FBI Director Kash Patel once again rises to defend the integrity of the institution he leads.
While Tweeting a link to a Fox News story quoting him, the FBI director says, “274 FBI agents were thrown into crowd control on Jan 6 against FBI standards. That failure was on corrupt leadership. Thanks to agents stepping up, the truth is coming out. Transparency. Justice. Accountability.”
Which begs the questions: 274 FBI plainclothes agents were going to do what, exactly?… How did the FBI know to have 274 agents “on hand” prepared to intervene? And where exactly is “on hand” located?
(VIA FOX NEWS) – The FBI responded on Saturday to a report that 274 plainclothes agents were at the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, clarifying the role of bureau personnel while still blasting former Director Christopher Wray.
While the agents were on hand, they were sent in after the riot had begun to try to control the unruly crowd, officials told Fox News Digital. That is not the proper role of FBI agents, and Wray was not forthcoming about what happened when he testified numerous times on Capitol Hill, Director Kash Patel said.
“Agents were sent into a crowd control mission after the riot was declared by Metro Police – something that goes against FBI standards,” Patel told Fox News Digital. “This was the failure of a corrupt leadership that lied to Congress and to the American people about what really happened.”
He added, “Thanks to agents coming forward, we are now uncovering the truth. We are fully committed to transparency, and justice and accountability continues with this FBI.”
There’s no indication any FBI agents were involved in any events related to Trump’s speech on the morning of Jan. 6 at the Ellipse, an FBI official told Fox News Digital, adding that Wray should have disclosed that agents were there when he was asked by congressional leaders. (read more)

I was there on the west lawn of the Capitol on J6. My companion and I were approached by 4 military age males demanding we “push up” into the building itself. They told us, “They’re shooting us in there! They just shot a women who is bleeding out. We can’t let them get away with this! Push up! Push up!” My companion and I told them there was no way we were doing that. They moved off and approached another group making the same demands.
When they walked off, I looked at my companion and we both blurted out at the same time, “They were Feds!”
I’m ex-military and my companion owns a police supply house. We both know the type. Am I sure they were FBI? No, they could have been DHS agents… but definitely law enforcement.
As a retired airline pilot, I know about being on call with a one hour report time. There’s no way almost 300 agents were on call with a short report time who could have gotten from their home, to a government office, then transported to the Capitol and then into the crowd -after a briefing – to perform crowd control. That excuse doesn’t pass the smell test.
I’ve lost all faith and respect for Kash. The Blackmail Industrial Complex has gotten to him somehow. After waiting for 4 years for the early morning FBI SWAT raid on my home (that thankfully never came) to arrest me for being on the west lawn, my anger at “they were there, but only for crowd control” makes my anger boil over.

The FBI as an organization will have to be completely torn down to the ground. And then we need to have a debate about whether or not American needs a Federal police force and, if so, how should their role be defined.
But I believe we may be jumping on Kash a little too quickly. If I read his quote correctly, he is both repeating what he’s been told and what Wray said. I’m not quite sure he meant that he believes there were FBI agents sent in for crowd control. And trust me, I do not agree with many of Kash’s comments about the FBI. But I’m not sure this is one of those cases.

The FBI and DoJ DID NOT Inform the President of the threat, preventing him from taking more definitive action.

The FBI WAITED until the Rally and Protest were in progress to deploy their meager 274 agents … and they DID NOT call for assistance from other Federal Agencies. [Note and For Example: Just weeks before the National Parks Service deployed a riot control detachment to clear the Mall of BLM rioters.]
Not a single call was made to the designated US Army reaction forces, who’s mission was to secure the Capital … The VA National Guard 116th Brigade, the PA National Guard 56th Brigade and 82nd Division. Plus, I cannot imagine that the US Army 3rd Infantry Regiment, stationed in DC, does not have a reaction force.
Then there was NOT a single MSM report of Law Enforcement being deployed to quell any “riots”. ALL the after the fact reports are doctored and edited MSM videos shown DAYS AFTER THE FACT.
There is NOT a single second of Video showing Law Enforcement clearing the Capital Building(s) and capital Mall … ALL the protestor just left ON THEIR OWN …. but there is plenty of video evidence of DC Cops and some pretty fit looking FBI “types” facilitating and leading the intrusion into the Capital Building.
Plus, I watched the entire MSM Broadcast on 6 Jannuary …. There were NO Riots shown on ANY of the live coverage shows!!! ALL reports of anything bad occurring was NARRATIVE being READ from the studio .. as “breaking news” but there was NO Video.

The FBI has never been called to the scene of a RIOT and would be worthless at one. They have NO Training, Equipment or experience in how to deal with a RIOT. who ordered the 274? names please. what was the order, specifically.? Did they have arresting authority? where was the command and control post? What manner of surveillance through cell towers were these agents accessing?

2) Easily visible to those with even a little tactical experience was the plurality and -timing- of teams of people moving through the crowds at certain times, agitators and the many attending coincidences (Capitol Police removing barriers, as-yet-unidentified masked Antifa-looking dudes busting up the property, the bogus and stupid “Patriot Front” thing, etc, etc).
