Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in the country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster.
The purpose of President Trump is plainly visible and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 146 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

I see your “name” and I smile as I once worked with a developer (builder) our project was named “Creekside” 🙂
I chose the name because I literally live beside a creek in the forest. It’s about twenty feet from my bedroom window in the picture below, behind the tree.
Whenever I need to replace a frown with a smile, a casual gaze at the mannerisms of our First Lady always has done the trick. There’s something about her demeanor and manner which inspires that smile, even when she shows that Slavic stare I know well from my own time in the FSU.
I understand that many focus on her physical beauty but there are a lot of physically beautiful people in the world. There’s something ‘more’ with her, to me anyway, that transcends the physical.
Her inner beauty matches that of her outer. She looks like she smells fabulous, her hair always lovely, her fashion and style exceptional, her intellect and capabilities excellent.

Having worked for the dairy and beef industries in my past work life, I can see this Bovaer stuff as ridiculous but I can also see that the more we coddle our immune systems and physical bodies, the more susceptible they’ll be to pathogens.
I don’t make that observation casually, recognizing my own existence and health after nearly seven decades, all of it living in agricultural areas and having customers across a wide swath of industry and working in industry myself without all the modern safety gear one sees now.
I tested that during Covid by doing exactly nothing. No social distancing, no masks, no vaccination, no special treatment if/when sick, and I was sick early on. Used the same care used on myself during H3N2 in ’68. I was pretty sick in the winter of ’68 and it was tough to get up and throw newspapers but I still did and went to school after the worst of it had passed.
Anyway, those are my musings from the other end of life not really shielding myself from such dangers and actively working in heavy industry. I made a lot of asbestos boiler gaskets back in the day, among with many, many other things.
I hope the farmers fight the ‘regulations’ and use common sense.
A giant human medical study was done in England last year that concluded that everyone farts regularly and that its normal to do so. Why farmers would give their cattle Bovaer is beyond me. All it can do is upset the microbiome in the rumen by changing the competing population of rumen bacteria which produce volatile fatty acids, which are distinctly different from our own. Furthermore, most of the methane in cows comes from eructation, not from farting. Remember Benjamin Franklin’ famous statement, live by it, enjoy it, and leave the poor cows alone!

Until watching the Bear Valley bald eagles raise their young this spring, I never really appreciated, up close, what majestic birds they are.
I think a similar revelation occurred last July 13. That day added a dimension of respect and admiration for PDJT that I’d not experienced prior and I knew of him way back to buying his first book in the late 80’s.

Sometimes when “everyone knows” there is a problem, but no one is willing to step up and confront it because of optics, you need a leader to step up and do the work.
Maybe it’s like “being the stern parent”. We all want to be the “fun parent” to our kids, give them the freedoms to do whatever they want. But when the kids are going down the wrong path, we have to switch even if we end up being hated for acting responsibly for the long run.
When DEI was rolling through the corporate world, no business wanted to be on the wrong side of optics, even though DEI was really neo-discrimination. But once Trump stood up and said the Federal Gov needed to end support, the whole world shifted. Even if the messaging was “Trump said we have to do it”, business leaders everywhere are sighing relief and are dialing back this mess.
I think it’s the same in the Middle East. We all “know” that Iran and the Palestinian terrorists are insane, and it would be absolutely terrible to support that. But prisoners dilemma traps the nations into compliance, because the smaller nations can’t be seen as going against Iran’s wishes. Nuclear weapons in Iran’s hands would give them incredible leverage. But the other nations are secretly happy that the problem is getting cleaned, so that they can publicly say “it’s Trump’s fault” while breathing relief.
I agree with the good parent bad parent thinking. I also agree that President Trump was the parent who decided to step up and address it.
In the Middle East though, who the actual “problem people” are may be a big surprise to many. It may not be who we think.
What’s important is President Trump knows and the good people there know he knows.
