Newly appointed U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, from the Eastern District of Viginia, has released a criminal indictment of former FBI Director James Comey [SEE INDICTMENT HERE].
The indictment alleges three counts. Counts one and two are ‘false statements’ to Congress on September 30, 2020, [18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2)], and count three is ‘obstruction of a federal proceeding’ stemming from the same testimony. [18U.S.C. § 1505]
The first false statement charge surrounds Hillary Clinton’s “approval of a plan concerning” Donald Trump and the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.
[SOURCE]
♦ COUNT #1 – James Comey claimed he could not remember being made aware of the Trump-Russia collusion plan, and there is ample evidence from his own previous public statements, from public and sworn statements by former CIA Director John Brennan, from former statements by officials in the January 5, 2017, meeting memorialized by Susan Rice, from statements that remain sealed as recounted by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and from statements under oath by the former Clinton campaign team -including campaign manager Robby Mook- that James Comey was well aware of the plan.
While this first count is based on the tenuous “I don’t remember” aspect, this count holds more material benefit than simply Comey’s recollection. This count could open the door to public testimony by McCabe, Rice, Mook, Brennan and even Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton herself as to Comey’s knowledge; each was a first-hand witness.
This first count holds strong material value in a public trial regardless of the outcome. This first count establishes the baseline for USAO Lindsey Halligan to bring all material witnesses into court and publicly put them on record outlining the Trump-Russia collusion scheme.
You could say, I hope the intent is not just to incarcerate Comey per se’ – but rather to use what Comey represents to indict the entire enterprise around him. The facts behind Count #1 make this possible.
Let’s all hope this strategic intent unfolds.
♦ Count #2, involves James Comey falsely testifying he did not direct former his FBI Special Government Employee (SGE) Daniel Richman to leak information to New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt.
This second count is easily evidenced through the prior investigation of Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz and all prior witness statements therein. Again, that includes testimony to Horowitz given by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Additionally, the second count is evidenced by the direct testimony of Daniel Richman himself, who was hired by James Comey and given special access privileges to classified information systems. Richman was likely a grand jury witness during the assembly of the case against Comey. Count #2 is the easiest to prove beyond any reasonable doubt.
♦ BIG PICTURE – One of the frustrations felt by many people, who have researched or followed the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense, is the lack of accountability for the internal actors who operated within a highly weaponized DOJ and FBI system. Perhaps this indictment is the first step in holding those to account.
I am often asked about why the second term cabinet members of President Trump do not take action. My response is consistent. They refuse to acknowledge or assert the corruption within the institutions they lead. They are fraught with fear.
The administration of President Donald Trump does not have the same institutional operations in place that Joe Biden visibly deployed post January 6, 2021.
President Barack Obama spent eight years working with Attorney General Eric Holder, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy AG Sally Yates, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and former FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker, on a process of weaponizing the Dept of Justice and FBI.
All of the agents and attorneys within the Obama network, in addition to their private sector media and Lawfare partners, spent over a decade building out their ideological targeting tools.
Bondi, Patel and to a lesser extent Bongino, spent a ridiculous amount of time denying the institutional constructs that sit beneath them. Still, to this day, they do not publicly admit the internal challenge with each organization.
All institutional change first requires a public admission of the problem.
Main Justice and FBI remain -to this day- in private acceptance but public denial of the problem. In essence, they are stuck in a pretending loop. Each day that follows grows the Gordian knot their denial and fear creates.
It is a self-fulfilling prophecy; an outcome born of both fear and inability. Those who created the weaponized institutions are heavily reliant upon the retention of pretense.
We the people, are continually witnessing this dynamic and frustrated at the lack of accountability. Yet even within that frustrated annoyance, too few boldly outline exactly how comprehensively corrupt the institutions are – by former design.
Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are afraid of the organizations they lead. Their fear stems from a desire to be viewed as effective, and yet their ineffectiveness at correcting the problem is driven by their fear. Thus, the loop.
Yes, Main Justice and the FBI can change the dynamic, but it starts -as all massive institutional reform efforts must- with a seismic release of sunlight upon the toxic corruption that sits at their feet.
As long as Pam Bondi and Kash Patel continue to maintain a pretense of top-down control, the embedded system operators will continue undermining them and acting maliciously. The effort to hold James Comey to account is highlighting just how corrupt THEIR SYSTEM is. It is not accidental that President Trump needed to shake them up and change this dynamic with the very public appointment of Lindsey Halligan.
How do Bondi and Patel stop entwining the knot and finally cut it? Well, that begins with sunlight, firings, investigations and criminal indictments of former officials AND current holdovers inside their agencies.
In essence, they must purposefully and righteously ‘turn the tables‘ in their own temples.
Perhaps the indictment of James Comey will finally begin the process.

I am surprised that he got indicted in a DC court. Now let’s see what a DC jury does at this trial.
Gee I wonder.
But… it’s an East Virginia court. Small difference perhaps, but not D.C.
The Stones tune leaps to mind:
“Sweet Virginia
Better scrape that s____ off your shoe.”
It would be nice if they did!
You should probably look at the location of Alexandria VA in relation to the White House before you say anything else about it. It’s clear you have no idea where Alexandria is actually located.
Alexandria is where Boasberg, John Roberts and all of the Praetorian Guard judges meet monthly to discuss how to fundamentally transform the US Constitution into the Communist Manifesto via Orwellian Newspeak linguistic gymnastics, freedom is slavery case rulings and opinions. Quick, easy DC commuter city. Same jury pool and dirty judges as DC.
It’s clear you have no manners.
Steph_gray noted the SMALL DIFFERENCE of Alexandria VIRGINIA being in VIRGINIA rather than in DC proper. Which she considered to be somewhat helpful.
Thanks!
You’re welcome Steph.
Look again Hemp4Victory
The Eastern District of Virginia is divided into four judicial divisions: Alexandria, Newport News, Norfolk, and Richmond, each covering specific cities and counties within the district.
The Alexandria Division consists of the following localities: the City of Alexandria and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William and Stafford, as well as any other city or town within the geographical boundaries of those counties.
So jurors could be selected from not just Arlington but surrounding suburban and rural Virginia. Of primary importance is the selection of the judge presiding the case.
His case will be overseen by U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff, a Biden appointee assigned to the Eastern District of Virginia, where the indictment was filed.
Judge Nachmanoff can put us all through a three ring circus of not allowing testimony to shed light on all the things mentioned above by Sundance. Could get interesting.
May he make a serious reversible error..
Nachmanoff basically got his first job due to Comey. Hmmmm.
“Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine recommended Nachmanoff to be a United States District Judge ….He is Jewish.”
AllI need to know.
I live in NOVA. Federal cases draw jurors from all over the state. VA is Red outside of NOVA and downtown Richmond. Big state. There is a good chance he won’t get a favorable jury.
I live in MD on the other side of the Beltway. Don’t get my hopes up!
Have read somewhere jurors can be picked from across the state in a federal trial.most of Virginia is red.
I heard it was Alexandria.
It is unlikely that any D.C. jury would convict, regardless of evidence. However, if the case goes to trial, there will be a lot of sunlight shed on dark places. And discovery is, as they say, a bitch. Comey will be dragged through the legal quagmire, and “the process is the punishment.” So going to trial is extremely important.
I wish there was a way to ensure he pays his own legal bills.
Why the fudge shouldn’t he? He no longer works for the government!
Comey testified from his home in Va during the pandemic. Hence the jurisdiction.
If they were stringing the gallows on the Mall this morning, some here would be complaining about the rope being too thin.
Don’t hold your breath!
Hopium? Biden judge. Hostile jury pool. Not black-pilled but jurisdiction matters. And this venue sucks for justice.
The Biden judge has an interesting connection to this highly publicized case of a military contractor, Ayala, in Afghanistan who executed a prisoner in heat of moment. The now judge was then public defender of the contractor
https://www.foxnews.com/story/ex-military-contractor-given-probation-not-jail-in-slaying-of-afghan-man
I don’t blame him.
I remember the case. Don’t blame him, either. War is war. Just an interesting case for the judge to have been involved in.
I scanned his judicial nomination questionnaire that lists all cases he was major involved in, nonprofit orgs he volunteers for. Most are illegal immigrant defense and DEI/CRT related. Of course.
US District Judge Michael Nachmanoff was ‘randomly’ assigned to Comey’s case after the former FBI agent was indicted on two federal criminal counts by a jury in the Eastern District of Virginia.
“Nachmanoff, who sits in a federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, has had some brushes with Trump world before. As a federal magistrate judge, Nachmanoff presided over the 2019 arraignment of two associates of Rudy Giuliani — Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman — who were charged with campaign finance violations. He released them on a $1 million bond,” Politico reported.
James Comey will reportedly surrender on Friday morning. Why aren’t the feds slapping leg irons on James Comey like they did with Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro?
I have to assume Comey will get much better treatment from a Trump hating Biden judge.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/09/new-biden-judge-assigned-comeys-criminal-case/
Perhaps, showing appropriate professional conduct?
I would never give this type of judge credit for such even-handedness, though he actually is doing the correct thing.
If he had Kash Patel indicted, the leg irons would probably be a surety.
Just IMHO!
Why aren’t a dozen fast-movers with rifles and wearing plate visiting him at 0500 like they did Roger Stone? Thats what I want to know. Take the damned gloves off. The time for civility and decorum is past.
All valid points.. but how often have we heard before that the process is the punishment? Maybe that is the best we can hope for.
I think my former assessment holds true, be the venue Alexandria or D.C. Going to trial is crucial, and, yes, the process is the punishment.
drag it out if the judge appears biased. break comey’s bank account.
Perhaps the very slight difference in East Virginia is that they actually brought an indictment.
A grand jury in D.C. might have refused to do even that.
Yep. Almost certainly.
“This first count holds strong material value in a public trial regardless of the outcome. This first count establishes the baseline for USAO Lindsey Halligan to bring all material witnesses into court and publicly put them on record outlining the Trump-Russia collusion scheme.”
Conviction would be great, public testimony of all material witnesses is even better.
As a reminder, the case will be in the courtroom of a biden judge. I would not be shocked if the judge keeps his left thumb on the scales of justice. We have seen it before in other cases where a Trump supporter was on trial in a commie courtroom.
Sunlight on the federal judiciary is also of paramount importance.
Harsh, blinding sunlight.
I agree with sunlight yet I’ve become too jaded with the whole DC system to hold onto any hope for reform in that cesspool.
national news, 24/7. in the court room.
Bingo!
the sussman trial was evidence of your observation. if they let comey off in the face of direct evidence maybe the executive branch can arrange to have all political trials moved out of the federal city. leavenworth would be my choice. and the jury poll america as a whole.
How about at Alligator Alcatraz…
And it’s going to rain maybe, too.
If they were strapping Comey into the chair, you would be worrying about a power outage.
And if it was raining you’d troll and say it was just heavy fog. Here’s your Soma, extra for when yours runs out.
I hope the judge allows TV coverage of the trial.
Must-see TV.
As I recall, federal trials do not allow live tv coverage, except closed circuit in an on-site venue.
Perhaps a more appropriate venue would be GITMO, given they built all of those closed-circuit TV venues. I’ve always wondered about those and if/when they will be used.
Very astute, Sundance. Kash and Bondi are AFRAID of their underlings. TPUSA is NOT afraid of the demonic forces that killed Charlie.
Millions are being red pilled. The time is right for sunlight and courage. Maybe Erika Kirk and her pastor should pay a visit to K and B and explain it to them.
Aeschylus remarked that “In war, truth is the first casualty.”
It is only since Obama that increasing numbers of us have come to understand beyond denial that we are in a war, one with two faces.
The first is for our Republic, fought courageously by those who have willingly…courageously…dedicated themselves to making sure that truth and the facts which hold it upright are not consigned to the grave dug for them.
Sundance with great cost (real and potential) to himself leads on that front.
The second face which underlies the first is the longer and greater war, the one prosecuted by a force so evil that it wants not only our Republic as tribute but our souls, too. And that is something terrifying to contemplate and come to understand with all its implications for eternity.
Charlie understood this. And he put himself forward to awaken as many in generations which are following us as he could. In trying to silence him, this evil force has only made it louder and stronger.
So while Herodotus is right, and we all are feeling the overwhelming levels of infuriating frustration in “knowing so much” and having to sit impotently watching fearful actors such as Bondi and Patel…both who it seems are ill constituted with the same understanding of what is at stake in both wars…we can still use our most powerful weapon from where we sit.
I’ll start…by praying that the Lord our God stills their fear so that they will resolutely bring to justice all those like Comey who have allied themselves to evil, the true enemy of each one of us.
I’ve given two sterling examples of what courage looks like. Too few have it. Let’s all in our ever increasing numbers secure our Armour and pray for that 🙏🏻
Why wasn’t it brought forth in West Virginia?
The Constitution requires, and there are few exceptions, that we be tried in the State or District where we committed the crime.
Art 3 Section 2 para 3
Crime committed in multiple places. So notorious that fair trial can’t be held. Exceptions like that.
I am asking a similar question. I would have thought Senate Hearings would have been in D.C. Which has its own District Court.
Comey lied under oath while remotely testifying to congress during Covid. My guess is that’s why it’s VA. He lives in Arlington, VA I believe. Right where all the other criminals live. They like Arlington, Bethesda, and McClean.
Bethesda is in Maryland.
Yes I know. Those are the places the swamp creatures like to live. I wasn’t saying they are all VA.
“They like Arlington, Bethesda, and McClean.” Beach friends without the beach.
Defendant’s residence.
I realize this is not happening in DC (but might as well be. N. Va and Md are just as bad), but this is my #1 pet peeve. Crimes vs the United States.
DC is NOT the United States. These cases should be rotated out to various districts/circuits.
Except for local crimes, there is zero need for a DC Court system. Blow it up.
Comey’s Son-in-law resigned. I guess he wasnt able to prevent the indictment and family get togethers just werent going to be the same.
Awww, tough feces for the family!!
And Comey’s daughter was canned as an Assistant US Attorney in NY a few months ago.
Yeah, that was a bit of joy to see.
I thought this was the land of the free and the home of the brave
The GJ didn’t indict on count 1.
Amen. Thank you for the very logical summary SD.
“Here I am Lord, send me!”
Senate Judiciary Committee meets in Eastern District of Virginia?
I would have assumed they convened in DC. And that the charges should be in D.C Courts. Where of course TDS bias rules from the bench and in the jury box.
And I can’t imagine Senators willing to travel unless it is with cameras in row.
So please show me that this really took place in Virginia?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/09/new-biden-judge-assigned-comeys-criminal-case/
Maybe the defense will ask for a Change of Venue to DC claiming Comey can’t get a fair trial in Eastern Virginia? (sarc)
Distance from Washington, DC to Alexandria, VA
Distance 8 mi
Time 11 minutes
Gas Cost $1
My question as well. The jury pool at the Alexandria Courthouse is drawn from the northern counties of Virginia near DC. I’m assuming that Comey’s residence is within the Eastern District of Virginia. He’s going to get a jury
of his peers. But how is the US Attorney planning to prove venue for the crime in E.D. Virginia when the US Senate hearings where the false testimony was given were conducted at the Capitol in DC? Maybe it’s based on a pre-hearing deposition Comey gave in Alexandria? Don’t know. Hope is not an option.
If I recall correctly, it was during the covid insanity, and Comey appeared from his East Virginia home via Zoom.
Comey lied under oath while remotely testifying to congress during Covid. My guess is that’s why it’s VA. He lives in Arlington, VA I believe. Right where all the other criminals live. They like Arlington, Bethesda, and McClean.

Comey testified from home via video link.
Thanks everyone.
Comey was at home with his lying,
er,
Lying via videoconferencing from home.
I’m not going to hold my breath that justice will be served. I HOPE it will be, but I think the rot of evil embedded in the USA government is so deep, it would take 100 years of MAGA to eliminate 25% of the rot.
Again, not wanting to water on the Wheaties, I really do hope I’m wrong and the commie-pinko shadow regime starts tumbling down.
A very bright halogen (Halligan) light expose all of this! Along with an enormous Halligan bar to pry it all open!
Yes, I (we the people) have had enough!
Blondi and Pastel need to come out and say the baby is ugly.
The DOJ, FBI and CIA are corrupt.
They need to Say it! Stop pretending.
@Sundance,
What are your thoughts on Lindsey Halligan?
Show of hands, if told on this date last year that Trump would get elected and Comey would be indicted within a year, how many would’ve been ecstatic? Just like now, if we were assured the GOP would hold the House next year, we’d be happy about MAGA getting those two extra years for implementation. But when the good midterms happen, there will still be plenty of kvetching. Tough crowd.
Blackpilling is far from being as damaging to the mind as TDS.
But I don’t see it as healthy. Takes a lot of energy always to expect the worst. There’s another half to that old saying, about hoping for the best.
Most blackpill comments spend 95% on the first, and throw in a perfunctory “hope I’m wrong” at the end.
I therefore never quite trust the “hope I’m wrong” part.
And yes, wanting to be right is entirely human and we all feel it.
But being right is exceedingly important psychologically to some, no matter the downside of gloom.
It’s the hope part of the equation that comes from the Almighty.
Tough crowd, spot on, hrtshpdbox.
I believe what the Bible says, that words have creative power. If this crowd truly wants the justice that will defeat corruption, prayer will outperform statements about how difficult this will be. Group chants about how tough the enemy is are just fuel for evil. Instead, please pray for our God to bring justice and deliver our nation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Attention given! ☺️
” This count could open the door to public testimony by McCabe, Rice, Mook, Brennan and even Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton herself as to Comey’s knowledge; each was a first-hand witness. “
Does anyone recall the Democrats and the leftists attempts to catch President Trump in a ‘perjury trap’ during the Robert Mueller special investigation?
What goes around comes around.
I recognize that I have no control whatsoever over this process.
I also recognize that Almighty God has divine control over everything.
Heavenly Father, May Thy Will Be Done. I have faith that God will deliver His perfect justice in His perfect time.
That’s not “hopium.” That’s a “Firm Reliance on Divine Providence.”
One can never go wrong with relying on Divine Providence.
It is pleasing to God when we ask for His help.
Amen!
“That’s not “hopium.” That’s a “Firm Reliance on Divine Providence.”
May the Divine Assistance remain always with us.
May beauty slay the beast.
Reluctant to post but here is an interesting take… please opine.
Why did Russiagate, built on a dossier of contested quality, dominate U.S. politics for years without ever producing substantive charges? Was its weakness not the feature? [P]ersuasive enough abroad to suggest Trump was “Moscow’s man,” but too flimsy to yield convictions at home? Could this have served a strategic purpose, to convince Russia that Trump was their asset, slowing their movement toward Beijing’s orbit, while U.S. policy elsewhere tightened the noose?
If James Comey were truly being held to account, why does his indictment address only process crimes under a Biden-appointed judge? Why not the core of Russiagate? Does this not look like closure, not reckoning… a ritual designed to end the story rather than expose it?
Why does the system so often generate conflicts that feel existential yet resolve in ways that strengthen central power? Consider even OpenAI — born in conflict between Sam Altman and Trump-world figures, yet showered with access and contracts under the Trump administration. See recent Hoffman episode … think about the purpose of it from a state perspective … and yes I’m aware from personal contacts that there is a feud between Trump and Hoffman.

Can we at least have a perp walk and a mug shot…….im sure a 3am raid is out of the question.
Yes please! Former director FBI face on a mug shot!
Have a great day bjorkdream.
Pam Bondi cannot be relied upon. She has no depth and every time she opens her mouth what you hear is a soundbite or catch phrase. Patel has some depth but seems to be so in love with the “position” that he’s forgotten the previous 8 to 9 years. I’m hoping the next level in both organizations will make up for the deficiencies in the leaders.
I believe this happened because President Trump gave Bondi a colonoscupy, metaphorically speaking.
You’re probably right.
And I hope PDJT repeats the process weekly!
This happened because President Trump fired the attorney general who refused to prosecute claiming lack of evidence and put in one of his own lawyers.
Yet again the judge “randomly selected” is a dem appointee. Funny how it’s never a Trump appointee, eh?
Here’s the golden opportunity for the SSCI (SoS and former Senator Rubio) to come clean.
“How did you get your ‘Russian interference’ report so wrong?”
“Well, it’s clear we got bad information from a dishonest witness, someone whose testimony was afforded great weight turned out to be a dirty cop.” Sec Rubio has his chance to throw this flaming bag of dog mess back over the fence, discreetly into Mark Warner’s lap and…. walk away.
Call his office and make a polite suggestion?
Maybe I will. Of course I would start with an honest shower of praise for how well he’s doing in his new position.
Comey didn’t do all that on his own – he was under orders – BHO and HRC should not be exempted from prosecution for it was their operation to spy and lie about DJT and General Flynn as well.
And Peter Navarro was another one.
I don’t see Steve Bannon either.
19 is a low count.
+J6 victims
Hope springs eternal.
Just out of curiosity, I wonder who might have been appointed rather than Bondi and Patel, that would have actually dealt with this institutional corruption, rather than being fearful of it…..?????
I wish Matt G. had gotten through. He might have fizzled – but I can’t imagine his being a Bondi.
By the way, isn’t Andrew Bailey now there with Bondi to “help”?
This could be his work…
People often mistakenly believe that “I don’t remember” is a complete shield to perjury, but there are many cases where people have been convicted for exactly that, juries concluding and the law endorsing convictions where “I don’t remember” was an intentional lie.
That defense is used so much, that it’s sickening.
All part of the ‘run out the clock’ strategy.
Mueller and pResident *Biden have used it, but Comey is to smug and cocky to do it. But we know that nothing is beneath him.
So then, McCabe today?
One a Day would be a new brand of Winnamins!
And then Brennan at 4;59 PM today…Clapper Monday. Ok, I can wish.
I’ve got a strong question, that I think shows their intent and lies quite clear. In that same congressional hearing, where Comey lied, Lindsay Graham asked Comey, Yates, McCabe, and several others, “Had they known what they know today about the information being false that led to the signing of the FISA warrant, would they have signed off?”
EVERY SINGLE ONE said NO they would NOT have signed off.
Ok, so lets step back and look at that answer. They are admitting they know that PDJT is NOT a Russian Asset. Yet they continued to run around saying he is a threat to democracy and an evil person. WHY would they continue that if they KNOW he is innocent and a duly elected President of the People???
They can’t square that circle. It shows that they had bias towards him and were blinded by their hatred of him. Otherwise, it is their job in those positions to not allow a leaders political affiliation to affect how they handle their duties. THEY have proven their intent in bias by acknowledging the information about collusion was false. Yet none of them apologized, nor did they stop demonizing him…
I disagree that your question is all that strong. Stating that you would make a different decision then based on what you know now doesn’t show intent or lying unless what you knew then can be proven.
For example, I made poor decisions as a young man that I wouldn’t have made then had I known then what I know now. That isn’t proof of my intent back then, nor is it proof that I lied. It simply shows that I’m wiser now for the experience.
Yes, but in this case, they did know that all the ‘evidence’ was bogus, and many of those documents have been declassified.
If they eventually learned the evidence was fake, and PDJT was not a Russian asset, they should have apologized and tamped down their rhetoric. Yet it continues full steam ahead. That’s pretty damning evidence of bias.
The Dems are having a meltdown about this on x
how Trump is going after his opponents and
talking retribution abuse of power etc.. between
this and the Dem all tweeting about the shutdown
being the Repub fault one would think the Dems seem
awfully worried about things.
I miss Sylvia and her mentions of nightstands…
This would be the time for that…
What even is an indictment? 🤡
Ah yes, as predictable as ever, the left is now redefining “indictment”.
When they went after MAGA, an indictment was de facto evidence of guilt. The process is pure and immutable.
Now there isn’t any real evidence. You can indict a ham sandwich. This is malicious prosecution by a vindictive authoritarian regime.
Who’s shocked?
This one is no ham sandwich.
It’s filet mignon.
With the process doing the fileting.
James Comey’s son-in-law Troy Edwards has resigned from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia after the indictment of former FBI Director. He was Deputy Chief, National Security Section, EDVA.
He no longer wants to work in a place that indicts criminals.
A Bribem judge? what can go wrong?
Project positive thoughts in your prayers. Do not be discouraged or afraid of God’s will.
Consume feces and expire, Comey.
My guess is Democrats assume that Republicans are guilty of what they are doing and Republicans believe in innocent until proven guilty? JMO
On the ground, yes.
But doesn’t hold true for the politician crowd – the letter matters nothing to them.
Only MAGA has principles and honor.
“They refuse to acknowledge or assert the corruption within the institutions they lead. They are fraught with fear.”
Reading how some of our leaders are fraught with fear, I will leave these verses for us all —
Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I Am with you; Be not dismayed, for I Am your God.
I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
and
2 Kings 6:15-17
“When the servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. And the servant said, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”
Elisha said, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”
Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.”
So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around.”
That one verse has been a prayer map for me for some time, except that I amended it to, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us — and in positions of authority — are more than those who are with them.”
I realized after J6 that it didn’t matter that there were more of We The People, if we lacked people in authority to attack the corruption and change things. With the election of PT 47 and seeing many of the good people he has surrounded himself with speaking out at Charlie Kirk’s memorial for the Gospel and righteousness, I feel like those prayers are gradually being answered. Thank you, God.
There must be a mistake – I don’t see the indictment for TREASON.
I believe Martha Stewart (insider trading) was the last lib, dem jailed.
You have to wonder who she ticked off? Cause, ALL the others, for EVERY incident, have skated.
James Comey made a name for himself, by prosecuting Martha Stewart.
Had NO idea he prosecuted her. Thanks for the info.
They might have done it just to get their jollies.
He’s exactly right! I’m voting for him I don’t care that he’s getting divorced! Commercials are running against AG Paxton saying he’s getting divorced and can’t be trusted! I trust President Trump and AG Paxton! Cornyn is running commercials constantly that he votes with President Trump 99% of the time!! JMO
Here’s hoping the material witnesses squeal on each other. Norm Eisen is going to make out like a bandit. Ooops – I guess that’s redundant.
Slinging some legal feces onto Normie may make him ineligible to defend any of his fellow travelers.
It is odd that no reports of Comey’s home being searched have come forth. But the indictments were announced. It is said his home has a safe room in the basement, with a safe inside. Odds are good it contains evidence of other crimes, perhaps a certain handgun used in a homicide.
James Comey will now be in fear of his former friends. I hope he is being carefully watched, because his indictment is only useful if he remains above ground.
It is my understanding that a Biden appointed judge has been assigned to the Comey case. What are your thoughts on this?
Gee…. what were the odds? /sarc
Wow this is a powerful analysis. Thank you for outlining and describing the pretending out of fear going on at DOJ and FBI. Are they afraid of being murdered? What is the worst that can happen to them if they cut the gordian knot of pretending and open up their agencies to shine the light on the corruption? Are they afraid of massive walkouts? Are they afraid of bad publicity? If they have done nothing wrong, what is it they fear?
I would step up in defense of Bondi and Patel. They are Law Enforcement officers, and the Fifth Amendment exists to protect the “presumed innocent” defendant. They cannot(!) tell you what they are doing, unless and until a Grand Jury hands down an indictment such as this one.
As you can see from Page #1 of the document attached to this post, the Grand Jury did not reach a unanimous verdict on one count, and so this fact is “sealed.” So it goes.
The DC Attorney said it very well: “The difference between you and me is that I don’t tell you what I’m doing. When I have a case, I will be very loud.” And this is precisely what the Law says that she must do.
So, I disagree with Sundance that these officers “are afraid,” and that this is why “they aren’t doing anything.” They cannot tell you in advance. A huge case involving hundreds of investigators might be about to “drop” tomorrow, because the Grand Jury is meeting right now, and today they must wear a poker face.
A malicious prosecutor could destroy an actually-innocent person with the insinuation that they are about to be charged with a crime – without ever actually doing so (because the person is innocent). This is the reason why the Fifth Amendment specifies a Grand Jury, which meets and deliberates in secret. And prosecutors and other Law Enforcement officials must abide by that. Most especially the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI.
Coincidentally yesterday I was cleaning out my shred box and found a copy of the letter Emmet Flood sent to Barr in April 2019 in response to the final SCO report. It’s good to read the letter again as a reminder and summary of how horrific these crimes against the President and our republic were. Just one paragraph:
Government officials, with access to classified information …. engaged in a campaign of illegal leaks against the President. Many of those leaks were felonies…(and) misused intelligence for partisan political purposes…The criminal investigation began with a breach of confidentiality executed by a very senior administration official who was himself an intelligence service chief. This leak of confidential information, personally directed by the former Director of the FBI, triggered the creation of the SCO itself — precisely as he intended it to do.

I heard Talking Heads this morning commenting about Comey turning himself in?? I want nothing less than him getting the Roger Stone and Pete Navarro treatment. 5 am guns drawn Swat raid on his home with the CNN cameras rolling. His dirt bag ass put in leg irons and hand cuffs. It’s only fair…
March him out in his pink thong.
No, not the big beautiful bonanza we wanted……but, they got Capone on taxes not (it wasnt me) violent crime. Results were basically the same, we got him. Don’t discard the good for want of the perfect.
It’s easier to get him on something he actually did……not the FBLie did while he was in charge. Does anyone think there is any paper trail (paper or digital) anywhere in the world? Consider how much stuff was decided and literally discussed in the FBLie halls or courtyard, or park. No record whatsoever.
Smoke and mirrors, a kabuki theater thriller complete with a ticking clock disguised as the statute of limitations.
RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA! is political nonsense and is distracting us from the crimes that really matter – weaponizing the IC to illegally spy on PDJT47 and Americans.’
Where are those indictments?
And those are probably as easy to indict/try as catching lightning in a bottle or lassoing a cloud.
