Every time I have researched this, the explanation has been different and a little more has been added. The first explanation (approximately a year ago) was just juneteenth, the end of slavery better known as emancipation day.
NOW they’ve added DC compensation emancipation day. This is only for the District of Columbia and it’s a different day in April. At this point it was not a federal holiday.
Seems that Joe Biden made it a federal holiday in 2021. (with the auto-pen?.)

This has been my concern all along. We don’t want to commit suicide in order to kill the virus in us. Locally, we get 70-80″ of rain a year and it’s been pretty consistent. I can’t measure atmospheric oxygen, nor contaminants, but I do have a pulse oxymeter and I run 97-98% most times I test.

No… that is something else. It is much too confined, cylindrical even and well defined. Objects in front of point sources of light cast more or less conical shadows. Sol is effectively a point source of light at 93 million miles away from Earth.
Think of how Lunar and Solar eclipses work with the relationship between the apparent size and actual closeness of the celestial bodies.
Pondered you comment and came to the same conclusion that Burns did. Don’t think a shadow would remain the exact same size across the entire expanse of the sky. Additionally, the plume being spewed would also cast such a shadow outside the body of the plane itself and it wouldn’t be uniform.

Well, we can look at the EO when it comes out. An EO is a written order to employees in the executive branch. There are millions. How else would orders be clearly communicated?

When he spoke about the policy recently, it didn’t sound to me like it was a pause, rather that he’s looking for a long-term solution so that those illegal immigrants, in only those occupations, can stay.
