FBI Director Kash Patel sends John Solomon a declassified whistleblower report, showing how a prior House Intelligence Committee staffer blew the whistle on then HPSCI ranking member Adam Schiff, who was giving the staff instructions to leak fabricated intelligence reports on Trump-Russia to smear President Donald Trump in 2017 and 2018.
According to the release {SEE HERE}, the FBI eventually received and investigated the whistleblower claims; then in 2023, sent the information to the Merrick Garland/Lisa Monaco DOJ, who took no action because the claim was now beyond the statute of limitations.
Read those dates carefully, because what this report from Kash Patel and John Solomon actually outlines is something we have all been very frustrated with.
As Solomon now notes, … “The alleged leaks fall outside the statute of limitations for prosecution on most legal theories, but the revelations nevertheless come at a sensitive time for Schiff“.. At the time of the Whistleblower report, the information to the FBI and DOJ would have been evidence that could have prosecuted Adam Schiff. However, now the information is limited to just providing I-told-you-so’s.
There are a couple of really frustrating aspects to this, and the pattern is transparently obvious.
The FBI and DOJ from 2017 to 2023, under both Donald Trump and Joe Biden’s administration, played the silo game of control of evidence. They did nothing with the evidence until the statute of limitations had tolled, which then provides Main Justice with the justification for doing nothing.
In 2025, understanding the public is insanely frustrated with the lack of accountability, the pretending game is now deployed by the FBI under Kash Patel, through John Solomon, to the broadcast venue of Sean Hannity. At the end of this clickbait circle-jerk is nothing. Again, no accountability, but a bunch of controlled information operatives saying, “Well, let’s see what the DOJ does with this now.”
A pox on all their houses.
There is no doubt in my mind this is a clear example of why the DC system uses special counsels (Mueller, Durham, et al) purposefully to create “ongoing investigations” as capture nets for information/evidence control.
“It’s under investigation, and we don’t speak about ongoing investigations.”
In real time, from 2019 to 2020, I was providing this type of evidence from within the silo system to John Durham and Bill Aldenberg who were designated information managers.
In my naiveté’, as I initially opened these doors, I thought some form of accountability would be possible, because the evidence was direct, irrefutable and without denial. However, once Aldenberg and Durham clearly said they could only act on evidence they ‘discovered’ themselves, and they could not act on evidence provided by “others” because that would make the “evidence political,” I quickly realized this was all going to amount to nothing.
Now, we are looking in hindsight at evidence from inside the system, provided to these investigators by participants inside the system, yet they also did nothing with it at the time it held value.
So, here’s the basic construct of how the DC game is played.
Evidence delivered from outside DC cannot be used by those who are charged with investigating corruption within DC. Evidence delivered from inside DC, goes into the system of “ongoing investigations” (special counsels) until its usefulness is exhausted by the clock-ticking. If the risk of accountability remains, the special counsels are extended until that accountability clock has expired.
Once the accountability clock has expired, if another party comes along (Kash) and releases that evidence (Solomon), the value only exists insofar as it generates clickbait income (Just News), column inches and punditry talking points (Sean Hannity) for the DC proletariat.
The Patel’s, Bondi’s, Solomon’s and Hannity’s then play this game of pretend. Packaging the corruption evidence as accountability hopium and selling it to the addicted battered conservatives.
Insert vote. Pull lever. Get hopium pellet.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
Who is continuing to buy this game?

I’m not buying into the artfully staged play acting being performed for an impatient audience who know full well who the guilty parties are and the roles they have played to hoodwink the American electorate.
We only get the information and evidence of guilt when
nothing can be done to bring the perpetrators to justice. It’s supposed to make us feel better to at least know the truth is finally revealed.
Guess what? It doesn’t make us feel better. It makes us angry that we’ve been beaten down and cheated while the guilty are still running their evil destruction of the American dream.
To me at least, it’s like pulling back the carpet and seeing the cockroaches scurrying for cover and not being equipped to exterminate them.
They’ll hide in inaccessible crevasses and reemerge to pollute and corrupt everything they come in contact with.
We need to fumigate DC.
This is clearly sedition day statute. Is the a time limit on that?
They don’t have to run and hide. They know nothing can/will be done to them.
Maybe they do want to hide. We have one very powerful weapon, the Vote.
If enough people see them for what they are there will come a reckoning. It’s not the same as trial and conviction but it will send a strong message.
We have Lindsey Graham here. I support Mark Lynch in the primary even though for some unfathomable reason, President Trump has endorsed Graham and he’s running his campaign on it.
Thanks and congrats , SD. You’ve made the continuing argument that everything being done by President Trump his team is “all for show” and “click bait” with the goal of demoralizing your MAGA followers. You strike me as a bitter know it all who enjoys trolling those people who put their trust in you and this site. Honestly, I think what you’re doing is shameful and pathetic. My money is on President Trump, not you.
I hope everyone here takes a look at Sundance’s recent posts on X and makes up their own mind on this.
You are missing the point entirely. He is saying nothing negative about Trump. Maybe try reading the article again and go back to some prior posts. Otherwise enjoy your hopium.
😮😳😱🤯
I pointed out on X SD’s clickbaiting also. He blocked me.
Sundance doesn’t need to play the clickbait game.
You are pretending not to know things. Right here. Right now.
SD has been exposing all of this for years and years. He even presented evidence to Durham.
It was purposefully ignored.
Do you have some sort of information that Patel/Bongino, and Blondi, are actually going to arrest and prosecute these criminals in DC:
Over Covid?
J6?
The 2020 Election?
Russia Russia Russia gate?
Epstein?
And a host of other politicization activities and cover ups?
Listening to whistleblowers and acting on things that have not run out the clock?
Do you have any evidence at all, that anything is going to be done, period?
Because if you dont, then I suggest you apologize. Because where a lot of us sit, the people PDJT hired to clean up DC, aint doin Jack.
Sure they fired some of the bad actors, but only a few, when there are hundreds, if not thousands of leftists, still employed in the Dep of Jokes, and FIB….that should be shown the door, clearances yanked, and investigated. But yet, nothing…..Hmm? Any explanation for all that or? Just hammering on SD, who is the master truth and facts teller…..
You big mad because SD is just pointing it out?
That isnt shameful, nor pathetic. The truth and the facts, dont care about your feelings. Its in your face. These revelations do not infer SD doesnt like PDJT, nor does it infer any of us dislike him, or the job he is doing on other matters.
You just made that up, on feelings. Your feelings are irrelevant. Understand that.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😉
“Do you have any evidence at all, that anything is going to be done, period?”
I have trust in President Trump, both his team and his intentions. I have followed SD closely for many years. I suggest you read his posts today on X. He is distainful of any of us who place trust in President Trump in these indictments. Go ahead, read his posts (which are far harsher than what he posts here) and decide for yourself. Tell me why I’m wrong. I wish you, and SD, the best. I hope I’m wrong.
So, you indeed, have no proof.
Just trust. And a tab of hopium.
The facts are the facts. The Swamp protects itself, ad nauseum.
PDJT cannot force anyone to arrest anyone. Nor prosecute anyone.
You know it doesnt work that way.
There are many questions surrounding the lack of perp walks, knowing what we know, and what is out here in the public sphere, at this point.
Sheer treason and seditious activities are without question, only a few of the obvious crimes committed, and the evidence is there, to arrest, prosecute, and convict, many, many people. But yet….squat.
I would surmise, and again, this is only my opinion, that PDJT’s hands are tied. He cannot get anyone who will actually drain the damn Swamp, confirmed. The Swamp knows it, which is why Gaetz and anyone like him were sidelined.
The crew he hired aint doin jack. and I stick to my story and opinion. We will see who is right, and who isnt.
Hammering on SD, and accusing him of what you did is uncalled for. Dont you think that perhaps, he is frustrated and fed up with the BS? Like a lot of people are?
Reserve judgment, until you see perp walks. And if that does happen, great, and you have no need to apologize.
Ill bet a case of suds, that nothing happens, to anyone, about anything. This is how DC is wired, and you know it. And when that happens, like a good man with a sense of honor, will you apologize then? And show your honor?
PDJT is not the ultimate gaurantor, of Justice. As I said, it doesnt work that way, and you know it.
My posts on Twitter are often excerpts from here.
It’s the same, only Twitter is a hot mess, so add a dose of snark.
Yep. I read your X post.
Same inference. Only on X, you can push the boundaries. And be a smart arse all day long.
I agree with you. I also know, your post does not infer you dislike PDJT. We know you understand how his hands are tied. Blondi and the other 2 at FIB were only confirmed, because they wouldnt do jack squat. Just pass the buck, feed a bale of hopium, and carry on. ( Like Barr and the other circus clowns…)
Seems some peoples reading comprehension is below average, by the Tree House’s standards.
I feel like you are just fed up with the BS, and are frustrated, as many people are.
I reckon I got that part right , sir.
Well, let’s just all give up then, and call it a day. Why continue to waste your time?
MUCH OF IT has to do with the Statute of Limitations. The prior Administrations ran out the clock… intentionally. Trump and his team CAN’T DO ANYTHING when a crime is no longer punishable because the statute of limitations, the Law, PREVENTS prosecution.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?) this doesn’t prevent retributions outside of the boundaries of decent behavior. But almost no one has been personally wronged by these deviants, meaning the personal motivation (such as what was experienced in French Algeria in the late 1950s) isn’t there to carry out what rough justice is deserved.
It’s only the American constitutional system–an abstraction–that suffers a blow when justice for the clearly guilty isn’t delivered within the legitimate fashion we all seek.
Thus someone goes to jail for mortgage fraud, instead of treas on.
Where’s a deranged person with an assault rifle” when you need him? 😆
Not proud of this thought, but I would enjoy some vigilante revenge. A parking garage, a dim stairwell, someone checking their mailbox … and a stranger shows up. “Tap! Tap!” from a suppressed pistol.
Justice served.
Yes, unfortunately going to jail for mortgage fraud does nothing to restore a government we were once brainwashed into believing ever existed.
I respectfully disagree with the sum and substance of your comment, particularly the tone.
What I have gathered from Sundance, whom I and most here hold in high esteem, is not to put blame on President Trump for the statute of limitations running out the clock. He only took office six months ago. Timing is everything in this case.
Revelations of wrongdoing are valuable to those who seek the truth. Justice is a desired outcome but we have to abide by some laws that are sticky wickets. What we know will help us to avoid the same mistakes down the road. We know how the game is played and by whom. Forewarned is forearmed.
I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate Sundance and President Trump.
They are warriors doing battle for all of us.
100 per cent, correct.
I appreciate SD as well and the Treepers who post here on a nightly basis. I respectfully withdraw from this debate. People can make up their own minds and I acknowledge that I could be wrong.
I thought about it, I apologize. My comments were disloyal and I regret them. SD is just sick of the BS and I understand that. Yeah I guess I do have “hopium” that President Trump will surprise us by making the bad guys pay for what they’ve done. Will leave it at that.
Silly to consider yourself “ disloyal” if your opinion isn’t in line with others.
It’s called thinking for yourself, something not enough people do.
You deserve your own thoughts.
I agree. I meant only that I get it, people are frustrated and pissed off, and there’s a lot of venting on these boards. What I was trying to say is really that I (we) need to appreciate that SD is just human like the rest of us. He’s been analyzing and commenting on this disgusting and disheartening DC corruption for many years and we’ve all benefited from his work. He’s earned the right to vent however he chooses to. I’m “loyal” to SD and this website because it’s one of the few places left where you get the truth. But yeah, I’ve got the “hopium” that President Trump and his team suprise people and deliver justice that’s been long over due.
“….. not to put blame on President Trump for the statute of limitations running out the clock. He only took office six months ago. “
Fine, but by that logic it is unfair to throw the blame on Kash Patel or any other members of the current Trump administration. Or John Solomon or Sean Hannity for that matter.
The GOP controlled House from 2017-18, and the GOP controlled Senate from 2017-20, had the opportunity and the obligation to investigate this scandal. And they declined to do so. But that is not on Bondi or Patel or Bondgino or other members of the present Trump team.
Sundance and President Trump are not the same.
one gives me hope and happiness.for the future.
the other gives me doom and despair.
Agree. And I would add that sometimes Sundance will throw cold water on something I am hopeful about and I almost feel like our friend Specter here. But Sundance plots out the evidence meticulously. Even when part of me disagrees, the other part of me KNOWS he has a point and that really I’m just hoping it will suddenly be different this time.
Sundance highlights patterns and repetitions so when we see them happen, we can predict (suspect) where something’s headed next, and of course we might have our fingers crossed it will be different. If it is — GREAT! But Sundance isn’t laying all this out so we’ll all be morose … he’s laying it out so we will be savvier which makes us better citizens — and here’s what’s most important — so we can better *endure* even with disappointment after disappointment, because callouses build strength and that’s what needed.
There’s a reason The Establishment loves to skewer MAGA with disappointment and betrayal, to rub our face in it. Disappointment, and thwarted righteous fury, is defeating. Did we think winning the election would bring vindication among our enemies? If anything, it had to be thrown in our faces even harder that we can fight for truth but even when we win, we still lose. And if we don’t expect that — we will shrink and wither. It’s a long march. If we can’t endure, we lose.
We need a deeper meaning of hope. That’s my takeaway from the hard realities Sundance lays out.
Sundance hasn’t said this but (at the risk of alienating some who might be with me so far) — I extend that philosophy even to Trump. I don’t know that there’s any person alive I’d put absolute trust in …. which is not at all to detract from Trump’s towering courage and unique wisdom. I trust God. I pray for Trump. I support Trump. He has my eternal gratitude for his sacrifices. Even if he stumbles or fails us in some way — even a betrayal — nothing changes. Trump is not my source of hope. It may sound like a contradiction: Just as the moment calls us to trust Trump, it also calls us to hold a reserve, a readiness that even if he fails us he has not failed us, in that what THIS is — call it an unshakeable pact — it’s bigger than a person, even if that person is singular, as Trump is. What we’re talking about here is this walk we’re taking together, to endure in hope and allegiance to the truth.
That’s what I take from Sundance. It’s why I found this place nine years ago when I was “new here” and have been walking alongside folks here ever since.
Did you even read the article? If yes, you did not comprehend it.
Target acquired.
Lol @ you coming to Sundance’s house and talking smack. As if…
Bless your heart, new guy.
What else could Kash Patel conceivably do with this information, at this point?
Prosecute and arrest Schiff anyway, even though it is way past the statute of limitations?
As far as I can tell, exposing and embarrassing Schiff by releasing it is about all that can be done. To Schiff.
Maybe something could be done to Barr and others that covered it up during Trump’s first term.
cash is sipping pricey cocktails with schiffhead on your dime as i type
there’s not going to be any prosecutions by these bad actors, ever
prosecutions will only come when the people determine the cost of rising against the system is less than not rising
until then, kick back and enjoy the show that never ends, we’re so glad you can attend, come inside, come inside…
noone in dc is coming to our rescue
absolutely noone
To Convair’s point–just how exactly does Patel find an aged report that is clearly past the statute and then prosecute without facing a motion to dismiss owing to the running of the statute? Accuse Patel him of being a drinking buddy of Schiff if that makes you fell better but the time has lapsed and , sorry, that’s the law. Schiff will most likely get prosecuted on the mortgage fraud and that will be venued in a Maryland district outisde of DC.
im not too certain you’re picking up on what Sundance is laying down and what ive been posting here for quite some time
NOONE OF IMPORT WILL BE ARRESTED OR SPEND A SINGLE DAY IN THE HOOSEGAW
NOONE
pardon the yelling, but it seems this is not sinking in with waaaay too many folks
Yes I know. And Marco would be a flop and during Covid all the stores in the US would totally run out of food— and there would be no medicine and no heat — and the death rate from Covid shots would be 75% in 5 years.
Look, this is the best site in the US and Sundance is unmatched— but he is not infallible. My point is crimes have to be prosecuted under the rules of criminal procedure no matter how frustrated folks are. The Lord is just and in His time the hammer will come down.
LOL! Don’t forget the homemade soap.
Exactly! I am so tired of these “click-baits”, I could scream! My opinion, if nothing can be done, don’t waste our time printing it!
“embarrassing Schiff”
You cannot shame, the shameless.
The worm doesn’t have any dignity.
Send the FBI to Schiff’s office and get him on record lying now. Statute of limitations on prior criminal activity are basically tolled.
Embarrass Schiff? Never happen. The man has no soul.
Why can’t Schifforbraind still be charged under the ongoing conspiracy which was still going with the MAL raid? That ridiculous fbi raid of PDTs personal residence in Florida should extend the statute of limitations. Who knows, even if he gets bounced from the conspiracy charge, maybe the stress of having to defend his criminality might be enough to cause him to vapor lock. Win win regardless of the DC silo run out the clock game.
Similar to my thinking.
I thought members were protected by what is said in the House/Senate chambers.
Not anywhere else.
He is clearly advising people to commit an illegal act.
To me that is participation in, and furtherance of a conspiracy. (I am not a lawyer).
Schiff: “congenital liar”
Swawell: genital liar
Hillary Clinton: genuine liar
Genie: white liar
On what day do we read “US Attorney Jeanine Piorro to PERSONALLY indict Adam Schiff.”.
Adam Schiff indicted in DC courts?!
The judges there will end up holding Jeanine in contempt. No kidding!
Why DC? His crime of mortgage fraud pertained to the state of Maryland. Not that a jury there would be that much better than DC.
I’m out on this crew
If these folks don’t want to bring justice tbey run the risk of vigilante justice, I’m not advocating for that , but that’s what will happen in time. Too many are aware now and more see the mess that had been heaped on us citizens
There is a list, just saying….
You mean the guy who said last year he’s got the list of all the criminals. Deep state maurader guy?
another hopium dead end in that regard
I love the way you inserted a disclaimer.
I will blame President Trump if there are no arrests because HE is the one who has the power to hire or fire people DOJ/FBI to make sure there is accountablity. It all stops with President Trump.
“At the end of this clickbait circle-jerk is nothing. Again, no accountability, but a bunch of controlled information operatives saying, “Well, let’s see what the DOJ does with this now.””
Well, given that the stature of limitations deadline has passed, then circle-jerks and clickbaits aside, what would you suggest that the current DOJ do about it now?
J
I’m fairly certain that paragraphs 5 & 6 explained it to me just fine.
I reread paragraphs 5 and 6.
The “pox on all their houses” seemed to include Kash Patel.
I don’t understand why.
Maybe the thrust of my question was too vague.
Given that the information is coming out now, 8 months into a new administration, with new people in charge of the DOJ, then what do we expect them to be doing with this old information that they could not have done while not in office, so much so that we can declare “a pox on all their houses”?
I’m a firm believer that the two-tiered justice system is one of the most glaring examples of the demise of our republic, and it’s evident that justice, with regard to the rich and well-connected, hardly exists. But calling a pox on people for not doing what they cannot doesn’t seem very productive.
But if you show a weakness in a person’s public character in one area, you just might make it easier to snare him in another area, so that the self-righteous denials fall on deaf ears. Well, fewer, at least…
J
Thanks, Jonrilus.
I thought the conspiracy charge creates no SOL because its the same conspiracy that is still going on. Hard case to make I’m sure but that’s how I’m hearing it being sold
All news appears to be conflicting news. Random “ones” and “zeros” colliding.
I thought that even Tho’ the charges are stale as they stand alone, they could be added to the criminal conspiracy thus they would come back to life. Like they did with Trump to make 34 felonies in NY. There is no doubt that Adam “shiv” was part of a criminal conspiracy. between the leaking and the lying under oath this POS should be held accountable. His buddy who dated the CCP spy should be at the same defendants table. Both are a disgrace to America. Both are failed lawyers who could not survive without the government graft and lack of accountability. They would both starve to death if they had to try cases in court and try to work as real lawyers.
Lee Smith said the same thing on news max tonight.
Our government institutions lost me a long long time ago. It’s still very said that so many huge swamp rats swim and roam freely. Patel sure played a good game before getting the job.
This is exactly why the Republican party prefers to be in the minority and not have power within the government. They then have no accountability in holding other government officials accountable. They campaign on the hopium and fund raise on the outrage.
Prime example of not wanting power is Abbott who can gain control of not only 5 seats but 10 possible…..why isn’t he doing it with a vengeance?
I sense this is prep for yet more words of admonition from them that “It’s time to turn the page on all of this!” I don’t don’t about you, but I have few pages left to turn. What then?
MAGA better up their “game” for 2028.
No accountability means any means necessary is the way forward
It’s now not only acceptable but necessary, “just politics” folks.
The candidacy and office of the President of the United States is just another game and just like all sports the clock runs out of time and one side wins.
So let’s update our playbook with some real deceptive plays.
‘ bout what I figured,,,,and the beat goes on,,, Trump has done a lot of good,,, however,, the whole thing is rigged
Veteran DOJ attorney Bill Shipley – aka @ShipwreckedCrew – delves into a possible treasure chest here today.
“We haven’t even started to learn all there is to know about Adam Schiff and the scope of the criminal conspiracy he was a part of with regard to undermining the 2016 candidacy of Pres. Trump, the first term in Office of President Trump, and the efforts to prevent him from running/winning a second term in 2024.
*** There will be a need shortly — if not in already — for daily “welfare checks” on Adam Schiff. *** …
“…what was released on Monday afternoon were four FBI Form 302s of interviews with a “Whistleblower” (WB)…
“So, among the initial questions that I’d be seeking answers to based on the release of these five documents would be:
“1. What was the factual predicate for opening this case?
“2. The first 302 is dated Aug. 2, 2017 — how long before that interview was the case file opened? What, if anything, was done between the Opening EC and this interview?
“3. Is the same case file number on every document — or is there more than one case file? If so, why?
“4. How many serialized documents are there in the case file(s)? What work was done between the Opening EC and the Closing EC?
“5. Are the other 302s that reflect interviews with anyone other than the original “whistleblower”?
“6. Was a Pros Memo ever prepared for transmittal to DOJ to seek prosecution of Schiff or anyone else?
“7. What is the date on the Closing EC? What justification was given for closing the file?…”
I don’t subscribe to his full blog, but it sounds like there is another traunch of information to be discovered.
Earlier today on FOX News:
Rick Crawford, Chairman of House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said Adam Schiff was going to become Hillary Clinton’s CIA Director …
If I follow pieces of the construct you are building – there is statute of limitations…and there is willful obstruction.
“Fraudulent Concealment”
Crawford said Schiff “had hopes” to become CIA Director under Hillary …
_____
Adam Schiff’s tendency to be ‘more loquacious than he should have been’ was openly known, says Rep Rick Crawford
Rep. Rick Crawford, R-Ark., condemns former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s actions on ‘America Reports.’

NEW: Democrat HPSCI informant told the FBI in 2017: “If Hillary were to win the election, Schiff would be offered the position of director of the CIA. [But] things changed after the election. Classified information began leaking to the media to topple the [Trump] administration.”
i smell a 5-year investigation coming up!
lol
Bill Shipley sells hopium
Yep and yes
He’s an experienced former DOJ attorney w expert specific (Federal) legal knowledge. He knows the legal hoops, ramifications, terminology, etc.
He’ll say “x won’t fly, here’s why” or “this avenue may work”.
He’s also an effective communicator. The politics? Ugh. Trump’s choice of Bondi still troubling.
Eyes wide open, expectations low. President Trump’s comeback still historically unprecedented.
“Trump’s choice of Bondi still troubling”
Bondi is the very best Trump get past the Senate confirmation requirement of the Constitution. And she barely made it, only because just enough of the RINO Senators were sweet talked and cajoled into it.
If Trump had attempted to push through someone truly MAGA, they wouldn’t have gotten but around 35 Senate Republicans to vote to confirm….and that’s dubious.
I get so tired of Trump being dribbed on here by the Monday morning quarterbacks over “his picks”!
He doesn’t get to pick who he wants. The Constitution gives the Senate the ability to block him.
They are going to wrap “the crimes” under an ongoing conspiracy theory. That should sell clicks until a court says no and by them they will have another topic to trigger clicks.
Multiple times, @POTUS has appeared to leak sensitive information. Declassification is one thing; incompetence is another. This must stop.
Schiff and his staff had devised an elaborate system for leaking classified information.
That is the very definition of a conspiracy.
So even if the Russia-collusion-hoax leaks against Trump are more than five years old and beyond the statute of limitations for prosecution, the conspiracy itself remains prosecutable so long as someone took steps to further it, which is almost certainly the case.
Perhaps even more damning is that the FBI/DOJ knew about this elaborate leak operation and let it slide simply because it targeted Trump.
That part must be pursued just as aggressively as the Schiff side of the case.
The big problem here is not the SOL – as your post points out, a conspiracy may still be prosecutable – but this case will take place in DC courts, which means it would be dead on arrival.
18 U.S.C. § 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights):
18 U.S.C. § 242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law)
In essence, it targets officials (two or more) who abuse their authority to violate someone’s constitutional rights.
_____
The objective is to include Adam Schiff with Maralago raid to a conspiracy to violate the law and have “judicial province” in the Southern District of Florida.
Donald J Trump has had a constitutional right to desire to become and hold the office of President of the United States …
Some argue MAL opens up Florida as a venue.
Wow, in America you can commit just about any crime and then just cover it up for five years and you are free as a bird. What a ridiculous system. In Australia we have a statute of limitations, but only for civil cases. Crimes are always crimes and always punishable. So someone mishandling and deliberately leaking classified material only has to keep their nose clean for five years to get away with it.
But, a whistleblower reported the alleged criminal behaviour in a timely manner. Why did it take 6 years to get investigated? Sounds like a conspiracy to cover up the crime. And that conspiracy was active until two years ago. How about the FBI investigate and charge everyone involved in the conspiracy to slow walk this and run out the statute of limitations clock?
And in the process of that investigation the FBI might want to question Schiff to ask if he deliberately leaked the documents? who he leaked them through? and who he leaked them to? Now if Schiff was smart he would plead the 5th, and just look as guilty as sin. But Schiff is a self righteous, pompous and arrogant man who might just deny the charges under investigation opening himself up to criminal liability for lying to an FBI investigation. Wasn’t that what they jailed Papadopoulos for?
Murder doesn’t have a statute of limitations in the US. Ditto for some other serious crimes too.
Fair enough, but Five Years is plain stupid. Or planned as an escape route😉
Cheers!
The ones passing the laws are the ones breaking the laws, hence a safety net must be passed also.
If this lack of accountability continues the midterms could be ugly for our side , indict politicians for what Doge has found at a minimum or don’t ask why the midterms didn’t go our way.
If you are building a case of an ongoing seditious conspiracy involving at least a hundred people it has significance.
🎵
welcome back my friends, to the show that never ends
we’re so glad you can attend
come inside, come inside
🎵
LOL. That pic of Kash still looks like he’s facing a firing squad. 😂🤣
Not me.
The statute of limitations game only gets you so far. In this case, we have over acts extending into 2023-2024 including continued public statements by Schiff.
It’s a conspiracy since other aides are implicated. And Schiff’s actions were clearly and obviously coordinated. Remember, the Ukraine whistleblower? That scam was orchestrated by Schiff, as well, in furtherance of the conspiracy to overthrow PDJT.
While I agree that they’re going to hide behind the SoL to avoid action, there’s no legal reason they cannot pursue this as a conspiracy to overthrow the US Government.
A conspiracy that is alive and well, today. We know this because the conspirators keep going on TV to deny the conspiracy, cover it up, and otherwise lie to the public about their crimes.
If these clowns thought the blowback over Epstein was bad, they ain’t seen nothin’ if they don’t collect about 2-dozen scalps for the Dept of Corrections to house.
https://www.justice.gov/archives/jm/criminal-resource-manual-652-statute-limitations-conspiracy
Same string along game with every aspect of government. Budgets, oil gas independence, common sense regulation, common sense deregulation.
Just like there is always an on or off ramp from a legal perspective, depending on the judge and who is in front of them.
Anyone who manipulates or suppresses evidence to run out clock’s, should have a “what did they know, and when did the know it”, gross and criminal malfeasance clause kick in. With some serious books and time thrown at them.
Sooner or later, everyone at DoJ and the FBI are going to realize that this cluster of the same faces, creating crime, after crime, after crime.
Is exactly what 18USC Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Statute was specifically designed to prevent.
Leaking Classified Information, removing, possessing transporting the same, used to be an instant death sentence, for one’s political career. Put Pencil Neck, into the same Case File as Comey, McCabe, the apparently illusive Brennan, they’ve all played a part, in the Treason against our presidency. Though their exposure changes, they’re all either Bosses, Capo’s or Soldiers of the same Crime Family.
Charge them as such!
What senate committees is Schiff on? His actions should disqualify him from all committees. Make it happen Senator Thune.
Thune hates us.
he allows senators to commit crimes and then pick the US Attorneys for their own state.
Free Stealing Spree
Schiff is on the Judiciary Committee.
the senate should expel the gnad.
Adam Schiff is low hanging “fruit” however, it’s a win for us.
Thus morning Bannon discussed this with Jim Rickards (who among other things is an attorney and also ran CIA Game Theory sessions). Re Schiff, Rickards made the case that statute of limitations should not be an issue. Bannon also reflected on how Paulie Ryan and Trey Gowdy turned a blind eye to Schiff’s machinations after they sidelined Nunez.
Military Tribunals are the ONLY way to deal with all of this.
Come on, Sundance. You can do it. Where’s that sunny, bright smile you used to flash of encouragement to us. You know, the one of “live your best life” we used to see on the screen during those darkest days of the last four years. Remember? When we all thought we were facing the rounding up and marched to those concentration camps by the courts that gave us J6?
Come on, scout. Lift yourself up, brush yourself off. Let’s hear one more, “CURRAHEE!!”
Fight! Fight! Fight!
He’s sick of the hypocrisy and corrupt culture that permeates DC, the Media, our major universities and our political and financial institutions …all of it a pile of crap. I criticized him today feeling pissed off that he’s just a human being like the rest of us, that he dared to express his doubts that any of this will lead to convictions and real accountability. His years of work and the content of this site is a testament to his very meaningful contributions to the fight. All of us feel frustrated that the bad guys will get away with it. It sucks.
Did I say Sundance? Oh, so I did.
I meant that for me to refer to from time to time.
It does seem like there are a lot of whistleblowers right now
I just watched this whistleblower talk about her proof/evidence. It is about Fani Willis, Bill Barr, Eric Adams, and others getting paid in gold bars by Turkey and Qatar.
Now I see why Eric Adams got a pass. Fani and Billy are in trouble.
This is getting live!!

Getting out of an abusive relationship isn’t going to be easy
Shiff is a member of the Judiciary Committee. He can and should be kicked off it. The crimes can still be proven for this alone. There must be some kind of punishment available.
Didn’t we learn this from Sundance… back in the day?
So, is Solomon just blowing “hopium” smoke when he says there is a ten year statute off limitations if Schifty Schiff KNOWINGLY distributed classified material, which he clearly did!
(I do realize that this would actually require Blondi to file REAL charges, which we all know she is not going to do unless there is EXTREME pressure on her directly from DJT…so not holding my breath on this playing out like it should – with Adam in an orange jumpsuit and most of the former DOJ/FiB leadership in the cell next to him!)
Timing —
Foreign plays must be stymied before the domestic house can be cleaned.
Schiff is a traitor. Mossad agent. That makes it trickier.
Russia Ukraine.
Israel Gaza
Cartels
Then we can get to the
$7.8 million. Via Blackrock, Soros (family by marriage), & Franklin Templeton.
No S of L on treason.
BTW, do you really think he wasn’t sending every bit of useful classified info back channels to Mossad? Or that he has stopped?
C’mon folks.
Everybody owned our government except us.
Schiff does seem to the be the weakest link. Up to now I’ve always thought Comey would be the easiest to flip and provide evidence against the rest of the conspirators. Now I suspect it’s Schiff. As the CINC says, let’s see what happens.

The most galling and disgusting part is that this “Exposure” means ZERO and will have ZERO impact on the livelihood and future of those who are exposed …. in fact people like Schhiff will still be treated as hero for his actions … and be elected again to higher office and made a committee chair or ranking member.
Anything short of arrest, prosecution and hopefully convictions MEANS Zero … because there will be ZERO action outside legal action that will be conducted to hold them accountable.
The majority of the general public has become so apathetic and glass addicted that so long as nothing physical happens to them … it’s all just noise and not even interesting noise at that .. the stuff shown on the i-phone glass says so.
Also, it is impossible to shame the shameless, especially if that shame has zero meaning to the general public who are SUPPOSED to be concerned.
Not really. This illegal release of classified evidence can be prosecuted under the Espionage Act, where the statute of limitations does not run out until 2027. You’ll recall they were trying to go after Trump via the Espionage Act not so long ago.
Now, we’re still stuck with the problem of trying to prosecute crooked swamp creatures in the crooked swamp which is DC, in front of crooked judges and crooked juries. But simply as a legal matter these crimes could still be prosecuted.
Depends if any classified information was actually released.
The operative term of stuff seen so far is “fabricated materials were released”. That is not espionage.
“Classified” does not mean the same thing as ‘accurate” or “truthful”. A great deal of classified information is classified precisely because it is not truthful. The leaking of classified materials can be prosecuted under espionage laws, regardless of the truth or falsehood of the material.
whatever …. it was not classified to begin with … all fabricated documents not classified properly = NOT Classified.
You blaming Patel & Bondi is just BS. They have been there 7 months. John stated that if they KNEW it was a CRIME when they leaked that they statute of limitations is then 10 years, the statement they were given proves they knew it was a crime.
OK forget the “should be prosecutions part” … got it … Bondi and Kash can’t make a case on a wish sandwich.
However, charges of poor conduct and incompetence (which have no statute of limitations) in performing ones job are grounds for firing with prejudice .. is definitely something that can be done.
There should still be actionable consequences in play that allow fora complete changing of the guard within ALL Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. … also, this type of conduct should lead to censures as well as loss of any personal assets such as Clearances, Access, and other enablers need to touch anything within the government.
… and keep publishing stuff as it’s found … never hurts to try get folks to actually look up from the i-phone glass.
The are a host of actions Bondi and company can take vs bad actors based on their conduct … that does not include prosecution for a crime. Let’s see what happens next.
By the way will there be censures and committee removals from Thune and Johnson. Gee look what happened to Devin Nunes.
I’m not buying it anymore. It really sucks and I can’t stand Hannity. I haven’t listened to him or watched in years..probably decades.
“A pox on all their houses.”
Amen!
SO sick of the game playing!
So sick of people like Solomon and Hannity!
If Hannity had ANY sense of duty, he would have said, “Why are you bringing this now, when it’s too late to do anything about it?”
I despise them both.
A pox on Fox!
So, so, so frustrating to hear things we’ve discussed here for years being reported as “bombshells” that’ll go nowhere, remembering when we got the “tic-toc” from these same people back when it would have mattered.
Even more frustrating that all this “publicizing” now just plays into existing political divides. This “airing of the truth” isn’t any kind of reckoning or vindication because we already knew, and for it to matter in the “broader culture” it has to be more than chatter from partisan news outlets. Only grand juries, charges, and prosecutions would matter …. but even with that as we’ve recently learned — even prosecutions are often just “white wash” exercises.
And even a third compounding frustration — all this really reinforces that these “powers that be” don’t care that we all know. They simply don’t care. There will be no accountability, and there will always be a white wash cover story — even if those convinced become fewer and fewer. In fact, it’s part of the game that we all know, the “covers” get thinner and thinner, the lies more absurd … it’s part of the game for us to know because it just grinds the knife of demoralization.
Live our best life, as Sundance says. Live by the truth. We’re never powerless if they can’t steal that from us.
Just watching an interview with Tommy Robinson on Ytube. The UK is even more corrupt than the US yet no one (apart from Tommy) gets jailed. Then there’s China, 1 billion people don’t rise against their corrupt Govt either. Mexico and South Anerica corrupt.… no uprisings.
I’ve often wondered why Sundance has been allowed to expose truths on TCT without being arrested or worse. And NONE of it is Trump’s fault.
The truth is, ‘they’ have got the system just about right..for them, all over the world, in all countries.
I feel no frustration anymore because I’ve given up hope of ever seeing justice administered to people like Schiff by anyone in the Department of Justice, from Attorney General Barbie to the buddy cop comedy duo of Bongo&Kash. If the president can’t see how badly the clown show of the DoJ is letting him down, then being frustrated is a waste of time.
I love a good Shakespeare quote SD! Tick Tock.
Sundance, isn’t there something WE THE PEOPLE (WTP) could accomplish?
If the evidence clearly points to fraud, and the plaintiffs (WTP) have standing – and have been irreparably harmed, isn’t there a way to file a class-action lawsuit claiming some form of constitutional violation?
I get it that a civil suit can be brought against the individual perps, but does our constitution not hold water against such blatant acts of conspiracy which result in disinfranchment of a UGE segment of the citizenry?
If there be lawfare attorneys willing to practice their trade to destroy our constitution, are there not white-hat constitutional scholar types who are willing to stand up and be counted at such a moment that the stench of evidence is so putrid as to make one gag?
What about Stephen Miller’s America First Legal charity? I’m sure there are others. Can’t WE THE PEOPLE rise to the occasion and drive the stake through the demons’ hearts?
I am no lawyer, but haven’t we been defrauded of our representation?
Let’s think beyond the White House, Mueller, Russia-Gate …. there is allot similar fabricated materials related to the sham J6 House Commission as well as every J6 Case brought before the DC Federal Courts.
Everybody impacted either by the House J6 Commission of a J6 Trial can be exonerated and compensated for damages … while “professional” censure actions can occur against those involved with fabricating the evidence.
Wonder if there is any Civil Actions that can be brought by everybody damaged by fabricated actions and evidence … would be interesting if President Trump could bring a Civil Suit.
Of course there is. Vote the bastards out. But will that happen? I highly doubt it.
Considering these actions are part of the conspiracy that is still ongoing – to time limit yet.
True … so there is criminal legal recourse available.
Evidence has no time limits and old related evidence shows a continuum of illegal action intended to damage and harm.
many many low info people
