The grand jury leveled a series of serious allegations against Garcia including that he was a serial trafficker of undocumented immigrants, molested some of the victims of trafficking, and was involved in the abuse of children he transported.

The administration is handling the Kilmar Abrego Garcia matter wonderfully. They are not bringing him back to Maryland at the behest of Judge Xinis, and allowing Judge Xinis to arrogate the executive branch’s prerogatives over diplomacy.
Instead, they are bringing him back to Tennessee on their own terms – under a criminal indictment that will prove this “Maryland father” was in fact a wife-beating, human trafficking, MS-13 gangbanger.

After Garcia was transported to El Salvador, a Tenn Highway Patrolman keep seeing pics of Garcia and he recognized him as someone he had stopped for suspicion of trafficking.
Fox carried the story. The officer told his story to the nation but I double ABC ,CBS NBC or CNN carried it.
I am guessing that the DOJ took note of that and further investigated Garcia, even though he was now in El Salvador.
In the meantime two judges told the DOJ to make Garcia available to them.

I got the impression, President Trump okayed this specifically to prove to the Dems, Judges and American People, that this criminal illegal alien is guilty of multitude of crimes and that Judges and Democrats are running interference for criminals and illegal aliens.
It’s clear to me, at least, that President Trump is planning on running this political ad all through the 2026 campaign. Democrats and Judges alike will be labeled as protecting criminals and illegal aliens over American citizens.

I sincerely hope I’m wrong, and there’s some important thing supposed to come out of this. But I’m angry.

Absolutely agree! The DOJ has threaded the needle intentionally to turn the “Maryland Man” narrative into an anchor the Democrats cannot cut loose.
Arguably, he was already there to most of us – but the MSM kept a significant minority convinced he was “scooped up on disputed charges of being MS13 by the gestapo and sent away with no due process in violation of court orders”.
To turn the narrative, the DOJ has to shut down all of those disingenuous elements and they appear to be doing it:
1. Comply with the court order (although the order is blatantly illegal that’s of no concern to the MSM)
2. Get him back to the US without appearing to have the power to simply “ask nicely” for him to come back. We claimed we could not do that so we used a different mechanism to request his return for further prosecution.
3. Prove he was MS13 and that he was 100 times worse than initially reported – including that he abused vulnerable women (indefensible for the left) and children
4. Give him “due process” which means another court date – and another chance to present all the evidence against him.
5. Deport his a$$ back to CECOT and make sure every bit of it makes the daily news cycle.
There will be no Democrat TV ads decrying the plight of the “Maryland Man” because the DOJ is going to make him radioactive. The ads will be from Republicans roasting the Dems for their support of illegals over citizens.
Deportation is expedited under USA PATRIOT Act which was used to declare MS-13, Tren de Aragua, and the cartels as terrorist organizations by merely adding them to the list which is done by the Attorney General and the Secretary of State. That is DUE PROCESS as encoded in the USA PATRIOT Act. The due process is encoded in most criminal statutes. It was in the Alien Enemies Act, too, along with the jurisdiction of federal district judges. That’s why it’s called “Due process OF LAW.” It isn’t a guarantee of a full court vetting of their being terrorists, but exactly what is laid out in the statutes themselves.
Three times Garcia got due process in the immigration courts. At his hearings, he could produce witnesses and evidence of his not being in violation of the immigration laws. He could appeal verdicts against him. He lost every time. Even when he managed to sob story himself into getting a temporary delay in his ultimate deportation, he lived here with deportation hanging over his head like the Sword of Damocles. He’s always been and ILLEGAL ALIEN SUBJECT TO DEPORTATION even if he hadn’t been an MS-13 terrorist.

For godssake, at the earliest possible time that this can be done without too much fallout, Pam Bondi needs to be sent back to the equivalent of prosecuting traffic court… Someone else needs to be hired to actually do her job, and she needs to be told that her only authority is to sign documents when she’s instructed to do so. The Tenn cops wanted to book him but someone made a call to the FBI/DOJ and they were called off. That’s what I read. Remember this was during the Biden admin.

I wondered what was going on with this thing. We kept getting bits and pieces about what Garcia was up to with the most important revelation being who owned the vehicle Garcia was using to move illegal aliens around. That was the clue about with whom the FBI / DHS agents were talking to produce all the facts about Garcia’s work for MS-13 and the Mexican cartels. About the time Garcia was transferred out of the El Salvador Supermax to a tamer place of detention, the GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION HAD BEGUN. It was always a plan to bring him back to face whatever charges were to be brought forth in the indictment. It wouldn’t surprise me that Garcia has been used as bait to draw this PR campaign of the Democrats out, pull them in, and then put the real Garcia on display.
The Democrats know from their own polling that they are rapidly losing support. Why else would we see Hillary Clinton, whom the public polls claimed was a shoo-in over Trump, hire Fusion GPS through Perkins Coie to gin up a narrative in writing that Putin got Trump elected? Steele testified under oath and in writing that the dossier was produced for Hillary so she could use the contents to legally challenge any election of Trump. Someone 95% certain of election had to have an insurance policy? No. Only someone who knew it was much closer would want something to use in court in the hopes of either an election “do-over” or her being installed by the courts her party dominates. Which is also why the Democratic Party has to import voters, and as they have always needed since the Civil War, more street militias to enforce their will.
One thing I forgot, when an illegal alien is charged with crimes like these, they get the full due process treatment that US citizens get. The Democrats won’t like what comes out from this trial.
