FBI Director Kash Patel appears on Fox News this morning to outline more details and evidence in the investigation of Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, and his transgender roommate Lance Twiggs.
Director Patel also outlined his personal importance to the investigation outcomes and how his involvement was key to solving the identity of the suspect. Patel notes how he is “quarterbacking” the investigation. WATCH:

Strangely missing in the interview about the Kirk investigation is any talk of ballistics and recovery of the bullet.
We kind of need that to connect the bullet to the rifle but I’ve seen nothing on that important part. Need this to eliminate the patsy angle. The dearth of news on ballistics points to an unknown shooter and a larger conspiracy.
Usually the first thing they do match the bullet to the gun. Unless it does not match or taking time to make it match. Don’t trust the FBI or CIA ever.

I can see that happening if the lab tech supports (or is) LGBTQ.
In the 37 years hubby was a police officer/investigator, not one time did he run to a camera and mic to breathlessly list the evidence and forensics collected by that point in an investigation. Nor did he ever offer speculation that could not be backed up with at least circumstantial evidence. Doing that guarantees a tainted case with poor prosecution. It does not automatically point towards the larger conspiracy you keep thinly-veiled hinting at.
Crime scene analysts (real ones not tv types that have dna analysis ready by suppertime, lol) may have not found the spent round yet. A rifle round would have most certainly gone through and through lodging in something somewhere behind Mr. Kirk’s body. How far it travelled would depend on the velocity power of the ammo.
There have been reports today that DNA from the shooter in custody was found on the screwdriver and on the towel found with the gun.
As for the bullet, and where it may be, nothing yet. There was a report with pictures showing UVU employees tearing up the grass around where he was sitting, with the reporting suggesting they wanted to restore the site.
If the crime scene has been released to UVU staff, investigators have whatever they need.

Kash claims they “combed” the crime scene, so where is the bullet that killed Charlie Kirk? Where is the ballistics analysis confirming that THIS is the weapon used to fire the fatal shot? Fingerprints and DNA on a towel, and other areas at the crime scene mean nothing.
I heard the alleged assassin has pleaded not guilty and it’s beginning to look and sound to me as though they don’t actually have a real case against him.

But it sure does sound more than plausible and answers a lot of the questions that the official story emerging fails to do, has contradictions in. Robinson is being criminally charged and prosecuted under the laws of the State of Utah.
What that means is that the FBI is not the lead investigating agency. Technically, it’s only assisting state law-enforcement.
Robinson should be prosecuted under Title 18, U.S. Code 2332b. It covers terrorism and in particular assassinations with the intent to intimidate civilians, and coerce government policy through violence.

I was wondering why the pictures I am seeing in the video were not the same as what I remember seeing earlier so I went back and looked.
On Sept 11 at 12:42 Clivus Multrum posted three pictures. The top two were the ones in the video but they were small. The close-up one where you can see the face good is not the same person as the smaller pictures.
I don’t know who was playing loose with the pictures but the fact the other person had on the same shirt and was wearing shades makes for some interesting questions.
