‘globalization’ of the world economy started on steroids…
Fast forward, to today…the MBA’s are a dime a dozen but the for profit and or non tiered schools I believe and could be wrong, teach a watered down curricula…that today’s curricula is just another level of meeting the ‘metrics’ set by the MBA’s of the late 70’s…and tiered university MBA’s are ‘higher caliber’ for lack of a better choice of wording…
Words we no longer hear: The Customer is always right.
I disagree …. MBA’s, Management Science Degrees and Technical Degrees are still as rigorous as ever … and even more so now that they are enhanced with technology based teaching aides. That is the reason so many seats are taken up in the good programs by Asians and Indo-Asian students … paid for by THEIR Governments or a Home nation Business.
Two of my math instructors for my MS Business Management degree were Chinese … and pretty good instructors to boot.
They also come to learn not only academically but also learn how “we” do business as well as to gain cultural INTEL on their future US Counterparts. It’s more than the few who get degrees at the Ivy League schools, and consider those Ivy League Schools are an intersect with potential major players in US Government and Industry.
Before coming to the US, there are actually competitive entrance exams, the for the foreign students to navigate. Look at all the Asian and Indo-Asian learning centers that have cropped up everywhere in the US. They are prepping their kids for rigorous courses of study.
The same rationale that had WWII Japanese Admiral Yamamoto and many of his peers attending US Universities in the 1930’s as well as well as academic exchanges that are still continued from that day.
Personal story …. when I was an EX-PAT working in Turkey, the Owner and CEO (as well as some of the staff) of the company we contracted as our in-country partners had Engineering Degrees and MS Business degrees from US Universities … funded by the Turkish Government.
Need to keep separate in your mind the crap degrees many seek as well as the crap preparation allot of US students experience before entering University …. look at the lowering of standards occurring to admit US students and the remedial courses then being offered by schools to “help” qualify a student already ADMITTED to University for that University’s course work.
The University level course work has not dropped as mush as the ability of many admitted US students to actually qualify for the course work or be motivated to pursue the tough course work involved with tough degrees.
“The crap” degrees were what I was referencing…that create low level micro managers for corporations, (health care is full of them…)…not the C-Suite or highly advanced knowledge types…
Agree with you on that note. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Although still felt like my explanation added to the overall conversation.
“I’m not sure” about certain outcomes can only be spoken by one who is sure of core principles.
Bingo! If we know anything about the CCP, if they know you have a pre-determined end, they will extract every advantage out of you because they know you will bend to achieve it. This is the old Communist view that the capitalists’ greed will allow you to sell them their own hanging rope. Not so with America First.
What you say is true about the CCP doing everything to wring out an advantage to themselves in all they do …. However …. The Chinese Communist Party and PLA are communist in name ONLY.
The people running China Inc. are CAPITALIST to the core of their very being …. and everything they do is to increase the value of China Inc., the Business. For all purposes economic … there is NO nation of China.
Does China have a middle class? Chinese do not own their homes (apartments) or anything in that home as the CCP can come into that home and spray it for imaginary or real bugs anytime it desires. They can weld the doors shut and starve you to death whenever rhey want.
And the CCP is not capitalist because it only knows how to steal ideas from free thinking people and then mass produce while cutting quality as much as possible. The CCP has never had an original idea to bring to market that people want to buy.
Read what I wrote closely … the PEOPLE RUNNING CHINA INC. are NOT Communist.
Again, read closely …. I never said there was anything approaching a normal society in China. Again that does not make the government communist.
Try reading first and actually learn the difference between economic systems.
Communism has zero to do with how knowledge is acquired and in the case of China Inc. the vast majority of it was gained LEGALLY via licensing, joint off-set agreements, some even developed internally, etc. Very little of it was “stolen”.
President Trump is right about one thing, and he’s made this point before – the Chinese government only respects strength.
The Chinese communists used to label the U.S. a “paper tiger,” but that was for domestic propaganda purposes, they knew better. Fast forward to the illegal Biden regime, with its compromised senile usurper and drug addict First Son on the international take, and any pretense of respect was gone because the U.S. really was a paper tiger, in lace. While the Chinese engaged in an aggressive military buildup to challenge U.S. power, the Biden regime weakened our forces with all sorts of nonsense. It answered Chinese military power by putting men in dresses and hosting drag shows on U.S. military bases and woke “Whiteness Therapy Sessions” for enlisted men, to repair their legacy of toxic whiteness. For that alone, every member of the former regime deserves to be in prison.
The Chinese feared Trump after getting a look at him in his first administration, which is why they colluded in the multinational effort that went into the 2020 coup. Now, with Trump’s triumphal return, the time of reckoning has arrived and the Chinese have been placed on their “back foot,” so to speak.
At this point, the Chinese have to be praying to a God they don’t believe in that the lunatics win in the U.S. mid term elections. They need a cadre of anti-Americans controlling at least one house of Congress to put a brake on this U.S. revanche. If the lunatic Dems win, Taiwan could have a difficult two years, even with Trump still in office.
J
China and Biden…I always think of the meme with Biden on his knees and Xi holding the leash.
Will we ever hear a common sense discussion of China products sold in US?
Even if tariffs or taxes or whatever cause China products to rise in price equal to an American made product, some people will still buy them because they are priced similarly and the shopper does no research. If the consumer looks at quality, the American made may be a better buy.
If there is no US made competing product, maybe some American manufacturer will produce one. If the US made is better quality the US company might see the market as worth competing in. This will also cause the Chinese producer to improve the quality.
Why do many think this is such a bad thing?
As I understand a lot of these bonded warehouses protect China from some products? A whole new industry?

Many people made political hay for years,
by becoming friends with
and ‘trading’ with pretend panda.
It was like a badge of honor to
become known of being such a good ‘trader’.
And as such, with that self puffery among$t people (both sides of the pol. aisle)
the U.S. nation as a whole, generally evolved from manufacturing (producing quality, durable products)
to incrementally becoming a service (serve us) economy.
and further becoming a throw away and litigious society

the untold planned obsolescence (a steep reduction in product duration / reliability / life).
Fair trade is a goal.
( but having people that take (shiny) wooden-nickels (and untold line their political / retirement pocket$)
should not be arranging the trades – that wind up setting up harms to the U.S. )
p.s.
What did the U.S. (unfair) ‘trade’ to allow a high tech balloon to slowly be steered over the entire USA in 2023 ( bran done admin)?

-“Why fly East?”
Today, the UN votes on their latest carbon scheme, the NZF, the Net Zero Fund, a tax on global shipping. The US maritime association estimates the cost to US consumers at $100 billion over the next 7 years. 80% of global trade is via ship routes.
Trump and Rubio have publicly denounced the scam. Of course China, the biggest polluter on the planet, is in favor. The tax would force the retirement of many older American ships, and who is ready to fill the void? China, of course. They’ve been flooding the EV market, but they also build ships. Lots of them.
https://wltreport.com/2025/10/16/un-is-about-start-taxing-americans-president-trump/
I trust Trump discusses this with Xi, but what I really hope is that the UN votes overwhelmingly to pass the NZF. This carbon scam is the latest from the UN, but it certainly won’t be the last.
It will be just the nudge Trump needs to get us out of the UN, stop ALL funding, and then boot them from our shores.
After proper sanitization, the building can finally, finally, be put to good use. Our military veterans top my list.
That will take ALOT of sanitization!
And there’s is much going on in China. China expels He Weidong, Miao Hua and 7 other generals from party and military
He Weidong, China’s number two general, and Miao Hua, the Chinese army’s top political officer, were expelled from the party for “serious violations of discipline and law”, said the country’s defence ministry.
He Weidong, China’s number two general, and navy admiral Miao Hua, the Chinese military’s former top political officer, are the latest senior military officials to be targeted in a campaign against corruption in the People’s Liberation Army.
He’s removal is the first of a sitting general on the Central Military Commission since the 1966 to 1976 Cultural Revolution. He has not been seen in public since March, but the investigation of his activities had not previously been disclosed by Chinese authorities.

“T-Square” was not an aberration: it was a sign. In the truly ancient timeline of China, “the Communist period” was only a “blip.” The cracks are beginning to show.
The end will happen “slowly, then all at once.” The people of China will throw it off and throw it away, just as the Eastern Europeans did. Communism is simply not a sustainable strategy. Its flaws are systemic, and fatal. China deserves better. In time, and maybe not much time, they will have it.
Let us pray that God put those words to use through your hands kind Sir! 🙏🏽

Top US Commander for Latin America and Reported Critic of Strikes Against Venezuelan Drug Boats Abruptly Announces Resignation – War Secretary Pete Hegseth Responds | The Gateway Pundit
The drug cartels ARE fighting a real war against us. We have to respond in kind. That means, “explosives.” A Coast Guard vessel IS a warship. If you don’t want those tons(!) of drugs on that boat arriving in dead people’s veins, you HAVE to blow it up.
Reported critic of strikes ….
Reported by the NYT no less. From sources that want to remain anonymous:
It was unclear why Admiral Holsey is suddenly departing, less than a year into what is typically a three-year job, and in the midst of the biggest operation in his 37-year career. But one current and one former U.S. official, both of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss personnel matters, said that Admiral Holsey had raised concerns about the mission and the attacks on the alleged drug boats.
Brief, and extremely interesting. Helps a lot of things make much more sense.
Xi said not when DJT is in office. If it increasingly becomes apparent, and it is already trending in that direction, that a Vance or Rubio as 48, why wouldn’t China pull the trigger on Taiwan at any time when policy, posture will not change. 🤔 It’s not like wars have never been fought over trade and tariffs before, lolz.
I want an American made home computer printer that doesn’t pop up w a code that can’t be cleared or ports that can’t be cleaned or . . .
Trump’s “The Art of A Deal” still rings true, even though he had a professional writer put his ideas in a book:
Think Big.
Protect the Downside.
Maximize Options.
Know Your Market.
Use Your leverage.
Enhance Your Location.
Get The Word Out.
Fight Back.
Deliver The Goods.
Contain The Costs.
Have Fun.
I don’t know how Putin can get to Hungary without passing through or over hostile countries. I’m surprised the Russians would agree to this.

The “future”… line….is looking somewhat dismal with all the deportations, self and otherwise, going on…the need for things to set up a household in America, is decreasing. Their market is slowly vanishing.
President Trump has been addressing China through his policy with Venezuela, since Venezuela owes China a lot of money, and China has been using Venezuela as a base in this hemisphere.

We’re not sending 10k troops and 8 warships over drug dealers….
Trump is going after CHINA.
Trump’s Venezuela offensive is a THIRD BLOW to Xi: Iran – Gaza – Venezuela.
China had a strong relationship with Hamas and Gaza, China had a strong relationship with Iran., both of these countries along with Venezuela, and Trump is working to stop China in his dealings with all three countries.
It is also possible (I have not read this I just wonder about it) that Trump’s offer of a defense pact with Qatar and one with Saudi Arabia is an attempt to cut China out of the loop. Before the war in Gaza China was actively courting a lot of Middle East countries, and does have a strong connection with Egypt.
My money is on Trump is there is a competition between Xi and Trump.
Also Xi may lose power in the coming days, something I read from Gordon Chang on X.
Thanks for the link.
What usurped the Monroe Doctrine?
I never even hear it referred to anymore, then again I’m an aging middle boomer (who still loves his country)!
MAGA!!
