In what is being billed as the largest single takedown of HHS fraud, today the DOJ announced indictments for a massive $14.6 billion Medicaid/Medicare fraud program operated out of the U.S and several foreign countries.
DOJ PRESS RELEASE – The Justice Department today announced the results of its 2025 National Health Care Fraud Takedown, which resulted in criminal charges against 324 defendants, including 96 doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other licensed medical professionals, in 50 federal districts and 12 State Attorneys General’s Offices across the United States, for their alleged participation in various health care fraud schemes involving over $14.6 billion in intended loss. The Takedown involved federal and state law enforcement agencies across the country and represents an unprecedented effort to combat health care fraud schemes that exploit patients and taxpayers.
Demonstrating the significant return on investment that results from health care fraud enforcement efforts, the government seized over $245 million in cash, luxury vehicles, cryptocurrency, and other assets as part of the coordinated enforcement efforts.
As part of the whole-of-government approach to combating health care fraud announced today, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) also announced that it successfully prevented over $4 billion from being paid in response to false and fraudulent claims and that it suspended or revoked the billing privileges of 205 providers in the months leading up to the Takedown. Civil charges against 20 defendants for $14.2 million in alleged fraud, as well as civil settlements with 106 defendants totaling $34.3 million, were also announced as part of the Takedown. I don’t believe the DOGE people have the administrative power to take down anyone but their findings were certainly used by DOJ to do the take down.
Now arrest the 44 senators that voted to allow illegal aliens to scam the system and receive medicare. They are conspiring to facilitate fraud.

This would have been the tip of the iceberg in the 1990’s. I’d guess, based on experience, 95% of the participants are not going to be prosecuted, and they will use the unrecovered money to start new enterprises for more of same.

The Investigators, Auditors, and Investigators, etc who did the work to uncover these crimes deserve every ounce of praise for their work that they receive. My sadness, and yes, anger foremost is that this is just the tip of an gigantic iceberg of even worse things done to humans that not a one has come to account for.
Some who had strange ideas – such as putting the polio vaccine through an asbestos filter – which caused mesothelioma cancer in the lungs of those who took that particular polio shot will not come to account here on Earth. Many have passed away, along with those who got their unlucky polio jab.
Experimenting on Humans to “cure” a real or manufactuted disease has become a “hobby” of too many people that have more money than they know what to do with. As much as I love the exposure of the low lifes who prey on the weak, as well as a broken Obamacare system, I want to see Gates and Fauci held to account for all of their “experiements” testifying in Nurenburg 2.0. It’s way past time for that.

Makes me wonder about my healthcare provider. I called to try to get in June 30th and all I got was a tape machine. Left a message and never heard back. Shredding documents or out of business???
Remember “The US has the highest health costs with the poorest returns”? Well if scammers are bleeding the system for billions I can see why.

Late to the party – but they need to start investigating the child protection agencies in every state & county. Massive overuse of the Medicaid system. They funnel these foster kids into unnecessary procedures as directed by the agency. It is despicable.
Not only do they spend a massive amount of time slepping these kids back & forth from appointments (a total waste of tax payer $ for these overpaid “kiddie Ubers”) the doctors are on board as well. They are CDC mandated to vaccinate every kid too.
