Other than the broad announcement to around 600 to 800 U.S. Generals and flag officers from around the world, no one is exactly sure why Secretary Pete Hegseth has requested they come to the U.S for a meeting.
According to reports from CNN and various news outlets, Secretary of the War Department, Pete Hegseth has sent a notice for all of them to travel back to the U.S. for a meeting in Virginia at the War Department’s Quantico facility.
WASHINGTON – Hundreds of US generals and admirals around the globe have been called to Virginia for a meeting with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth next Tuesday, several US officials told CNN, though the reason for the meeting is unclear.
The meeting is expected to be held at the military installation in Quantico, Virginia, multiple officials said, adding that no one seems to know what the meeting is about, including the general and flag officers themselves, or why it was suddenly added to the calendar.
One source familiar said they’d heard theories ranging from a group physical fitness test, to receiving a briefing on the state of the Defense Department, to a mass firing of officers, but regardless of the reason the sudden convening of so many senior military officers is highly unusual.
“It’s being referred to as the general squid games,” one official quipped. (read more)

The Secretary of War does not ‘request’ flag officers to do anything. His word is a ‘command.’
If he hasn’t already done so this would be a good time to introduce Obama/Biden Flags to their replacements. As in the corporate world, take away all their Access and ID cards, give them 10 minutes to clear out their emails.
Revoke security clearances too, no contracting jobs.
Is it to administer the compulsory injections that they forced on the troops?
Our military is very top heavy. Time to cut many long-in-the-tooth to permanent retirement.
Especially, ID any and all who pushed the ranks to take the faux vaccines.
Oh, and make everyone weigh in ahead of the meeting!
Having the top brass of the military all in one place seems like a bad idea to me.
This course of action is not taken lightly.
I expect the security to be as tight as that around the President.

Speculating on firings, demotions, loyalty tests, reshuffling of commands is justified….or maybe we finally let them all know that the aliens are real and they have to be prepared for the invasion of earth…news like that has to be conveyed face to face…for security reasons…

Major media outlets in the US are now claiming it will merely be a big talk by Hegseth in maintaining “warrior ethos” and things like professional standards. It’s also being reported as one big “rally the troops” meeting. Apparently this somewhat unprecedented gathering is due to his “mounting impatience that the Pentagon hasn’t readily adopted the Trump administration’s directives on military culture, according to officials briefed on the plan.”
