Nobody knows what will happen, including the President. But it is absolutely possible his entire economic agenda based on lowering inflation, cheap energy, and economic growth could be upended if oil doubles in price and stays there for any length of time. If that happens, Republicans will lose 100 seats next year.
P.S. To those that say we don’t need their oil…it doesn’t matter. Oil is a global commodity and U.S. companies pay the prices set by global markes.
The other oil producers will increase output to account for the minuscule amount that Iran produces (that is sanctioned, btw).

Saw this press briefing early morning on ABC. Gen. Caine is a 4-star full general and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, but ABC identified him on the bottom of the screen as “Lt. Gen.”, which is a 3-star general. He was even wearing four stars on each shoulder. What a bunch of Bozos they are at ABC.

I am not real excited to see disclosure of how we flew here or there, how many planes were used, how many bombs were dropped, how refueling was accomplished. This is all information to the enemy.
