I have only listened to the first 20 minutes of that, and so far it is reinforcing some of my impressions.
Noting the similarities between Lee Harvey Oswald, Thomas Crooks, and Tyler Robinson, I want to ask if anyone has solid evidence that Crooks ever got off any shots at all that day in Butler, PA. I think there was never any real evidence given, yet he is constantly referred to as the shooter.
If there were bullets from a second source, as acoustic analysis indicated, did Crooks fire at all?
I say this because Oswald was tested and there was no indication that he had recently fired a rifle. We know that there were multiple shooters in the JFK assassination. Perhaps the same is true of Crooks, and Robinson.
We still don’t know the angle of the round that killed Charlie Kirk. It seemed to come from Charlie’s right, not the frontal direction that Robinson was stationed at.
Just because a person confesses to a crime does not mean he committed that crime. Now I could be wrong, I have a really good track record of being wrong, I just don’t want to jump to the conclusion that Robinson is the shooter, or even a shooter.
There is no proof of anything on the part of Crooks.
Found an interesting video posted by Matt Walsh and retwatted by notacatlady888 showing a guy removing a peculiar looking ‘camera’ from just under the canopy behind where Charlie was sitting. He acted suspicious and removed the device before the police got there and taped everything off.
Someone else commented that a ‘woman’ next to the old boomer-guy in the blue shirt in the audience that was detained/arrested, had an odd looking ‘camera’, too.

Typically on a First Appearance the judge will enter a “Not Guilty” as a matter of course. The state doesn’t know what charges it will be ending up with. Evidence is still being processed. The Defense has not had time to review evidence.

Lastly, he claimed that the FBI caught the killer within in 36 hours of the crime. In actuality, it was only because family members turned him in.
If Director Patel was tweeting messages from the restaurant, that shows a lack of care that should not have happened.

Robinson’s father saw photos of the suspect and immediately knew it was his son. Kash was insistent that the photos be released. He was faced with insubordination from the Utah field office of the FBI. It was the photo that initiated the other factors in the eventual arrest. Why deny this?

Legally I don’t think he can be charged with conspiracy or as an accomplice unless he took some action in furtherance of the plot. Sounds strange, but it’s not a crime to have foreknowledge of a crime and not report it. Any lawyers feel free to correct if I’m wrong.
There may be a civil case where he could be sued.
His family already said Twiggs (the tran live-in BF) was the “black sheep of the family.” Unsure what they mean by that but it’s not good. If a person can be found guilty for encouraging a person to commit suicide (2017 Carter case), then this tran Twiggs individual should be charged eventually for creating the environment and encouragement that led to this cold-blooded murder in the name of the trans movement. Twiggs is most likely a master manipulater who convinced Robinson to do the murder, since he had the weapons experience. Twiggs did not have the experience, nor did most in the trans community, although it’s being encouraged in their community (since they’ve already killed Chistrian children). It is Twiggs who identifies as trans in all aspects of his social media/discord/etc. By the accounts so far, Robinson 1) did not identify publicly as trans, 2) did not identify as trans on any social media accts, & 3) was quiet, shy and unassuming. Therefore, it is Twiggs influence that likely manipulated his behavior into committing this crime for him and his community. I think with the shooting of children and public figures, the allowance of drag queen story hour is now finished. By encouraging violence and shooting children, they are no longer allowed to be near children in this way in public forums. Also, the use of tran pronouns is now finished. Using them mangles the English language and encourages confusion in our very language (using “they” improperly inhibits proper grammar and makes learning the language difficult for youth and newcomers to the language, like migrants).
Remember that Pritzker came out early with a comment and his family, along with a branch of the Gettys (Nat) bankroll a lot of this insanity. If it’s fine in their households, live and let live, but if they put hundreds of millions into forcing their POV on others and youth and then unfairly and inequitably get to force it on others via codification in law that their money allows them inequitable access to, it is wrong. They need some serious self-examination. With great power comes great responsibility and they have failed miserably.

Despite the real-time updates that he was in critical condition I suspect he was dead almost instantly. In one video you can see him reflexively try to raise his hands to the wound and he barely he gets the above his waist before they drop. We’re talking fractions of a second.
There may have been resuscitation attempts at the hospital but given the severity of wound I doubt there is very little for the hospital staff to report because there was very little to be done.
