Something odd is going on with this. Catherine Herridge reports that she “exclusively” gained a copy of the FBI files on Michael Flynn from FBI Director Kash Patel [SEE HERE]. Herridge uploaded the documents while she began reporting on them via Twitter [SEE HERE] then, mysteriously deleted her upload [SEE HERE].
Fortunately, I kept the tab open, because there are two pages that really caught my eye. The pages are labeled the “Flynn Timeline” and were created by someone in the FBI. Check these pages closely, and you can find things quite remarkable.
First, I have always suspected the greatest likelihood of who leaked the transcript of then National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s December ’16 phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Kislyak to David Ignatius at the Washington Post was Mary McCord. Well, check out January 6, 2017:
01/06/17: “McCabe provides McCord [REDACTED]” Likely, almost certainly, the thing being discussed with DNI Clapper on 01/03/17. That would be the “Flynn Cuts,” which is the transcript of the phone call between Flynn and Kislyak.
The next entry is:
01/13/07: “Ignatius editorial” – Washington Post, David Ignatius – the reporter who received the leak of the Flynn transcript. A massive national security breach. The leaking of TSCI classified information, the Flynn transcript.
McCabe gives the transcript to McCord. Suddenly, Ignatius writes about the transcript. The Washington Post’s David Ignatius was the first to report on the Flynn/Kislyak call on January 12, 2017.
Stuff about Clapper calling Comey then going to the FBI I previously wrote about. Obama asked Clapper who was leaking all this stuff to the media. 01/03/17 Clapper calls Comey and asks him about the Flynn call. “Director describes” transcript to Clapper. 01/03/17, Clapper goes to FBI to retrieve transcript, which he then takes back to Obama.
The next page is even more interesting.
After the FBI interview with Flynn, 1/24/17, Sally Yates and Mary McCord go to the White House to discuss the Flynn/Kislyak call with White House Counsel Don McGhan (WHC).
Then on 01/30/17: “Play Flynn [REDACTED] for DOJ.” Is that redaction a recording?

for one this was an “unauthorized release”, a leak. So it would not necessarily be possible for the publisher (Herridge) to have a redacted copy.
secondly, by publishing the document exactly as is, preserves the authenticity…like you don’t want to remove prints…becomes a falsifiable document…alter it in any way not only introduces the perception of playing fast and loose but a reader would say…how did they know what to redact? who approved it, and how was it done.
so in a sense, this first leak, unauthorized doesn’t create a terrible liability for Herridge….maintaining the black outs preserves the security of the thing. as well, in this state, few would object or question authenticity.
now I have a few theories about why it was quickly deleted from public viewing.
there is the theory that Sundance has, which is probably the right one. it’s a limited selling point to build tension. like a trailer of a movie. you show just enough of the action parts to get interest. and then you move along a strategic release of information that you may have already collected. basically you are maximizing the publicity angle, and that of course is important for ego, status, and yes, advertisers. nothing like a long winded scandal to keep you hanging through long winded pharma and reserve mortgage commercials…no?
but there is another possibility. DOJ might have indicated to herridge to take it down because it threatens an open investigation. That is possible. Under the current administration, there have been some doubts about what is exactly going on and why the apparent lack of indictments and grand jury pools. Well, that may or may not be the case. One thing I have noticed is that this administration when it acts, it is quite obvious there has been some big time planning to make that happen. So they have been rather good about keeping secrets under lid until they are ready to move.

My suspicion has been that US deep state asked Kislyak to call Flynn and gave him a word track/specific questions that would trap him. Kislyak knew he also was being played, and declined to ask any damning questions. The cabal thought they knew the contents of the call before they bothered listening to the recording.

For Attorney-Client privilege, in this situation, the US government is the client, and the attorneys are the US government attorneys. The privilege can be waived (by the US government/Atty General. In addition, there should be no ‘privilege’ if the government attorneys are being prosecuted.

Certain aspects of this Administration have become severely frustrating to watch.
The redeeming factors have been Dir. Gabbard and Sec. Kennedy and their commitment to the Mission we were sold on as MAGA/MAHA.

Whoever created the document that Herrige got, made it on a computer, at a specific place and time, and with a sprcific CPU, and it was ptinted on a specific printer.
The wordprocessor used contains metadata about it’s manufacture, version and license.
The computer used has specific data about the time the document was made and what computer produced it.
Likewise, the printer has unique identifiers embedded in the document, which are part of the printed document.
All of those identifiers are the metadata, not the contenct of the document, but the identifiers of where and when it came to be. Those parameters are all metadata.
Metadata is what the NSA collects on all of us.
So, identify the metadata, find the printer, find the compiter, find the program, see who used it at that particular and unique place and time, and you have the person who wrote it. That person had to have a login and logout on a particular computer, and had to have a signin and signout at the location where the computer and printer were.
It’s the same thing they do on the Queen Latifa show, and the FBI and NCIS geeks to catch the bad guys, but they do make it seem easier than it actually is.
To find out these things, the DOGE mechanism and AI are very helpful because those types of data mining are so efficient. It’s an easier process now, but still difficult and tedious.

This is not a comment specifically on Herridge but one that applies to many media people who claim to be a reliable source of information for patriotic Americans. Why do we hear them saying really foolish things mixed up with some accurate reports? Jesse Waters recently suggested someone should blow up the new pipeline that will be built from Russia to China like the Nordstream was. This is really foolish and irresponsible for a newperson to insert these kind of comments. I am really pleased I stopped listening to Fox in 2016. We need a counterweight to the big media companies but do not have one. Fortunately a number of journalsts have set up online independent news sources but one needs to be very discerning and test what one hears.

The Comey notes are not necessarily new. Some of those came out when the Flynn / Brady evidence was released. Those are probably the notes we’ve already seen. But what is juicy is whether there are more that were hidden from the public.
Whether they’ll be successful or not (or even try) is another matter. But the information and the URL name suggest they’re building the timeline for the criminal conspiracy. And, wisely, they’re using the Flynn debacle.
The Flynn debacle revealed a couple of things:
the illegal spying (unmasking)
the insurance policy (came later)
They also have the matter of the Mueller/Weissman conspiracy to withhold exculpatory information from Mike Flynn. Which, again, goes to conspiracy against rights, and perjury, by the Special Counsel’s office in Emmet Sullivan’s courtroom. (And I think Judge Rudy Contreras who mysteriously recused)
Although Flynn was an idiot, his entire case illustrates how the conspiracy was executed, who was involved, and the primary TTP’s they used throughout. Orchestrated leaks, illegal spying, withholding of evidence, perjury by various lawyers, the phony Carter Page FISA, etc. Those are all part of the Flynn story arc.
There’s ABSOLUTELY a recording of Flynn. That’s what the transcript is based off. The question is, was that transcript doctored, and do they have the original voice recording? Or did the cabal delete the original recording to cover their tracks?
I’ve been saying this for a while now. The Flynn debacle is the roadmap for the coup d’etat. It rolls up every major player, and every major player at some point committed perjury, obstruction, or conspiracy against rights in their attempt to frame Flynn and – by extension – trap PDJT in the Russia hoax.

“A failed state, a terrorist haven, four dead Americans – this is the Hillary Clinton record in Libya we know about.
But new evidence — and a review of the public record — reveals that Hillary Clinton’s actions in Libya were not just disastrous policy, but a violation of U.S. anti-terrorism law.
A recent report to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British House of Commons concluded that Western intervention in Libya was based on “inaccurate intelligence” and “erroneous assumptions.” Advocates failed to recognize that “the threat to civilians was overstated and that the rebels included a significant Islamist element,” and the failure to plan for a post-Qaddafi Libya led to the “growth of ISIL” in North Africa.
However, “inaccurate intelligence” doesn’t fully describe the whole story. A closer examination of the run-up to the Libya debacle on September 11, 2012 leads to the irrefutable conclusion that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knowingly armed radical Islamist terrorists in Libya.
False pretenses
The American public was told that the intervention in Libya was necessary to prevent a humanitarian crisis. But just as Hillary Clinton would describe the attack on our Benghazi diplomats as a spontaneous protest over a video, the military intervention that led inexorably to the debacle in Benghazi was sold on false pretenses: to prevent an imminent massacre of civilians engaged in a pro-democracy uprising.
Hillary Clinton described the 2011 Arab Spring rebellion in eastern Libya as a spontaneous pro-democracy uprising, but the Libyan connection to radical Islamic extremist groups was well known long before 2011.
The region where the rebellion began was a fervid recruiting ground for jihadis who killed American forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The leaders of the “civilian uprising” that Hillary Clinton supported were members of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) who had pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda. They refused to take orders from non-Islamist commanders and assassinated the then leader of the rebel army, Abdel Fattah Younes.
The LIFG had been jailed under Qaddafi until hundreds of their members were released through a de-radicalization program. That program was spearheaded by an exiled Muslim Brotherhood affiliated Libyan cleric based in Qatar named Ali al-Sallabi. The jihadis pledged they would never use violence against Gaddafi again.
But nearly as soon as the LIFG was released they took up arms against the Qaddafi regime.
Just as there was ample evidence that Hillary’s “pro-democracy protestors” were radical Islamists, there was no truth to the assertion a civilian massacre was imminent.
Libyan doctors told United Nations investigators that, of the more than 200 corpses in Tripoli’s morgues following fighting in late February 2011, only two were female. This indicates Qaddafi’s forces targeted male combatants and did not indiscriminately attack civilians. Nor had Qaddafi forces attacked civilians after retaking towns from the rebels in early February 2011.
While Muammar Qaddafi had a 40-year record of appalling human rights violations, his abuses did not include large-scale attacks on Libyan civilians. We restored full diplomatic relations with Qaddafi in 2007 and he was a key partner in counter-terrorism efforts.
LIFG and affiliated jihadis received at least 18 shipments of arms from Qatar with the blessing of the U.S., the Wall Street Journal reports. The arms shipments were funneled through none other than Ali al-Sallabi, the Qatar cleric who brokered their release from prison.
The Islamists were able to pay for the weapons because Clinton had convinced Obama to grant full diplomatic recognition to the rebels, against the advice of State Department lawyers and the Secretary of Defense.
As the Washington Post reported, this move “allowed the Libyans access to billions of dollars from Qaddafi’s frozen accounts.”
These arms shipments are significant for several reasons. It led to the indictment of American arms dealer Marc Turi who was charged with selling weapons to Islamist militants in Libya through Qatar. The charges were dropped this week after Turi threatened to reveal emails showing Clinton had approved the sales.
Here’s where it gets very sticky for Secretary Clinton. The rebel leaders were on the State Department’s Foreign Terrorist Organization list. It is a direct violation of the law to provide material support for terrorist organizations under 18 U.S. Code 2339A & 2339B. Penalties for providing or attempting to provide material support to terrorism include imprisonment from 15 years to life.
Nor is the Qatar connection insignificant. Qatar has donated anywhere from $1 to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, and emails reveal members of the Qatari royal family were privileged with back channel meetings with Secretary Clinton at the State Department. While whipping up support for the Libya military campaign, Clinton told Arab leaders, “it’s important to me personally,” the Washington Post reported.
Hillary Clinton’s prosecution of foreign policy in Libya crossed several lines: she showed extremely bad judgment by ignoring military and intelligence officials, she let personal interests conflict with U.S. foreign policy and, most importantly, she may have broken the law — again.
Any one of these transgressions should disqualify her from holding any kind of leadership role in our government, let alone president of the United States. The last one qualifies Hillary Clinton for government housing, though not in the White House.”

Yes, he endured financial ruin fighting that case and his son was threatened with prosecution too. When the Trump DOJ dropped his case, the Judge reacted by refusing to accept that action and then tried to continue the prosecution himself. Was all that just an act? Flynn, when heading the DIA, improved the process of timely distribution of intelligence to battlefield commanders, reducing the opportunities for outside interference. That action was not appreciated by the Obama White House.

So they were the source and the method was leaking a national security document — a felony unless I miss my guess. So McCord leaked a classified document to Ignatius/Washington Post to undermine a new administration. If this can be proved in a court, does that mean McCord is in legal jeapordy?
