First things first. It might not be the popular thing to accept, but it is increasingly clear there is no way to get to any form of accountability or legal exposure for Russiagate or the manufacturing of the Trump-Russia collusion narrative, anywhere near former President Barack Obama. The concentric circles of plausible deniability are just too extensive.
Essentially, despite the evidence of the FBI participating in a manufactured investigation predicted on false pretenses, all now supported with hindsight evidence, the fact that key IC officials, namely CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, presented the illusion of credible concern, inoculates President Obama from scrutiny.
As the Supreme Court noted, the President is protected from liability for “official acts” of his office. Yes, we all know these officials knew it was a ruse; however, in 2016 the CIA and FBI were presenting the information to Obama and saying the investigative value was potentially plausible. As such, Obama would have been within his official duty to tell the IC officials to chase down the information (continue investigating it).
Then, the January 5th, 2017, meeting documented by the infamous “by the book” Susan Rice memo, further inoculates President Obama for telling the IC officials to follow careful procedures as they continued investigating whether or not the Trump-Russia collusion was a factual concern. All of these elements lead to various tentacles of plausible deniability. No court is going to find criminal action within the decision-making, regardless of how ridiculous it may look in granular hindsight.
Are all the characters guilty of perpetrating a fraud for the expressed intent of a political narrative, yes. Are they criminally liable for it, extremely unlikely.
The only criminal liability that appears visible is in the Mueller probe that came along in May 2017 to cover up the prior conduct.
The Mueller/Weissmann special counsel perpetrated fraud in legal filings, lied to the FISA court, and manipulated evidence.
As a result, we must ask ourselves what is the value in this ongoing reveal of information?
Because they were willing participants in the overall operation, the MSM media will never admit their role or culpability in the ruse. That leaves an echo-chamber of alternate media combing through the granular releases and discovering the trail of evidence represented within the declassification.
Put all that alternative media together, and you impact 25 to 40% of the public. The rest don’t really care, and/or dislike President Trump too much to really care that he was targeted by the Intelligence Community. This is not ‘doomerism’, this is the reality when you pull back from the ‘tick-tock’ grifting clickbait.

It is the intention behind the motivation that defines the motive. It is the difference behind a pre-meditated action with the intention of carrying the action through to its end. This is not defensive, it is offensive. There is fraud in the cover-up, but the fraud was and is in the deception.
The Golden Rule is “do no harm to another, in any way, shape or form”. This clearly breaks that Rule.

It’s all about “who benefits”, and none will ever allow Trump to benefit from any decision in their courts, regardless of the facts or crime committed.)
3) Even if the impossible #1 and #2 are achieved, and a case is brought to trial, where in the world would any prosecutor find 12 jurors from the both tainted (see #1), and probably fixed pool of prospective jurors, who would convict on any charges, if the crimes hurt Trump, and convictions helped Trump?
So, what’s all about this about? Why are MAGA folks calling for the heads of Patel, Bondi (who I dislike immensely), Bongino, and anyone else Trump has appointed at DOJ? After all the education that Sundance here and other good alt. media sources provide, all the DOCUMENTED facts (versus speculation) now pouring out of the Trump FBI and DOJ, how the heck did they ever expect any other result?

There was no credible concern presented to Obama.

At that point all he had was Brennan giving him news of the fake report being made.
It was two weeks later in the Oval Office when Obama had a meeting and had Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Monaco, Rice, Biden, and others where they came up with the coordinated game plan using the fake Steele report and the Fake CIA PDA that he ordered when Brennan made the visit two weeks prior.
At that point THEY ALL knew that the reports were fake and fabricated.
On top of this Obama had been President for eight years. He already knew the Russians could not hack our elections and knew from ALL the PDB’s he was getting as well as all the spying he ordered on Trump that Trump was not a Russian asset.
For him to suddenly be “concerned” doesn’t fit any facts.
The email Rice sent doesn’t cover Obama simply because he supposedly said “make sure you do everything by the book.”
Contrary to “doing it by the book” He had ALREADY ordered the CIA to hide factual evidence in the PDB and ordered the CIA to make up false intelligence information.
This cannot be explained away as “official duties” or that he was just “concerned.”

Many people commit murders and do lots of things to “look innocent.”

Another key event to expand the scope: The Mar-a-Lago raid. If there is clear evidence or testimony that was done as part of the document cover-up attempts, it’s another “larger scope” issue that would, IMO, help.

My concern is “why”…I speculate because the Obama cabal was beholden to the EU, UN, NATO and Soros money that they were pressured to act to remove Trump. Obama was trying to protect the NWO Dems and his legacy from all the corruption that occurred with the undermining of our country during his 2 terms. He felt compelled to act because there was so much on the line and he would be blamed for “allowing” PDJT to win. The Russian boogey man was created out of thin air.
His Achilles Heel is the ordering of the substitute IC briefing, and withholding the original one from PDJT during the transition. They released the altered IC briefing implicating Russia as tampering with the election, therefore justifying their actions on FISA surveillance and other attacks. Obama once declared that elections were hard to hack, due to the decentralization of voting in thousands of precincts and counties across the nation. So many did not believe what we were hearing from the FBI about the Russians. That was one of the first cracks in their narrative.
As for the plausible deniability scenario and his inoculation from prosecution, there may have been “deals” made to protect President Trump, in exchange for leaving the Obama criminals at the door and just exposing the information, but nothing more. I can see that would be a survival choice for the Trump Family and that damage to the Obama legacy and destruction of the Dem Party would be MAGA’s only consolation. Plus giving the new Trump Admin full power to implement new policies to bring the US back on track going forward. The court of public opinion may well be the only venue.
If that’s the case, then American justice is flexible for some and inflexible for others. The illusion is shattered.
I know President Trump likes making deals but I would be highly surprised that he would make any deal with the same people that were trying to destroy him, bankrupt him, and send him to prison for life. Not only that but they tried to kill him…twice.
Surprising, however perhaps there are other top dawgs above the fray, who have that power to protect him and are trying to save him, our country and avoid military conflict with Russia.

I wouldn’t close the book on the possibility of real prosecution until we see all the evidence. Email, text or phone conversations could be very damning. As could the right people coming forward wanting to make deals.
Others here have noted the idea of starting at low levels and squeezing people to make deals. A lot of the more mundane crimes of how the intel/classified data was handled had to involve lower level conspirators. You can’t just defy classification rules without getting a number of people to go along with it, particularly in the digital storage age (ironically, mostly mandated by Obama era directives). Some of those classified data violations can carry significant sentences for the “little guy” involved.
Finally, on the conspiracy front, anything that would tie COVID or election fraud into the same gang of conspirators/criminals would, I think, also be compelling enough to result in real prosecution. I’ve always felt they had to expand the scope to that level to get real attention/results.
BTW, I think Gabbard “gets” this. See her recent comments on CISA covering up election fraud and on her trying to end Operation Mockingbird (media manipulation). I believe she sees the extent of the attempted coup and knows that’s where the real power of opening eyes and getting true accountability lies. To me, finding that COVID was a part of it all would be enormous. But at that point it also becomes an international conspiracy.

For the moment, I think it’s probably best to wait and see. Trump and his DNI have publicly accused Obama of launching a ‘years long coup’. A highly risky strategy, for the administration’s credibility, if they knew there was little likelihood of any of the perpetrators actually facing any consequences for seditious activity. It also gives the drowning DNC a lifeline, willingly thrown to them by the MSM, that this was just a distraction operation from the Epstein files all along.
Given Team Trump has approached the task of governing, this time around, with all the indications of following a careful plan, why risk so much, including possible mid-term losses, thanks to a rejuvenated Democratic Party and disillusioned base.

Surely, if there is credible documentary evidence, supported by witness testimony that the illusion of concern was based not on objective evidence, but at the direction of the president and that intelligence agents were coerced into supporting conclusions, which were not justified by objective evidence, then it would be for jurors to decide whether each defendant was guilty or not guilty.
I believe that the standard for a guilty verdict in a criminal case is proof beyond reasonable doubt, not proof beyond the theoretical doubt which could be developed by contrived but theoretically possible logic.
I also believe that some at least of the participants, those who are more likely to be convicted will incriminate those others who would otherwise be more difficult to convict.
I do not believe that Hillary or any of her loyalists would fall on their swords to protect Barack Obama and his legacy.
If we have essentially arrived at the end of the investigative string and find that there is no exit ramp for accountability, then this time in history will represent how one of the critical supporting blocks of our constitutional republic was kicked out for good.
