President Trump and Secretary of State/Nat Sec Advisor Marco Rubio left the G7 in Canada late last night following dinner with the G7 leaders. When asked by reporters about his early departure President Trump said, “for obvious reasons.”
President Trump is quickly assembling his national security, defense and intelligence apparatus to work throughout the day Tuesday from the situation room of the White House where real-time video feeds and interfaces with regional players are immediate. Publicity seeking President Emmanuel Macron, of France, mistakenly said that I left the G7 Summit, in Canada, to go back to D.C. to work on a “cease fire” between Israel and Iran. Wrong! He has no idea why I am now on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with a Cease Fire. Much bigger than that. Whether purposely or not, Emmanuel always gets it wrong. Stay Tuned!

I am 60 years old, looking back on my life, our country has been at WAR the entirety of my existence. The MONEY loves to FUND both sides of the perpetual WAR, its sickening. DC thrives on MONEY, the MONEY needs WAR in order to survive, the cycle continues……I’m tired.
I am 71 and feel the same. PDDE (Ike) said the same, called it the “Military Industrial Complex.”
Since Korea it truly has been non-stop.
AND every war started by the UN and NATO; get US out of the UN, NATO and IC’s instigations and peace will be the outcome.
Money is the root of all evil, especially wars. Money and chaos create power that can rule the world……..they bank on it.
It’s only the true American spirit of independence that will reign. IMHO ……….AND freedom is hard won.
That’s why they have attempted to wipe out ‘history’ and replace it with ‘individual’ identity; it creates self-centeredness AND that is deadly to real freedom. History is made up of individuals, but not individuality per se..

But I see a glimmer of hope with Trump at the helm; think he knows how to navigate the choppy seas without resorting to detonators.
At 66 I clearly recall the 6:00 news videos of Vietnam bombs, fires, daily death counts during the 1960s. Just a kid.
My late husband of 35 years was a two-tour Vietnam veteran. Used to joke he was jumping out of airplanes when I was jumping off the school bus. Very true.
Yes, it’s been wartime my entire life. And there are still nuts out there in power telling the dumb ones to crawl under their desk and put their head between their legs when the bombs hit.
Actually, I have been watching and waiting my entire life for this culmination. And I certainly now is that time.
So our children and grandchildren will thrive in peace. Real peace.
I’m 77 and watched my generation of young men being destroyed physically and mentally by the Viet Nam war.
It’s sickening to see all of these clueless war hawks banging their war drums and rattling their sabers. We have no success at all when we venture into these endless wars with no thought out ideas of how things need to go. We lack the resolve to do what it freaking takes!!!! And without that resolve we are doomed to failure if we go in.
On Saturday, the Army and Trump celebrated their birthdays and we also celebrated Flag Day. The day also marked the 55th anniversary of my brother’s death in Vietnam, two weeks before his tour would’ve ended. His death was a total and complete waste.
He had been teaching inner city black kids when he was drafted. Despite teaching full-time, his official status as a full-time substitute teacher didn’t grant him the draft exemption that regular full-time teachers enjoyed. So he goes from teaching poor black kids English and how to read and write, but the government saw putting his life to a worthless end served a higher purpose. Screw all of these people pushing for us to go into another war. We just freaking got out of the longest one in our nation’s entire history.
Me too. Would be nice if we could just set one out now and again.

After all that has been thrown at Israel I for one think it is their time to once and for all stop the ones who want to annihilate them!! Do I think American soldiers should be made to help them, NO, not until they ask. Israel has never asked for Our military intervention, but We have fought wars in the ME at the behest of other ME nations……..Afghanistan was incited to make money on the drugs, arms and people trades……….Iraq was for 9/11 ; instigation from within the US……it goes on and on AND on; as long as the money keeps being made…..
