FBI Director Kash Patel sends John Solomon a declassified whistleblower report, showing how a prior House Intelligence Committee staffer blew the whistle on then HPSCI ranking member Adam Schiff, who was giving the staff instructions to leak fabricated intelligence reports on Trump-Russia to smear President Donald Trump in 2017 and 2018.
According to the release {SEE HERE}, the FBI eventually received and investigated the whistleblower claims; then in 2023, sent the information to the Merrick Garland/Lisa Monaco DOJ, who took no action because the claim was now beyond the statute of limitations.
Read those dates carefully, because what this report from Kash Patel and John Solomon actually outlines is something we have all been very frustrated with.
As Solomon now notes, … “The alleged leaks fall outside the statute of limitations for prosecution on most legal theories, but the revelations nevertheless come at a sensitive time for Schiff“.. At the time of the Whistleblower report, the information to the FBI and DOJ would have been evidence that could have prosecuted Adam Schiff. However, now the information is limited to just providing I-told-you-so’s.
There are a couple of really frustrating aspects to this, and the pattern is transparently obvious.
The FBI and DOJ from 2017 to 2023, under both Donald Trump and Joe Biden’s administration, played the silo game of control of evidence. They did nothing with the evidence until the statute of limitations had tolled, which then provides Main Justice with the justification for doing nothing.
In 2025, understanding the public is insanely frustrated with the lack of accountability, the pretending game is now deployed by the FBI under Kash Patel, through John Solomon, to the broadcast venue of Sean Hannity. At the end of this clickbait circle-jerk is nothing. Again, no accountability, but a bunch of controlled information operatives saying, “Well, let’s see what the DOJ does with this now.”
A pox on all their houses.
There is no doubt in my mind this is a clear example of why the DC system uses special counsels (Mueller, Durham, et al) purposefully to create “ongoing investigations” as capture nets for information/evidence control.
“It’s under investigation, and we don’t speak about ongoing investigations.”
In real time, from 2019 to 2020, I was providing this type of evidence from within the silo system to John Durham and Bill Aldenberg who were designated information managers.
In my naiveté’, as I initially opened these doors, I thought some form of accountability would be possible, because the evidence was direct, irrefutable and without denial. However, once Aldenberg and Durham clearly said they could only act on evidence they ‘discovered’ themselves, and they could not act on evidence provided by “others” because that would make the “evidence political,” I quickly realized this was all going to amount to nothing.
Now, we are looking in hindsight at evidence from inside the system, provided to these investigators by participants inside the system, yet they also did nothing with it at the time it held value.
So, here’s the basic construct of how the DC game is played.
Evidence delivered from outside DC cannot be used by those who are charged with investigating corruption within DC. Evidence delivered from inside DC, goes into the system of “ongoing investigations” (special counsels) until its usefulness is exhausted by the clock-ticking. If the risk of accountability remains, the special counsels are extended until that accountability clock has expired.
Once the accountability clock has expired, if another party comes along (Kash) and releases that evidence (Solomon), the value only exists insofar as it generates clickbait income (Just News), column inches and punditry talking points (Sean Hannity) for the DC proletariat.
The Patel’s, Bondi’s, Solomon’s and Hannity’s then play this game of pretend. Packaging the corruption evidence as accountability hopium and selling it to the addicted battered conservatives.
Insert vote. Pull lever. Get hopium pellet.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
Who is continuing to buy this game?
In any fair review of this bullshit conducted under the cap of critical thinking, every FBI agent and special prosecutor becomes part of the ongoing criminal conspiracy to destroy a presidency and halts any forward movement of the statute of limitations that may be in force. Our laws were not conceived to defeat the very purpose for which they were designed. Anyone who allows it is an enabler and party to the crime itself.
There is nothing new under the sun.
Man is corrupt. The present is a lie. History is also a lie.
We aren’t the most advanced civ. We devolve more and more every generation. Becoming more enslaved.

Waiting for this corrupt system to rectify itself will lead to despair. Medical, Science, education, government, religion, etc are aligned with evil intent.
Stand for something and you won’t fall for their schemes.
Trump is real. If peoole awaken and unite in virtues and morals we would have a chance. But, I dont see that happening.

That takes giving up most things. People want to keep theirs. What they dont realize is those things they try to keep are the levers of control used over them. But what you try to keep will slip between your fingers and they will take it from you. Divesting of their poisoned assets and systems removes their power of stealing from you.
If all people walked out today of any one thing because virtues and morals were more important the evil would fail. Example all workers stopped working then AI couldn’t learn and the businesses would fail.
But the masses are divided. Everyone wants to keep theirs. And they have seen what people will do during covid. The majority will comply to keep their $, status & power. Virtues & morals are no more. So long as people can keep their vices while evil reigns, society continues on while they continue to enslave us.

I’m voting for option 2 and as a long time trader in the options market, I’ve learned that options are never certain especially at times of high volatility of which we now definitely find ourselves. At this point anything is possible no matter what the past portends. If I could buy a call option on option 2 above at a good price that does not expire for 9 months I’d buy 10 this morning as soon as the option market opens…

Fight fire with fire. Make the process the punishment. File the conspiracy charges in Florida. Take the risk that a judge will dismiss the charges before a trial can begin. Take the risk that a jury will deliver a not guilty verdict. Just do it.

I’m glad to see the corruption further exposed. So what if someone on our side benefits monetarily from it? It’s further truth that needs revealed. It’s past time for We The People (esp. The whole statute of limitations needs to be redone, when it comes to corruption in the spy agencies. The correct number is 100 years.
It is my understanding that statutes of limitations are established by legislative bodies within each jurisdiction.
I am sure this is a top priority for congress.
It should last well into the next administration. No more immunity for crimes committed at the start of an administration.
Statute of limitations should not be invoked due to official nonfeasance.
I believe the rationale for statue of limitations is that over time, evidence becomes less reliable. That certainly the case when the bulk of the evidence of a crime is in the form of direct testimony, but not so much for hard documents including video tapes.
There is no Statute of Limitations for Treason.
Thanks, Dick. We need to remember that they can run out the time limit only for those crimes for which a statute of limitation exists. Crimes against the people, treason, have no time limit.
I also like the part where the process is the punishment, which the GOP is learning to apply to the Democrats, who taught them well so often. For us common people, I would like them to fix the part where the process is the punishment, for these politicos, it is just desserts.

John Solomon said on Warroom yesterday afternoon that the law extends the statute of limitations for some forms of classified leaking to ten years from five. But Solomon did not go into any details about how this extension might be specifically applied to Adam Schiff’s 2017-2018 leaking of classified information, which was reported to the FBI at the time by a whistleblower on his staff. What Solomon did say yesterday is that it is up to Pam Bondi to decide how to apply the extension — assuming she decides to apply it at all.

The answer may be in the works. IF Bondi is willing to classify the whole thing as a conspiracy, there is no shortage of evidence that many were and continue to be involved. Why not go for the gusto? And move fast. We need true perp walks. THAT would be Trump’s greatest accomplishment!
So your preference is NOT to have the evidence discovered and made public if the statute of limitations prevents prosecution? Even if incarceration for the guilty isn’t in the cards, you cannot justify keeping the evidence hidden.
I think that is a misreading of the article. The article is suggesting evidence discovered, made public, and acted upon. Personally I think “cannot prosecute due to statute of limitations” is a poor excuse regardless. Even if no punishment is available the value of proving and documenting is worth the money and the effort.
Sundance’s frustration is with the lack of prosecution not the revelations. I and many of us join him in that.
The main thing to get from this is that Schiff is criminal. He got off on the luck of the pardon and the stallling on the justice dept. That is a democrat thing.
Our hope is that this helps Dem politicians become truthful when they they have been lying non-stop for 10 years due to TDS.
I do not think we should attribute the chronic lying of the Democrats (or anyone) primarily due to TDS. It is first and foremost an attribute that indicates lack of character. While the Democrats have displayed this quality so publicly for the last decade, the Republicans known as RINOS also possess this character trait, albeit they may more cleverly hide their nature.
The HPSCI and SSCI both need to be remade. Full resignations or removals and reappointments.

OK! I don’t doubt the scheme described, but I have two questions: a] What does the author think Patel should have done with the information? b] Where are the author’s suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future?
If the Deep State is going to play this game, then President Trump needs to declare the criminals they are covering for by these means to be Outlaw, by promising a pardon to anyone who takes action to punish Swalwell, Schiff, etc. for their crimes. Maybe then the unaccountable, unelected elites will realize they need to start enforcing rather than suppressing the law before they wind up at the mercy of the citizenry they have for so long oppressed.
POTUS Trump is in charge. Bondi, Patel and the rest answer to him. If Wiles is running interference in these matters, we can not know. But, given POTUS Trump and Bondi in a joint press conference at a large table, denying the import of the Epstein files, I can not blame the lack of accountability wholly on the deep state. The prior administration may have so polluted the files with fake evidence as to make prosecution inaccessible. They may have also deleted much of the evidence leaving gaping holes impossible to navigate for effective prosecution. Trump may have decided to use the evidence for his own control over political outcomes. There is stuff going on that we do not have all the information on; and in many cases can not deduce in full what is playing out behind the scenes. This is where trusting God and his provision of DJT as POTUS comes in. This time Trump is choosing the rabbit holes he will follow.
