WASHINGTON — New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat who has clashed with President Donald Trump, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in Virginia, three sources familiar with the matter confirmed to NBC News.
James was charged with one count of bank fraud after Trump publicly called for his Justice Department appointees to bring charges against her. The case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Jamar K. Walker, a Biden appointee. (more)

There are fraud allegations involving another property of hers in New York, so there could be more charges filed against her, although probably in a federal court up there if she gets indicted. Success in either leftist-dominated court may be slight, but at least she will have to go through the process.

What will probably happen is that she will get a “loan” from some shadowy NGO or PAC and/or get a bunch of white-shoe NY lawyers from big firms to “voluntarily” agree to provide legal services to her “pro bono” …. A federal Grand Jury indicted her. The chances of their case against her being successful is around 98%, the Feds don’t indict someone only to be found not guilty. Even if she is, can be appealed to a higher court. She is going to go broke quickly if they force her to defend herself w/numerous Federal indictments, even if they are brought in NY. The Feds have all the receipts showing her fraud, will be fun watching her age having to be in court and seeing her stress level increase. FAFO Trump PDJT 47 style comes into her life. She has lost the cover of career Federal prosecutors that were delaying having these charges against her, they are being fired, as is PDJT’s prerogative as the position of Executive Head as he finally now has seen why nothing was happening, and he still has plenty of others that he needs to get rid of that are playing the waiting game until he is termed out, maybe?

She has committed real estate fraud at least twice — once here and once in New York where she claimed a five bedroom rental building was a four bedroom residence so she could obtain favorable loans. She accused Trump of committing fraud to obtain favorable bank loans when he did not, as the bank did their own assessment of the collateral for the loan as required.
I just read about that five unit building she lied about, while it was a four unit building. Also in 1986 to 2000, she and his father were registered as husband and wife, so that also they could get the favors of a married couple, simple terms regarding their properties, etc…

What I see after reading the indictment, is the absolute CONTEMPT that Satanic Overlord Tish James has for the good people of New York. She must have really believed that her position allowed her to do whatever the hell she wanted.
