Brett Kavanaugh has the Circuit which includes Tennessee. So if, and when, there will be an appeal to his verdict it would go first to Kavanaugh who has the discretion of accepting, refusing, or bringing it to the full U.S. Supreme Court to decide.
That full circuit are courts in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee.
There are no guarantees that the 6th Circuit Appeals court would hear an appeal. Same with the SCOTUS. I’m betting there will be no appeals granted after conviction unless there were grave errors made in the district court, something I doubt is going to happen here. This will be a slam dunk case.
The defense should not be allowed to bring up any of the Boasberg crap since that is not germane to this indictment.

I read he was not being held in Max Security. He was being held in Minimum Security with his own personal room. Don’t remember where I read it..Think it was Gateway Pundit. Could not be true. Will try to find article.
Due process is only legally provided for US citizens when arrested. Illegals that enter the country are not covered by due process clause in the US Constitution, therefore, this case should be dismissed and have him deported immediately back to El Salvador to face murder charges. Unless he is going to drop a dime on others involved in human smuggling, is not worth the expense of housing and full trial.
