Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.

These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. The article refers to the “Office of the Special Counsel” – but no SP has been appointed. Maybe someone else can clear it up.

The referral was to the Office of the Special Counsel, which is headed by Acting Special Counsel Jamieson Greer (OSC is one of those “independent” agencies) . Apparently they will look into whether Smith violated the Hatch Act, and this was at the request of Sen. Cotton. So it sounds pretty limited in scope and while it is going on it will probably inhibit Smith from being investigated by any other office, which was probably Cotton’s intent. Whether any other office will investigate Smith or whether a separate Special Counsel will be appointed is anyone’s guess. But considering Cotton’s involvement I wouldn’t suggest getting your hopes too high.

The electoral cornerstone of the Postwar Liberal Consensus would be gone overnight, and with it, the Democratic Party’s ability to contest the House of Representatives as we know it.
Between this and the potential mid-decade redistricting in a few other GOP-controlled states, Democrats would not be able to flip back the House of Representatives even if they ruthlessly gerrymandered every Republican out of California.

This is VERY quick and dirty so forgive any mistakes, but just look at the House if Section 2 of the VRA is eliminated by December of this year. That would give states plenty of time to redraw maps for primaries.
I am pretty sure with the TX and OH changes that we know are going to happen, along with the VRA districts that are eliminated, Rs are at about 230 give or take. Likely more give I think. I am also not including some “toss up” rated seats that could easily be in the R column (let’s play it safe).
Now D states might be able to claw back some of those but not much especially before the 26 midterms. That means we would see a very likely R House with actual gains due to redrawn seats.

There has not been a month during the past 3 x Administrations where the economic (Growth and GDP) and Labor (Unemployment and Jobs) have not been altered in some way. On top of the statistics, there have battles over DEFINITIONS of terms used to define the numbers.
2008-2016 (Obama): Always OVER Reported and adjusted to the bad by 30-50%.
2016-2020 (Trump): UNDER Reported then adjusted upward or honestly reported, as long as President trump did not benefit from the INITIAL report. President Trump was able to get a measure of control over the numbers but the INITIAL Reports were always problematic.
2020-2024 (Biden): Always OVER Reported and adjusted to the bad by 30-50% and on occasion by 100%.
During Federal Election cycles, the INITIAL Reports always favored the democrats.
Once again, the President has to regain control over a media story and sound bite clip generating asset.
Note the the recently fire BLS Director has been directly involved with generating Economic and Labor Statistic for the US Government since 2012, in roles ranging from analyst to the role of BLS Director she held when fired. This means there are more landmines buried in this office to be found.
I hope the firing serves “pour l’encouragement des autres.”

I do not understand the presidential push for AI – Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial? We have college students using AI to “write” college papers while professors are using AI to “read” and “grade” those papers.
One female student is suing her college for a tuition refund because her authentic work is not being reviewed and graded by an authentic college instructor.
AI is fraud. It is dishonesty institutionalized.
We have gone from widespread breast implants to fakery at every level.
I recently watched a youtube video of a young woman who has far more men approaching her when she goes out wearing NO MAKEUP. Apparently, natural beauty still loudly transmits authenticity.
Truth and honesty may take hard work in life, education and the workplace but a society based upon fraud cannot long endure.
Why would America be desperately seeking a lot more fakery? Artificial intelligence is trying to solve new problems with somebody else’s old ideas instead of the fresh innovations of today’s human minds thinking right now. AI relies upon learning and regurgitating old information. Why can’t the best solutions come from smart human beings living right now AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE?
Artificial intelligence will always be playing “catch up.”
AI has some things it does better/faster than people. If it has a good database to work with it can find links and patterns that people will not. Like all things computer, it’s garbage in garbage out. All the AI you have seen is using the internet writ large which is basically the definition of garbage in.
If you have accurate economic data, crime data, scientific data, it can provide useful insights. It should never, ever, ever make any kind of recommendations or decisions about that data.
That last bit is the part that scares me. Gubmint employees tend to be extremely lazy and WILL allow AI to do all their work for them including thinking, if they are allowed to.
So it’s not that AI itself needs to be scary, it’s the people that are using it. Just like guns.
I will only use Duck AI which is pretty good at scouring the Internet and summarizing the results if it is not political but if political it leans very left. It often sites Wikipedia as a statement of fact and remember about 80% or better of top results on search engines are liberal sites
I asked it if Trump said white supremacists were good people. It gave me an evasive answer as that he was said to have made that statement but the there was still controversy. I then told AI that it was a lie and to check Snopes that admitted it was a lie after seven years of supporting the lie. It then told me I had strong feelings on the subject but never admitted the truth which is out there an can be found.
I can’t remember the exact question anymore but I asked AI something that was political in a negative way and told it to exclude President Trump from the results. Of course front and center in the results was a negative about Trump. I chastised duck AI about including Trump and it answered it would try to do better the next time.
I like screwing with AI, but don’t trust it for anything political. It did give me a good summary on the chromosomes of a male and female without any woke nonsense included.
