For this outline, let’s focus on the issue that is exploding the MAGA and anti-MAGA universe on social media right now. President Trump and Pam Bondi’s response to a question about Jeffrey Epstein and the controversial DOJ/FBI memo that now states there is no “third party” or “client list” connected to the Epstein sex trafficking.
Obviously, President Trump is not happy with attention focused on the Epstein issues. The most likely reason for the frustration expressed is simply that President Trump is unaware how much the Epstein issues are -and have been- part of the background focus within the base of his support. Here’s the segment. WATCH:
First, kudos to Marco Rubio for his stone faced and remarkably unaffected disposition within the exchange. It takes time and experience to remain stoic at this level. Exceptional control.
Second, everyone here has a reasonable BS detector – meaning we can tell when a person is not telling the truth. It is transparently obvious AG Pam Bondi is extremely uncomfortable with the Epstein issue, and her responses indicate she is not being honest or forthright. You could say, she’s lying; however, the facts of her presentation are a little more complicated.
The main issue around Bondi’s less-than-fulsome response is the motive. Is she lying because she’s just grossly incompetent about the issue, or is she lying because she is nefarious in her intent. The Occam’s Razor answer to her obvious parseltongue is a combination of both.
Former AG Pam Bondi, now Attorney General Pam Bondi is entirely over her head when it comes to highly sensitive and critically important issues. She does not have the intellectual acumen to engage on a subject that is both complex and sensitive. Bondi is an unmoored ship, floating in the direction of tides, waves and winds on any particular subject.
When a controversial issue arises, the character of the individual becomes more visible. Direct honesty is challenging to an unmoored person because they are always guesstimating, attempting to navigate and find the best position with themselves as the focus of the issue, not the issue itself.
In general terms, when a person is unmoored, the personal character trait of ‘how does this affect me’ surfaces quickly and visibly whenever a topic of discomfort surfaces. If that topic is one of high public interest, the prism of self-interest, brutally visible, then creates the realization of distrust. This outward appearance cannot be hidden and begins the person into a downward spiral that becomes even more clear when the predictable anger defensive mechanism is triggered. We see all of that in Bondi’s reaction to the question.
This aspect of Pam Bondi’s character was why CTH was out front of the nomination in saying this could be a problem. If she was willing to go along with the fabrication of a false witness in the Zimmerman case, what does that tell us about predicting her behavior as the U.S. Attorney General? That reality was the source of our concern. Now people are starting to see it surface.
Bondi is both lying from incompetence, simply her words do not pass the standard of common sense, and she is lying from a position that the DOJ/FBI claims just simply do not add up.
Unfortunately, both Bondi and Trump’s response to the Epstein issue now open a huge gate for the opposition to exploit. Elon Musk and his legions of anti-Trumpers, both new and old, will now enjoy enhanced support as their attack exploits will benefit from visible obfuscation. MAGA people will begin to distrust, that opens the door for anti-MAGA elements to engage in the issue that both Bondi and Trump obfuscate. This is not good.
Lastly, regarding President Trump. There is a membrane around the President that is very difficult to penetrate. President Trump has guards around him that do not allow information to enter against their priority interests. Trump’s handlers, specifically Bondi’s key ally, Susie Wiles, have an agenda for President Trump, and they control his domestic political worldview by controlling the information that reaches him.
Yes, President Trump has handlers, monitors, who steer the subjects they want into his field of vision. If there is an issue they do not prioritize, he simply does not see it. The same applies to all Presidents and all Executives in positions of power, the issue is not exclusive to President Trump, and we all have reference points – albeit with less consequence.
President Trump is blind to the importance of the Jeffrey Epstein story, because he is disconnected from realizing the importance of the issue to his support base. It really is that simple. To him, this looks like a distraction, because from his well managed perspective this is not an issue the guards have drawn attention to.
President Trump’s primary way of sensing the priorities of the electorate were rallies and meetings with ordinary people and MAGA supporters. However, when he won the election he is now circled by people who -at times- have a completely different agenda and priority focus than the ordinary people left outside.
I understand this dynamic from my own personal engagement with people close to President Trump, in combination with watching closely how information flows into his psyche. That said, I am relatively optimistic the Epstein issue will soon be explained to President Trump in a way that changes how he approaches it.
Unfortunately, it takes time for information to penetrate the politically protective membrane around President Trump; but when it does, he will react to it. The ammunition this issue has provided to his enemies will quickly be noted by Dan Scavino Jr., Melania Trump and Barron Trump.
Despite the ugliness, President Trump is a man of honest temperament, and he can quickly adapt. However, Pam Bondi is structurally incapable of recovering, but I suspect she will appear on Sean Hannity in an effort to rehabilitate herself.

She was referring to the Epstein file and she naively assumed all the info was there. She discovered that ALOT was missing and had it sent to the FBI to review. They found no list and no evidence of murder. It’s naive to think the deep state would actually hand over actual evidence or a list of names. That was either destroyed or the CIA refuses to hand it over to anyone in the Trump administration.

The magnanimous Rush Limbaugh (RIP) often pointed out that the biggest (not only, but biggest) reason the media hated Trump was because they could not turn us against him. Trumps connection and bond with his supporters was unique, something that only he could break or damage. Throughout Trumps history in politics, he has demonstrated an understanding of that bond, and in my view has done an excellent job of protecting it. That is why I believe Trump does not fully recognize the importance of this issue to his base, because if he did, he would have given it the proper treatment and attention.
I fear for the damage that could be done by this and I pray he moves quickly to address. As Sundance points out, the enemies at the gate are all too happy to exacerbate the rift.
His best path forward would be throwing Kash and Bondi (and by extension Wiles) out. The official story just defies credulity.

America is dead and buried if we can be told, “actually justice will not be done because this issue never existed, ha ha suckers deal with it.” Whether or not it’s an issue, you can’t talk and talk about how the list is coming out and then mock us like what happened with Bondi the first time, and then say the thing doesn’t even exist. The American people feel someone is doing this to laugh at us, and that’s not something to just forget about.
Seems the coverup started a long time ago, during Trump’s first term. I’d honestly be surprised if anyone could dig that grave up and produce enough evidence at this point. It has likely long since been destroyed. Bondi is a clown, so why anyone was actually expecting anything real to come of this whole situation is sort of perplexing.
That said, I get that people desire justice to be served. But that’s it – it’s just a desire. What do people actually need? What do their offspring need? Perp walks of old crusty has-beens? What good will that do them compared to a lasting economic advantage?

Unforced error by AG Bondi. If, as some speculate, previous admin & FBI/DOJ bad actors “disappeared” evidence lead with that. Arrest those responsible. But instead she talked a big game and couldn’t deliver. Regardless of reason why no list is being released She is out of her depth and needs to resign or be removed.
I hope Sundance is right that Trump may give this more attention once he realizes how it’s affecting people. I hadn’t considered the impact of his gatekeepers, and I confess, my opinion of him was starting to take on a grayer tinge.
It doesn’t help that I was already frustrated after Butler, when the assassination investigation basically went to “resolved” status without the hard questions being answered and almost no (visible) accountability. But Trump told us he was satisfied, essentially signaling that we should just accept it and move on. So that’s what I tried to do.
Then the Epstein dog-and-pony show came along, and again, we were expected to just accept it and move on. For me, the issue is less about Epstein than it is about Trump. I really don’t like having the word “deceit?” floating around my image of him.
Tangentially, I just read a rumor that a nothing-burger 9/11 declassification is supposedly coming soon to distract us from Epstein. No idea where they got this info, so designate as false until proven otherwise. But I really hope there’s nothing to it. We don’t need more smoke and mirrors right now:

PHM, I think you can relax on the amnesty issue. The administration made it pretty clear yesterday and today. Deportations continue. Criminals are first priority. Then all others. Working on H2A Visa worker program of some kind to “transition” the labor force for AG. It isn’t amnesty. That would be MAGA political suicide.

Personally, and as much as I hate these people who did this, I think the sticking point in the Epstein case is the victims, underage girls.
If there were thousands as claimed, why have they not come forward with lawsuits against those individuals who used them, like a few others have done? My guess is that many of them now have families, careers, etc, that know nothing about their past with Epstein and don’t want it known.
I liken it to Epsein as just a pimp, and they un-willingly went along to get along.
Now if the clients are named, how can they be charged with a crime without an accuser who won’t testify against them to protect their identity?
I can only imagine what a tangled mess this would be for the courts to sort out, with all the thousands of hours of video, etc, and people involved. Some have probably even passed away.

I understand the controlled walls around President Trump especially after hearing from John Rich on talking with candidate Trump regarding the vaccine. Trump had no clue his supporters were so vehemently opposed to the mrna vaccines. He was asking John why people were booing. That was amazing to me that he was so clueless.
I heard parts of the convo while working today and just hearing Bondi’s annoying voice and hedging and humming and retaliating should have given President Trump pause to wonder about the character of Bondi. I hope he gets a clue with this because I don’t think it’s going to end just with the Epstein issue.
Someone in the Trump family needs to give President Trump a wake up call on what is not happening with his DOJ or FBI.

I remember a story one of Reagan’s aides told about his first run for governor in 1966. The people around him kept telling him that the college protests were not an issue. Then Reagan held a townhall and that is all the voters who showed up wanted to talk about. Reagan then told his aides, “This is an issue”.

In response to not knowing, it is possible. He was touting the Covid Shot and how quick it got to market when we all knew it was a Death Shot. The only way you get around the silo is to talk to trusted people outside the silo or read outside the silo.
Bondi and Patel have to be fired. SOON. Or people have to be arrested. The country won’t be saved without the folks that did crimes against the country doing the time.
But there was a fork in the road somewhere. Trump brought up Ivermectin and other valid solutions; so he had a trusted source somewhere in that group talking to him. Then it was like Fauci won out and that was that for Trump. He stuck with how great mRNA shots are and how he should be commended for getting it done so fast. Whoever was telling him the Ivermectin truth in the early stages seemed to no longer be in his ear.
This was a trap and likely a lawfare/IC trap. The president’s people should have got in front of this instead of allowing him to go with the DOJ/FBI/AG caca.
I think something was discovered between Bondi saying “it’s on my desk” and the announcement yesterday…. I think they found something so disturbing, so evil that it would bring down someone very powerful (or someones) and it just couldn’t happen.
So, as with the prior attempts at bringing this all into the open, the vault was quickly shut again. Unfortunately, Bondi and Patel gave assurances of investigating and releasing the information. Now they know why Epstein “killed himself”.
I do NOT hang this on President Trump. This is Bondi’s millstone.
