The Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement has gained in ranks mostly due to the pragmatic messenger who cuts through party lines, Donald Trump; but also, because the political left went too far into the world of social crazy.
For several years, traditional moderates and Democrats have been turning away from the messaging of the leftist party now controlled by radical Marxists and publicly declared socialists. Almost everything they created as a point of advocacy made their following spiral into an ever-diminishing circle.
Democrats are the party of censorship, gleefully cheering as conservative voices were deplatformed, demonetized, targeted by the social media system operators who controlled the public square, targeted by an aligned government and mainstream media, and evidenced in their full-throated demands around the COVID-19 madness and vaccine protocols.
Democrats cheered as government collaborated with tech donors to diminish their opposition, while simultaneously they affirmed some of the evilest enterprises around DEI, toxic advocacy for transgender and LGBTQ+ ideology, the mutilation of children and far worse. Socially their policies became increasingly toxic and ridiculous.
As they descended this spiral, Democrats became increasingly dangerous – visibly so – and the outcome of their advocacy was not in alignment with anything resembling ‘domestic tranquility’. None of this is questioned by serious people who have watched the last 18 years unfold. The leftist ideology is abusive in the extreme.
As the left pushed further and further into their created system of social madness, violence and evil enterprise, they lost support and MAGA Republicans were beneficiaries.
Despite our lack of control over the power centers, the MAGA tent expanded as the party of the individual not the collective; the party of freedom, free speech and, well, functionally common sense. The toxic abusers held power, but culturally they were losing control. MAGA represented the rebellion, and the rebel ranks gained even while, and perhaps because, we were being abused.
Then a 22-year-old radical leftist, fully indoctrinated within the 18-years of social Marxist advancement, shot the Christian representation of the MAGA rebellion, Charlie Kirk, in the neck – killing him in front of millions.

Right now, within our body politic, in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s murder, there are two aspects that need to be reviewed: the cultural impact, and the politics of it all.
♦ Culturally the battle is in full swing. Those who have been abused by decades of toxic enterprise have been triggered to action by the killing of Charlie.
The toxic leftists who cheered the Marxist and abusive social constructs are being confronted. Their cheers in the aftermath of Charlies death are fueling a massive retribution from a righteously angered crowd.
The radical leftists are now being identified, isolated, ridiculed and marginalized. The Alinsky tactics of the abusers are being turned against them by the abused.
Thousands have lost their jobs; high profile leftists like Jimmy Kimmel have suffered righteous backlash. The toxic voices of the evildoers are now receiving consequences.
Evil killed Charlie, and Goodness is fighting back.
The American Christian culture has surged to the front of the battle lines, and has pierced the darkness. However, there’s a danger in our victory, and that brings the politics of it into the discussion.
♦ Politically, if there is one skillset the abusers have in their arsenal, that can be predicted to a certainty, it’s their ability to turn their abuse into victimhood once confronted. As righteous backlash continues surging, the abuser suddenly claims the mantle of ‘free speech.’
Do not underestimate the ability of Democrats to flip from abuser to proclaimed victim on the issue of ‘free speech’. The radical left, the Marxists, do not have the word hypocrite in their political dictionary; they are professional, narcissistic abusers.
The professional leftists dispatch their own history without a scintilla of reservation, if that’s the position they need to take in order to advance their agenda. They will not even entertain a request for review, as they shift into a strategic offensive. We are watching that unfold right now.
If MAGA is not careful, continued demands for the removal of leftist voices, will create a political outcome where Democrats will position as the party of tolerance and free speech. This is how they get out of the downward spiral they were in. This issue is partly how they will seek to regain their numerical position in advance of the 2026 midterms.
♦ The influence of Israel. Again, this is an issue that can not only divide the MAGA coalition, but it can play directly into the hands of the political UniParty. I believe Charlie Kirk well understood this dynamic.
There are legitimate criticisms for the government of Israel that are well founded and well deserved. However, blaming Israel for every evil enterprise taking place within the U.S. body politic is not a good idea.
A substantive issue is not whether influential Israeli donors will stop funding grassroots conservatives, ie. MAGA voices, and the issue is not that Israeli donors will suddenly start giving Democrats money, fueling their own demise; the issue I believe Charlie Kirk was trying to navigate, is that influential Israeli donors will start funding traditional Republican opposition.
When Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson and similarly aligned voices begin aggressively pushing anti-Israel positions, regardless of their merit, the outcome is traditional Republican elements like Bush, McConnell, Rove, start smiling.
Remember, it was not Democrats who benefitted most from the destruction of the Tea Party in 2012, it was the Mitch McConnell, John McCain, and the Lindsey Graham professional wing of the GOP who benefitted.
When the voices of Candace, Tucker and Nick Fuentes begin carving away a big chunk of attention within the MAGA tent, it is the Ron DeSantis wing of the Republican base who benefits numerically and financially.
If we don’t want to see the Nikki Haley, Jeb Bush, Tim Scott, Ron DeSantis and Ted Cruz elements reemerge in out-scaled influence, then don’t fuel their bank accounts. Amplifying anti-Jewish sentiments, Israel conspiracy theories, and various iterations of pushback against the aggressive Zionist movement, ends up with folks like Bill Ackman, Larry Ellison, David Ellison and Ken Griffin fueling an anti-MAGA option. The professionally Republican club would like this outcome.
The MAGA tent needs to be very careful, thinking carefully about who benefits when the colosseum crowd begins throwing stones. The first stone throwers, the seeders per se’, may have an entirely different agenda than the majority of the crowd.

Once that was in place (Patriot Act) they returned to creating racial discord via the first Black President who used his sycophant media and social media-amplified exaggerations of racism where none actually existed.
But instead of blacks, they used an increasing number of illegal immigrants to claim white racism was targeting all those immigrants because of racial differences.
Simultaneously they ramped up the homosexual and transgender communities’ demands for the public to abandon normal (Christian) morality and accept the Left’s perversions as “normal”. That was intended to further divide the society – the marxist’s objective. It mostly did, and American churches that tolerated such immoral behavior without admonishment soon found many of their congregations dwindling into non-existence.
Charlie Kirk’s organization stood as an increasingly popular bulwark among the younger generations – who have been the marxists’ PRIMARY TARGET for psychological indoctrination for several decades – and thus working to defeat the marxists’ goals. So those marxists radicalized the transgender community (the most emotionally and psychologically vulnerable for radicalization) to arm themselves and start using violence as a means to disrupt the Christian values-based societal order that had largely gotten this nation through its first 240 years.

It is concerning, but (hopefully) there is a big difference between the Tea Party era and now. More people quick to reply and call them out. I understand initially, RFK Jr wasn’t testifying at the HELP session. Just going to be his detractors (that lying woman among them). Seems 80,000 emails and phone calls in 24 hours to Sen Cassidy and others turned the tide. The big pharma was trying to isolate Kennedy and they lost. Hopefully, that quickness can continue.

We know Hollywood and their ilk hate the police/FBI/CSI etc., despise law enforcement generally, right?
Then why do they produce dozens of TV programs that typically show those very entities in a favorable light, grossly exaggerating their efficiency and effectiveness?

Remember when the left recently touted falling FBI crime rates? They hid the fact that this was due to the major crime areas like New York, Chicago, and L.A. no longer reporting their crime rates to the FBI, which then obviously lowered the national rate, even while crime has gotten much worse in those cities.
No doubt it is intended to give us a false sense of security, like some opiate for the masses to keep us placated and docile.

Here’s my 1.1%: It’s time to Name Names! Doxing definition “the action or process of searching for and publishing private or identifying information about a particular individual on the internet, typically with malicious intent”. Accentuating individuals who have already posted in the public sphere is not doxing, it is collating what already exists. No different than Libs of TikTok.
We are guaranteed “Freedom of Speech”, not freedom of consequence from said speech. I know to some this might seem like splitting hairs & find no difference in the two, and as you put it, the battle becomes whether we can differentiate the intent of what Liberals do & what is occurring now on the MAGA front. The key difference is that Liberals were utilizing government pressure to intimidate, de-platform, de-monetize & destroy others with opposing ideologies. MAGA is doing what they’re doing as a crowd-source initiative without government involvement. HUGE Difference!
We need to get WAYYYY better at defining the differences between the two in order to completely negate the similarities argument.
Very good advice. A few thoughts to add.
A lack details of events can and should be considered as appropriate to hold back certain things because it could influence juries or ongoing investigations. I know, many don’t like this, but sometimes patience is better.
Wisdom comes from experience and common sense. Some of you will remember the 80’s when the “far right” was overly influential in conservative politics and the TV evangelists were talking all the time, telling us what to do, and attacking the left. You also may remember the scandals and downfall of these people leading to a decline of conservative influence. We should not repeat that same mistake because the left will take it and turn it against us.
Asking questions may be one of the most important things we can do. Any good salesman knows this. You will never win an argument with a lefty by stating facts and statistics. If you ask good probing questions, especially with witnesses around, they buckle and hide.
An example of how questions work. At our state fair there were some Karens in front of the GOP booth and I was having a conversation about a phrase on her T-shirt concerning immigration, when she said “we need immigrants to do all the dirty work Americans won’t”. My response was a question “so you really want slaves for white people? Isn’t that racist?”.
She ended the conversation without answering and ran to her support Karens. Another great example was in the exchange between Byron Donalds and Jasmine Crockett when Byron asked “do I look like a Nazi?”
This is a VERY fine line to walk. You absolutely make cogent valid points , especially regarding prudence and its application in real world politics. These should be heeded, but let us not pendulum-swing and call out every legit criticism of the Israeli Goverments

Was glad Candice Owens wasn’t asked to speak at Charlie’s memorial. She has become mentally unstable and doesn’t represent MAGA. What comes out of her mouth is unpredictable and could cause more harm.
I just don’t trust the FBI yet. I haven’t seen anything that would persuade me there aren’t political operators controlling the narrative on this shooter. It’s possible, this one time, they are telling the truth and withholding explanations that would answer questions some of us have. From the video of the shooter getting off the roof, where is the rifle? A lot of people seem to think there wasn’t enough time to break it down and even if broken down, it wouldn’t fit in the back pack. The messages from Tyler Robinson to his “love”, seem very staged. Someone suggested it was written by AI where the prompt to write a message between people in their 20’s (ages) was misinterpreted to language from the 1920’s. Seems reasonable. Also looks like the messages are intended to put blame entirely on Tyler Robinson with no one else involved, not even the lover. There are other questions that seem legit to ask. I don’t know Tyler Robinson was the shooter, or simply the guy who agreed to take the fall.
Also odd that Bibi has repeatedly said he didn’t have anything to do with it, before anyone suggested he did. Now, maybe that is intended to be misdirection and divide people. IDK. But is very odd.
Tyler Robinson’s own father was so convinced his son was the shooter that he turned him in. Why are you harder to convince than the father?

Outstanding piece, outstanding and much-needed (including by yours truly) advice about going forward. I want that feeling of the shock Charlie Kirk’s staying fresh, but I shouldn’t act irrationally (which I, being a hothead, have been known to do. This is a great strategic gameplan.

Just don’t get it. We have had damaging riots where people have lost their lives, their homes, their businesses and nothing compares to what is going on over a young man shooting a beloved activist. Why blame Isreal? He wasn’t one and definitely not a spy from there. Why all the hatred when Charlie Kirk was never for it. Honor him as a special person with real feeling for everyone and a love of life. Don’t dishonor him with hatred.
The scapegoat was yet again Yisrael. Whenever anything went wrong in the world it became usual to attribute it to Yisrael. In fact many of the claims begin to sound completely ridiculous to the objective mind. Excellent cautionary advice. Acting like Democrats in cancelling others, even if it is only using their words against them, now that it is actually working we should temper our enthusiasm running ourselves over a cliff. Kirk’s approach was not to denigrate others through their words but to respectfully use those words to help them see why they were viewing the world incorrectly.
Kirk applied a soft touch, never a hammer. He gave the individual respect, not their words which he showed misperceived his own views.
It’s all been charades to me. An investigation here, another hearing there, followed by a strongly worded letter. I have seen no substance as of yet. The law has been raped blind and yet not one arrest and conviction worth a damn. Smoke and mirrors coupled with a very short term memory of the American citizen is all I’ve seen. Color me a cynic, it’s what I’ve been given.
